Texas Judge: We Need to Raise Taxes to Prepare for ‘Civil War’ if Obama is Re-Elected

A Texas judge is calling for a tax increase to pay for more deputies in preparation for a possible “civil war” if President Barack Obama is re-elected.

Lubbock County Judge Tom Head told KJTV-TV on Monday that a 1.7 cent tax increase for the next fiscal year is necessary to prepare for the “worst case scenario: civil unrest, civil disobedience, civil war maybe.”

“We’re not just talking a few riots here and demonstrations, we’re talking — we’re talking Lexington, Concord, take up arms and get rid of the guy,” Head said. “What’s going to happen if we do that, if the public decides to do that? [Obama's] going to send in U.N. troops. I don‘t want ’em in Lubbock County. OK. So I‘m going to stand in front of their armored personnel carrier and say ’you’re not coming in here.’

“And the sheriff, I’ve already asked him, I said ‘you gonna back me’ he said, ‘yeah, I‘ll back you’. Well, I don’t want a bunch of rookies back there….I want trained, equipped, seasoned veteran officers to back me,” he said.

      And just a few days ago it was announced that the military has been wargaming “Civil war: 2016.”

      Anyone else want to take a guess the massive purchase or arms, armor and ammo for Homeland Security and the maneuvers in urban terrain and snatch-and-grab tactics are indicating on the part of Obama?

      i figure about mid November to early December is when he will move.

      I’m in a Florida militia right now. The only other state that has more militia units than Florida isTexas.

      And you can be sure every one of them will volunteer to back up this judge and sheriff.

      If this is widely reported in the press…..or word gets to enough people via the internet about this judge’s opinion….. I‘m pretty sure there’s not only going to be an explosion in militia membership for those now existing, but there’s going to be new groups popping up every where.

      With the black Panthers issuing new threats to kill white people and white babies specifically by the NBPP’s King Shabazz……….the very same one Holder refused to prosecute, because he was one of “his people”………….things look to be coming to a critical tipping point, especially since the Panthers and their black friends in the Uhuru movement are threatening to cause havoc during the RNC in Tampa next week.

      A Citizen’s Band Radio relay net will have to be created so militias can communicate and coordinate activities. The rogue forces will cut off the internet, shut down phone and wireless communications. The rogue forces have electronic means to create data tunnels on cell phone, and internet.       Good idea, but I don’t think this will suffice. One of the first Obama Executive orders after Nov. will be a massive pardon freeing all black criminal males serving time in prison. He will form an ultra-violent militia modeled after the SS with them. There were +846,000, as of 2008 in prison, according to the Bureau of Justice data.

      And shame on the Blaze for taking this guys comment out of context. Somehow, they missed the entire conspiracy theory. Imagine that!

      This guy has been listening to Alex Jones and Bilderburg conspiracies too long, not to mention the fact that he’s apparently delusional. His idea is that US participation in the UN somehow cedes US sovereignty the UN, that completely powerless, impotent organization. This is tin foil hat, fringe nonsense that the crazy, homeless people preach on the corner downtown.

      Somehow the Blaze failed to mention the psychotic, delusional One World Government angle that was the basis for his statement. He’s afraid of UN troops invading and conquering Lubbock. Yeah, sure, aren’t we all?

      If you made that kind of statement to any legitimate counselor or psychiatrist in the United States or anywhere else in the world they’d recommend medication and lots of therapy.

      But if a Republican says it, well, that’s the new normal. He may also need to raise taxes in case they ever let those aliens loose from Area 51 too.

Forcing me to buy something from a company hand picked by the government in order to avoid incarceration sorta crosses a line.

      We fought a war over the intolerable acts. The transgressions now make the intolerable acts look like a bad elevator conversation. The difference is they were men and our generation wants to lick the boots of the oppressors in hopes that they’ll give them an easier lot of serfdom.

      JZS, You are always judgmental. But, I do agree with you about the conspiracy theory. I think this judge has been nipping at a bottle in his chambers too much. I busted out laughing when he expressed some fear about 0bama sending in UN troops. LOL, how is going to get them in here and dispersed to the so called trouble areas. The massive majority of the UN goons could be taken on by a single class of sixth graders armed with home made sling shots and defeated. They are mostly ill trained and inept, and the UN for the most part may deploy them to third world trouble spots, but keeps them from standing up to stop slaughters. They usually just occupy space. The judge is a loon to even think they can accomplish anything.

