Terror Suspect Plotted to Poison Spanish Water Supply

“Kill the enemies in the heart of Europe and the USA … attack their houses, poison their water, set off explosives in their markets and the places where they meet.” That is the statement made by al-Qaeda terror suspect Abdellatif Aoulad Chiba revealing his intention to poison the Spanish water supply.

The jihadist-hopeful, who resides in Spain, reportedly plotted to poison tourists’ water supplies to avenge the killing of Osama bin Laden. Police reportedly arrested Chiba on Wednesday in the town of Linea de la Concepcion.

Undhimmi reports:

Abdellatif Aoulad Chiba, a 36-year-old Moroccan, had gone so far as to obtain manuals on poisons, toxins and explosives on jihadist websites, the judge said.Police swooped soon after the suspect appeared to be saying farewell to his wife.

Chiba’s online comments on jihadist websites “expressed a clear desire to carry out an attack against ‘infidels’ by poisoning human water supplies”, he said in a written ruling. The online comments indicated that he wanted to strike “at camp sites and tourist resorts”, most likely in Spain, said the judge of the National Court, Spain’s highest authority for hearing terrorist cases.

“The risk increased after he entered in contact with other users of the forum who supplied him with manuals on how to make and use poisons, toxins and explosives.”

Undhimmi adds that in one online post uncovered by police, Chiba swore allegiance to al-Qaeda’s North African branch, al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb.

The suspect had “expressed his intention to continue the organisation’s efforts to avenge the death of Osama bin Laden and other key members of Al-Qaeda,” the court stated.

“It is considered probable that all the actions carried out by Abdellatif Aoulad could be the steps taken according to a plan whose goal could be to carry out a terrorist act,” the judge said.

According to reports, Chiba’s online ravings called for attacks to be carried out in Europe and the United States but the court said the plot to poison water supplies “probably concerned Spain since that is where he lives.”

On this occasion another plot has, hopefully, been foiled. Sadly, however, there will surely be another on its heels to take its place.

    “Kill the enemies in the heart of Europe and the USA … attack their houses, poison their water, set off explosives in their markets and the places where they meet.” Change the words from Europe and the USA to the Middle East and Iran and one would realize that this statement is a two way street.
    The world at large will have a moment in which such words and actions will be realized by an equal response towards the Al-Qaeda and Islam as a whole. Already many European nations have come to the conclusion that “multiculturalism” has failed, mainly because of the large Muslim population in Europe.
    If that threat were to happen then the next step is a mass deportation of a major segment of the European Muslim community and if more violence continues then vigilantism will be the rule of the day and if that does not work then draconian government edicts will be passed making it impossible to be a Muslim in that continent. Bans on Mosques, Burqas, and hopefully like Nazi Germany find a “final solution” to the “Muslim problem” beset on Europe.

      I bought a 200 gallon water storage drum and installed down in my basement, I also bought a supply of 3 months of survival meals for my family in storage too. We have dogs and I’ve bought enough food for them for 3 months as well…

      Basically I’m preparing just in case of such a scenario…. if the water supply was tampered with, I’ll have water for 30 days, if food supplies are cut off due to poisoning or infrastructure failure, I can feed my family… there is nothing wrong with just having a few basic preparedness measures in place just in case. I also got a hand crank all band radio so I can listen to alerts and such in case power goes completely out. Its not being paranoid, its just being smart. You put a fire extinquisher in your house? You not paranoid that your house is going to burst into flames, you’re just being smart and preparing. Same thing here. Next thing I’m doing is getting a 10 gallon gas container and filling it up and leaving it out in the shed, if power goes out, no gasoline… I want to know I can at least have 10gallons on hand in case of an emergency and I need to travel someplace. Keep some cash (bills/coins) in the home – if power goes out, no ATM’s, you can’t buy anything, -again, be prepared.

    Again, Blaze deceives the reader. This individual was a muslim engaged in Jihad, not a terrorist.

    No wonder reports are being held hostage. They don’t even understand what they are dealing with when it comes to Jihad.

    I see two things wrong here.

    1.) Why Spain? We killed OBL not Spain. I mean if your intent is revenge for OBL’s death, then exact the revenge on the guys who killed him, not on the poor dying nation that is collapsing on itself.
    2.) Why tell everyone you are going to do it, BEFORE you do it? I mean if you feel the urge to brag about it, the make a youtube video and remotely upload it seconds before the attack happens. But do not go on a website and say “TROLOLOL Islam rocks, I promise to kill dis many spanerds” I mean seriously criminals todays are morons. God forbid someone with an ounce of intelligence decides to go crazy and kill some people.

      @JCannon – Infidels killed OBL (they just happen to be Amerian infidels). Spain is an infidel nation, and this Morrocan has easy access to Spain – hence jihadist acts in Spain. You cannot look at their actions based on whether it seems rational to us. They are stuck in a 9th century mentality (psycosis?) and act accordingly. If you look for rational actions from these people, you will always fail. You, me and every other infidel is a target. Like it or not (admit it or not) any and every believing muslim (mosque attending muslim?) is a potential terrorist/muslim jihadist.

    We face a formidable enemy: one that has unity of purpose. Muslims are one nation, one man, under one god, who seeks to destroy us. We, on the other hand,have an important segment of our society who loves the people who wants to kill them, and even in Israel you have important groups that prefer to see Israel peregrinating again in the desert, with no home, because of a twisted liberal psychology that sees the sees the aggressor as the opressed.       One of the real scary things is most large city’s water supply is made up of a very large network consisting of many district stations that if anyone of then were broken into and poison put into that district station the end result would affect a very large number of people.

      Now i live in a large city out west made up of over 3 million people that has many lakes and rivers that feed into a system of over 50 water treatment plants and all of them have had there security system upgraded after 9/11 but since that was 10 years ago people have got lazy equipment has broken down and has not been fixed so it would be easy for someone to brake in and put poison into the drinking water supply.

      The last time the city ran a test on the security of the plants to see if anyone could brake in, well i got to tell you the results of the test were not good people were able to brake in 4 out of 10 try’s. In one case they just drove up to the front gate told the guard they were there to repair some pumps and the guard just let them without even checking on their story, not good to say the least.

      Now i know some will say just use bottle water for everything but now a days with so many people out of work many can not afford that extra expense. I for one hope that what just happened in Spain will serve as a wake up call to many city governments to take the security of their city’s water supply more seriously and give it the priority it deserves.

      I am waiting for Uranium in US water supplies, why do we have TSA harassing us to get on a plane
      yet the drinking Water is un guarded ????
      but we have had Uranium contaminated sodium fluoride in tx I think Rick was gov when this got
      swept under the rug.

      Thanks for that info. I looked it up and it says there are uranium mines in Central Texas and the pipes that carry water (after being in the ground only 5 years) had so much radiation the junk yards couldn’t take them.. I’m glad I live in East Texas.

      But that report did come from PrisonPlanet….I take what they say with a grain of salt because they’re a bit conspiracy theory.
