Syrian Officials Allegedly Tortured 4-Month-Old Baby to Death

Over the past year, anti-government protesters have been consistently clashing with Syrian security forces. Rather than calming down, as the situation has in some Middle Eastern countries, the scenario continues to intensify. Now, new questions are arising surrounding whether government security officers have been torturing and murdering babies, as one startling video alleges.

In disturbing clips that the Daily Mail claims “Syrian President Bashar Assad does not want the world to see,” horrific violence and graphic imagery can be observed. The anti-government protesters, railing against censorship laws that have been put into place, have posted purported evidence of said violence on YouTube, among other platforms. These clips provide a glimpse into the terror that the protesters claim they’re experiencing.
The Daily Mail describes some of the scenes:
The lifeless corpse of four-month-old Afaf Mahmmod Al-Sarakb lies limp and motionless in a chair – tortured to death by government security officers after her parents were arrested.
The disfigured body of a tortured taxi driver is seen dumped in the street, while a third video shows blood pouring from the arm of a woman gunned down by a sniper.

The Internet — primarily video sharing sites like YouTube — has given protesters a powerful and viable tool to expose the events going on in their nation. Each day, new clips show up. While these videos haven’t be verified, their contents are so startling and concerning, that many advocates, officials and members of the public are taking them on their merit.

This information continues to spread, despite governmental attempts to mute it. The Syrian Revolution General Commission, a coalition group comprised of individuals and movements seeking to overthrow the regime, has taken to social media to get its message out to the masses:

Sadly, these incidents continue to unfold, despite calls for Assad to step down and halt the attacks. Yesterday, the Associated Press reported about the Obama administration’s response to the ongoing horror:
The Obama administration on Tuesday harshly criticized President Bashar Assad‘s latest effort to defend his regime’s crackdown on protesters, saying it illustrates how unfit he is to lead a democratic transition in Syria and that he’s learned no lessons after 10 months of deadly repression and no political reform.
Assad vowed Tuesday to use an “iron hand” to crush what he called the terrorists and saboteurs behind Syria’s uprising, in which thousands of people have been killed. He adamantly refused to step down, as demanded by increasing numbers of Syrians and the United States. For all its opposition, however, the U.S. conceded that no one‘s efforts so far have been able to force Assad’s ouster or halt the violence against Syria’s people.
Considering the continued release of horrific videos and the notion that the situation has now escalated to a point in which innocent children may be suffering, it’s hard to imagine what next steps, if any, the international community will take.

I don’t know that Iran ever had a “democratic” govt., but the Shah was as “oppressive” as Mubarak, meaning, he was better than ANY Islamist. One can never win in the ME, because as long as they follow Islam, there will be conflict, warfare and blood, and unfortunately, we try to keep a balance of power in the region because they have most of the world oil. If we became oil-independent, the problem would be significantly reduced, but Barack Hussein refuses to drill. He does not have America’s interest at heart. You already know that, shill.
Back to the present. This is 2012, and I was talking to Barack Hussein. HE publicly instigated and privately aided the Arab Spring. Granted, Assad is a cruel dictator. However, God will also judge and avenge the deaths of all the innocent murdered here on earth–as well as all the other evils. When Christ takes His people out of here, that’s the beginning of the Tribulation. After all of that, when Christ returns to earth, He will return to reign as Judge and King.