      I’m sure he would get amply qualified citizens who could and would supply their own arms. Now that the National Guard has been purloined by the feds away from the states, every state should be organizing!

      He’s a brave judge, but he will be declared a “domestic terrorist” by that NDAA that Obuma signed 8 months ago. I think Obama wants to get a civil war regardless if he wins or loses. If he loses, he will say he was cheated and demand the blacks riot and burn down the cities. I think he wants any excuse to declare martial law…..even if it means a false flag attack on the US.

      This judge is a little more established than Brandon Raub. That is all. they have both seen that the Obama administration is a lying, thieving administration. Either Raub & this judge need to be locked up in a psychiatric institution in a Soviet style move to quell dissent or they both should be free.

      Just because it takes a year or two for Congress to reach a consensus, because it takes the public a few years to reach a consensus on a subject because they have a few go around of reading &read arguing in Townhalls & in the media before deciding how to act, is no reason for the President to make law via Executive orders.

      Look up Rahm Emanuel, AxelRod, The energy company Exelon & Obama

      Look up Obama;’s grades. You get get every recent president‘s or presidential candidate’s grades except Obama.

      It is you who are whistling by the graveyard, because the concept of armed conflict terrifies you.

      As a radical liberal fantasizer, it gives you a sense of security to pass your delusions off as mere talk.

      NEVER before in recent history has this country been converging with so many negative factors all at the same time, which all point to considerable strife and turmoil.

      Even the government is declaring that another recession is looming on the horizon, and the EU dominos are beginning to fall and will be headed this way when they do.

      Since US soldiers will not fire on their friends and neighbors, their mothers, fathers brothers and sisters, bringing in UN troops is a VERY logical assumption.

      Now for the commentary. We know in our guts this has been coming for years now. I’ve repeatedly said this man in office is no ordinary man. I predicted his election one year out and I predict he will stay in office and have been saying this since his election. I also said he will be known as the first president of the world or first unofficial president of the world. I said this before Dick Morris said on FOX news on 1/09 that this guy wants to be president of the world. How did I know these things? I just know it in my spirit these are the things that will be and are to come. I don’t know how he gets there but I know its how it will be. For this judge to point out his fears and or concerns on a TV show only confirms that others see how extra special this man in office is.

      Its their (the Lefts) time! They will not go quitely into the night and will try to disband the republican party as a racist organization. That I know for sure will happen.

      usualy i think jzs just trolls this site but on this one im with jzs. I am not discounting that things could get bad. But this is not south America…It is the USA. We couldnt have a civil war if we wanted one. You know that “too big to fail” idea of the left. I have a feeling that is how the rest of the world views the US. We have too many untapped resources and to much military tech. I believe that if we ever got a big enough uprising in the US to threaten destabilization of the government we would soon see troops from across the globe. I don’t think the rest of the world would allow our government to go through “regime change” like you see in dirt water countries like egypt iraq etc etc etc. There is to much at stake millitarliy, monitarily, and politically. So yah, I think that “prepare for the coming civil war” is a little too alex jones for my taste

      But notice folks what the judge said about the common man. He said he “wants seasoned professionals, not rookies”-rookies being the common man. He just wants to protect his kingdom. He doesn‘t give a rat’s ass about us regular peasants. It does not take much training to shoot straight and be brave. You don’t have to be an official govt goon in order to be a patriot. People are aware of what is going on in ever increasing numbers as indicated by Obama being the gun salesman of the year 3 years in a row. As for persons posting on this site who claim to be in various militias/resistance cells there is this thing called OPERATIONAL SECURITY it means keeping your mouth shut so that you enemy doesn’t find out what you are up to. You might want to look into that.

      Some of you who follow my comments should know that I told you this would happen (over a year ago). I heard it from a group of like-minded men/women who want to protect our rights and if Obama is re-elected, they will step in.

      However, I am a very non-violent person and I am not sure if I would agree with this, but I do know that a LOT of them are involved in their local elections and are WATCHING to see who tries to do the wrong things when they vote, Their groups are in almost every state EXCEPT California because that state is so screwy, they are hoping Mexico takes it over and we can then do away with that state under the Republic.

      I cannot tell you how vigilant and adamant these people are. They have lists of far left people, who they are, where they live, etc.. So know that when the election is over and IF Obama does win, HE WILL BE A SHORT-TERM – VERY SHORT-TERM, PRESIDENT. First, it will be his followers, and you can go from there.

