Teens Brutally Attack Michigan Teen and Post Video on Facebook

Facebook Video of Teen Assault on Flint, Michigan BoyA Flint, MI teen is okay today after he was brutally attacked on Friday after school. Now, the boy‘s mother is hoping that the attackers’ decision to post video of the assault on Facebook will lead to arrests.

WWJ-TV explains what happened to the 14-year-old:

Trina McNeil [the boy's mother] told The Flint Journal that video of the Friday afternoon attack was posted on a Facebook page of one of the attackers.

McNeil says at least 25 people clicked Facebook’s “like” button in response to the video.

According to a police report, the Northern High School student was walking on the city’s west side when three teens that he recognized as schoolmates attacked him. The boy told police he believed the attack was unprovoked.

MLive.com posted an edited copy of the attack, which is still graphic. It came with this explanation:

Warning: This video includes graphic violence. The video, provided by the victim, shows a Jan. 27, 2012 assault that took place on Tacken Street on Flint’s west side. Segments of the video that clearly showed the faces of the two suspects or the victim in the beating were removed in editing. The most violent moments of the beating were also cut.

    Simple, just send a big mean guy to each house who clicked “like”, and start beating the tar out of the person. During the beating, ask them if they will click “like” if the video is posted to the internet. When the answer becomes “no”, the beating stops, and its on to the next house.

    Repeat until empathy is restored…

      I’m not entirely opposed to that line of justice…When did it become acceptable for people to treat each other this way? You just beat the hell out of each other for no reason?
      There’s always been fighting, but it used to be reserved for cases when there was a reason, two guys duked it out, and it was done. Now people jump each other with several friends because they don’t have the balls to stand up themselves. Despicable.

      Lets face it men get their knickers in a wad as well other parts of anatomy over the stupidest things. No one deserves to be beaten regardless of things said or done. This is the cowards way to solve an issue. Unfortunately, women are beginning to think the same way.

      I think a long jail time, would be warranted here. Lets say five years. It needs to be memorable or a night in the same cell as Bubba.

      Vicks – Maybe (not for me to decide) sometimes certain individuals deserve a good beating (nazis, terrorists, molesters, rapists, racist extremists, et al) in a one on one scenario, however, a child never needs to be ganged up on for any reason.

      I’m no fool, when i was a kid, sometimes things had to be settled in a less than proper manner and I know that still happens today. But it was always fair. Kids don‘t respect each other anymore because they don’t respect their parents. They don‘t respect their parents because their parents don’t respect each other and the kids see that. It all stems from no one showing God the respect He deserves.

      Until we put God where He rightfully belongs in our lives, we’re going to continue to see videos that show children getting pummelled and people are going to continue to click the “like” tab.

      We seem to be looking at the problem and not the source. The source is our government taking the parenting out of the parents hands. We are no longer allowed to discipline our children. Those that do seem to get thrown in jail for simple things like spanking their child and locking them in their room on restriction. Get the government out of your home and then maybe we can get back to disciplining out children for improper behavior. Until then, this will only get worse.

      How many does this make so far this last year regarding black on white beatings? This one is different only because there on just two blacks beating a white instead of the usual mob.

      Out of about a hundred black on white mob beatings I can only remember two where hate crime charges were attached.

      This black on white crime and oppression reminds me of H.G. Well’s Time Machine where the Morlocks herded and beat the Eloi to keep them in line, treating them like cattle, before they ate them.

      And everyone pretends they don’t know the race of the perps and victim if there are no photos.

Parents be wary for your kids, if your child is being harrased, please take them out of school until the school does their job. They do have laws and have had for sometime.. although
    I don’t think they follow them! Sue the school if you have to. God help our children!

      Gonzo that is pure BS. Usually the fights were bullys who beat the cr*p out of smaller kids, while the crowd stood around and gawked without lifiting a finger, as they didn‘t want to be next on the bully’s list for beating. There were 10 times as many of that kind of vicious terrorism by larger kids as the kind you describe, and nobody became “friends” in the example I describe. The bully gloated and got female attention, while the small kid went off to depression or, as seen in Colombine, nourishing hatreds of everyone who basically saw them as a “sacrificial jew” — the small kid can be annihilated, as a sacrificial victim to keep the ‘social pecking order’ in the school intact. And the teachers often play along with it.

      What do you mean “think before you speak”? Our own attorney general Mr Eric “my peoples” Holder has publicaly stated that he will not prosecute people of color for hate crimes. I have to assume then that whites deserve the violence that is directed at them by blacks coming? Don’t I? I am white, and I don’t agree with it, but, OUR ATTORNEY GENERAL says that it is OK.     I wonder if how all those OWS protesters were allowed to break any laws they wanted and then are praised by so many elected leaders as ‘heros’ for defecating on police cars, taking over public parks etc, has anything to do with the increase in all these beat downs lately?

    We have an entire sector of our culture that have been told “the man” is responsible for their own failures. Black churches preach hate, our POTUS tells them to ‘get in their face’! I wonder if that has any effect. Especially on a culture that considers ‘learning’ a ‘white’ thing.

      I have family still in Michigan and there is a glimmer, but just a glimmer, that Rick Synder, the Republican Governor after his first year in office is turning Michigan around. It’s got a real long way to turn but it is shifting. Still won’t move back though. My Canadian wife won’t have anything to do with that though visiting is good every couple months. It allows some perspective, like with how many more or less for sale signs, closed up businesses, etc. there are. Family reports, and I’ve seen since last summer some improvement. I hope and pray it continues.

    Some kids, these days, are truly ignorant, which breeds hate and violence. They should know that posting something like this on the internet will only get them caught. Nobody tell them, though.
    I don’t know what ethnicity the attackers were, as they were covered up, the faces were not shown, and no audio was heard.

      The thing that make me laugh Mitten, is that Michigan wouldn’t mind that at all..Outside influence has devastated Michigan with the help from some insiders..Taxes on the big three have put more people out of work than any other state in the Union..Plants that employed full towns of people have left to stay competitive with the competition..Which in turn has closed down every other type of business you can think of…The animals you would cage in, will keep that population alive for years to come. So, some stupid kids filmed a one sided fight..Does that mean we should cage in Illinois because of Chicago?.. Florida because of Miami? Hell just cage in all the states, see which ones will survive on their own. I would move back to Michigan…They have saved this country more than once, and all you still Sheite on them…You think it was by chance that “Red Dawn” came up with wolverines as the name of the freedom force from a comic book character? Learn some history about the Michigan Wolverines, and I am not talking about the University. You’ll be shocked at what Michigan has done for this country.
