‘That’s Assault!’: Union Protester Whacks Young FreedomWorks Activist

On Wednesday, members of the Communications Workers of America (CWA) took their labor union protests to the Washington, D.C. offices of FreedomWorks, a conservative activist organizations.
One of the young conservatives at the scene was Tabitha Hale, a tea party activist, blogger and FreedomWorks employee.

As Hale filmed a heated debate between one of her colleagues and a CWA union organizer, the man violently smacked Hale and her camera away:

One thing I can and shall state from first hand experience in dealing with progressives and radicals of many types – they will initiate hostilities without much excuse, and from the time of a child dealing with a radical muslum uncle who caused draino to be sprayed into my left eye, blinding me, to another progressive ‘exercising restraint’ when he slashed my face on the same side with a broken knife, and many others who I do take a stand against and have often born more than one additional set of marks from.
So do not call us pansies or other such excuses for your own ignorance on the subject.
Some of us do make the stand, and are prepared to make the ultimate gift to keep the nation from going into the night; one day I will face my maker and be able with a clear consience to say I have done my fullest in His duty.

1. Did Tabitha Hale file charges on this thug and criminal?
2. Is this thug in jail? (disregarding if he is out on bail)
3. Is everyone that observed this ready to testify as witnesses against this crime?
If the answer to any of these questions is no then we have nothing to complain about because a now answer would show that someone, Hale, the people around when this happened or the police are complicit as well as aiding and abetting this criminal behaviour. This person should be sued as well as charged with criminal battery, or are we now enabling these criminals by ignoring and not holding them accountable for what they do. As far as I’m concerned, this should be good for at least 5 years prison time minimum.

To add insult to injury tonight before I left the gym a 30 someting white male shared with me that he lost his business last year and that he was now working with a community group which fixes up low income peoples homes… He proceeds to tell me that if Republicans have their way the budget for that service would be cut at least in half and that his girl friend that works with the Head Start program would lose her job too if Republicans had their way.
The guy had gained a bunch of weight and looked pretty bad so decided not to even speak to him concerning that asine statement but as I left I was thinking what the hell have these people taught. I mean does he think that the early settlers or the frontiersmen were going around thinking hey where‘s the gov’t handout? I can‘t make it without a gov’t handout. Such a damn disgrace to see white people have been reduced to begging for handouts from the damn State!

They are great at hitting someone when they are down, it is their character to do so. Remeber CWA represents all major phone carriers in the US. AT&T, Verizon, Qwest, all the “Baby Bells” all wells as a host of other companies. CWA are the techs and people who answer the phones when you call them. Ever call the “Phone” company and get treated like dirt, called names, threatened? That is the CWA!!! Remember that the next time you call. If they have a foreign accent and are courteous then that would be a foreigner who is happy to make a living wage and treat their companies customers HAPPY not frustrated?

I would almost use the R word, but that wouldn’t be very PC. Since when does our right to free speech = the right to assault someone. You don’t understand the law or have any common sense. In fact, none of us on this website should even communicate with you since your comments were so stupid.