      I am really undecided about how they will do this, but I hope they do it without violence and within the law. GOD BLESS OUR REPUBLIC!!

      Back then, “ a well regulated militia” meant that the local men were all versed through drill and practice on simple tactics of the day and Order of arms (reloading their muskets), marching and such. IE things that what were called REGULARs did, as opposed to calvary, grenadiers and so on. Regulated militia back then did not mean laws or rules from bureaucrats these guys had to follow. Regulated meant they had to be able to assemble (every able bodied man) for scheduled drill and practice, so tey would be of some value militarily if they had to defend the state or area against attack.
      I suupose today the CMP comes closest to a somewhat formal way of carrying that on. Texas does have a state guard, reporting to the governor and not tied to the federal government.

      Two things come to mind:

      1. He wants to raise taxes to outfit his own personal troops? No thanks: I’m a conservative. You want to form a militia of volunteers, go for it. You want to raise my taxes? Prepare to have the militias turn AGAINST you.

      2. For people like Independent who say they‘ll be the first up in arms when this judge’s theory comes true: I’d be right there with you if the UN puts military boots on US soil. If you take up arms in revolt against a duly elected government? I’ll be right there with our military, our police, and the rest of our patriotic citizens to put you and this judge down like the rabid dogs you are. Traitors deserve a traitor’s fate.

      Obama will not allow us to cecede from this busted country. Believe the economic facts. Texas can support itself financially,structurally, and politically for the long haul. We have our own power grid and Mexico as bad as it is, would sell us power and food along with GASOLINE because we could afford it and the ties are geographically ideal.. Mexico has plenty of everything and Texas has a stable hardworking reputation.. This isn’t 1845 anymore. Back then Texas was desperate for help and needed to join the United States for financial reasons, but NOW it is very much the other way around. America needs Texas more than you think. I tried to leave a comment the they wouldn’t post it and said I was not allowed to post. There were a few others trying to say they’re comments were deleted by the moderator, too.       Not trying to be a jerk just trying to see what others think. Texas is having a problem right now with West Nile. Some here may not like Alex Ones ( intentional mistake) but there was a story there.

      West Nile likely to worsen, with more cases and deaths. As Texas records more than half of the nation’s cases of West Nile virus… I asked this…

      DRAGONFLY’S !!! Rather than spraying chemicals that for sure have an effect on people (although they say it doesn’t) grow BILLIONS of DRAGONFLY’S. Here in Port orange Florida every night we see THOUSANDS of dragonfly’s flying around everywhere eating the mosquito’s. The chemicals will kill the dragonfly’s. The chemicals will effect humans. Grow dragonfly’s. You’ll have a much reduced population of mosquitos.

      Oh I forgot something. The government wants to reduce the population right? What better way than to grow mosquitos that carry West Nile, release them into the public domain and then spray chemicals “to help save lives” that actually wind up killing or reducing the population in some other way. Do I truly wonder why they dont grow Dragonfly’s? Not really. That actually WOULD save lives.

      He wasn’t talking about going to Washington to get Obama, he is talking about if the people revolt against Obama and they need to keep the peace in their county. Obama would send UN troops to his county and he is saying that Lubbock County will not allow foreign troops in his jurisdiction to support a tyrant.

    Well Homeland security recently secured a purchase of 1.4 billion rounds of various calibers of ammunition. Looks like this judge is simply taking note of what DHS is doing. Perhaps it would be wise if others did likewise.

      I would want this much ammo if I thought there MIGHT BE a PATRIOT behind EVERY PINE TREE also. They are crazy if they think we will fight them in the open. They have no idea how many of us there are out here just patiently waiting for them to bring it. These Clowns had better think twice before they take on the American People. Heck they cant even keep Afghan Soldiers from shooting their silly asses while they are protecting them.. DUH. I suspect a pretty bumpy ride is ahead for the hard working American Citizen. Everybody that wants to be a Communist please raise your hand.LOL.

      And even the Weather Service tried to buy 46,000 rounds of ammo, for Christ’s sake (or actually the Devil’s sake).

      But it’s OK because it was just a “clerical error” and the rounds were REALLY intended for the “NOAA Fisheries Office of Law Enforcement”…because we how dangerous a carp with a carbine can be… or a pike with a pistol… or a redfin with a rifle… or a mackerel with a machine gun…

      Do you EVER wonder why EVERY single Federal Agency these days now needs ARMED staff?? Even the Department of Edcuation (EDUCATION!) has an armed section….!!! Go Texas!
