‘The Best Man Left on the Battlefield’: Chuck Norris Endorses Gingrich

Newt Gingrich landed a high-powered endorsement Friday: Chuck Norris, martial arts star and entertainment action hero.
“We believe Newt’s experience, leadership, knowledge, wisdom, faith and even humility to learn from his failures (personal and public) can return America to her glory days,” Norris wrote in a column on World Net Daily. “He is the best man left on the battlefield who is able to outwit, outplay and outlast Obama and his campaign machine.”
Norris said he believes Gingrich best answers the “10 questions to find our next president” Norris has detailed in his recent columns, including: greatest leadership ability, working comprehension of America, moral fortitude, fiscal prudence and highest regard for human life.
“For my wife, Gena, and I, we sincerely believe former Speaker Newt Gingrich is the answer to most of those questions and deserves our endorsement and vote,” Norris wrote.
The former “Walker, Texas Ranger” star also credited Rick Perry for choosing to suspend his campaign and endorse Gingrich.
“We agree with our friend and governor of the great state of Texas, Rick Perry, when he suspended his campaign and endorsed Gingrich, that Newt ‘has the heart of a conservative reformer,’” Norris wrote.
Norris concluded his column with a call for readers to rally behind Gingrich as the GOP nominee and eventual president of the United States.
“I’m tired of watching our country being torn to shreds by those who think the answer is more government debt and control,” he wrote. “I’m tired of being in bondage to a tax system that robs U.S. citizens like the king of England did before the Revolution. I’m tired of watching our sovereignty being sold by foreign loans and loose borders. And I will not sit back and merely watch this decay and degradation of the U.S. and then hand it over to my children and grandchildren to deal with. ”
Norris endorsed and campaigned for former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee during the 2008 election cycle.

If you think that newt can win, you are out of your mind because people like would rather not vote then to vote for newt. I feel like the whole tea party thing has been a waste of time because there are so many people that have learned nothing over the last three years. People like Chuck and Palin are total sell-outs to the tea party movement. I would rather let Obama win again and have the country fail in the next several years then have this mess continue for another 10 or 20 years. If we allow it to fail, we have a chance to rebuild. If we allow this to go on for another 10 or 20 years, what kind of lives will our kids and grand kids have? I for one do not want to die wondering if the next generation will straighten things out; I want to fix it now.

Posted on January 20, 2012 at 9:37pmChuck Norris’ tears may be able to cure cancer, but his political choice is a cop out. Gingrich is a legislator not an executive. He is an adulterer not to be trusted. And he makes love to our ears while eyeballing the power of the throne (by the way, we don’t have a throne). Newt’s grandiose ideas are designed to secure him grandiose power. Listen to what he is saying while everyone cheers his one-liners. His ambition is unmatched and I mean that in the worst light. Scary. Progressive. Big fat government. Infidel. We don‘t need Beck’s permission, but if you are a fan, and have actually been listening then what could any of us possibly see in Newt. Nope. His support is appalling. He’s a political prostitute willing to perform any trick in exchange for the most powerful office in the world. Run away!

The only thing you have on Ron Paul is his foreign policy, which the only way (lets be totally honest here) to get information about what is going on is through the media, which most of us here would agree…..the media stinks, and is a social engineering tool…..everyone of us complain about it. BUT YOU WANT TO BELIEVE EVERYTHING ABOUT FOREIGN AFFAIRS THAT IS FILTERED THROUGH IT. Tell me for sure how YOU know without a doubt that everything being said about Iran and the middle east is being reported honestly??
I’ll stick with what I DO know….With what i can look around and see with my own eyes…..and take that information and compare it to the media…..Most of the time it is not being honestly portrayed. And what I see and know without a doubt is that this country needs to get back on the right track or we have nothing left…….
It is possible that the things being said about Iran are true..but there is no way to say for sure, unless i tell myself i will put all my trust/faith in today’s media…that I can not and will not do… I will place my bet on the sure thing….constitutional principles is what we need to save us….

So Newt can learn from his mistakes but Mitt is a flip flopper? Newt can make millions using his government experience and influence, but Mitt is the Capitalist pig for making money the old way? Newt can sit on the couch with Pelosi, but Mitt can’t say I am not yet sure how much man has affected the climate change we are witnessing? Newt can preach progressive doctrine, but Mitt is the real wolf in sheep’s clothing? So tell me, when you listen to the debates and get that feeling running up and down your leg, so excited because Newt can pop off a polished one liner, don’t you feel the strange need to take a shower later? Because I sure do. Newt is exactly the kind of person I have been taught my whole life not to trust. But you say he could beat Obama in a debate…and I say he can also beat Obama at being the most progressive president this country has ever seen. Spend a few hours and cruise youtube for past Gingrich speeches and public comments. Grab a barf bowl as you may need it.

That would be Mitt Romney.
This fight is between European style socialism and American capitalism.
The purpose of Gingrich in the race is to maintain the power within the oligarchy that has intentionally led us into this mess, whether Obama wins or Gingrich, the results will be the same. Just look at his record.
Ron Paul would be great, but he can’t win this. He should have a place in the new administration.
Santorum appeals too much to emotion, and to the class warfare line. And he‘s not been honest during the campaign concerning Romney’ record.
It’s Romney. Get behind him guys. Please. Listen, he is an outsider. He may look like an “elitist”, but the establishment has not wanted him all this time, because he is not in their circle. He is not like Gingrich, Pelosy, Reid, and the old guard. We don’t need any more progressives, or extremists to lead us.
Once he is office, elect more like Ron Paul into Congress to keep him in check. That is the ticket out of this mess.

There’s nothing wrong with success and wealth. A lot of good can be accomplished by those who have a lot of money. May we all be so blessed!
What Romney’s hiding in the Cayman Islands SHOULD BE Of Concern to America and IT IS!
Peel back the Cayman‘s blue sky and white sand and what’s under there could be enough to put Romney in prison for a mighty long time. The fact that he’s risking his nomination to keep it under cover says a lot. Even so, there are those whose job it us to investigate such stuff and inspite of Romney’s best duck and hide act, it could all be dug up anyway.

Posted on January 21, 2012 at 9:34amWell put Ballot_Box_Revolution!! It is so unfortunate that so many people who rightly oppose the current administration are going to ultimately fail this nation by choosing an alternative that the media is actually choosing for them. I often see the names “Paulbots” and “Paulzombies” being used to denigrate those who support Dr. Paul and is saddens me that the use of these names is actually indicative of people who have become “Mediabots” and “Mediazombies”; people who are just parroting the names and opinions of other, like-minded souls whose opinions have been handed to them.
We all know that no candidate is perfect but I simply cannot understand why anyone would put their faith in restoring this country to greatness in people like Gingrich or Romney (or formerly Perry). These presidential aspirants have given us plenty of opportunities to understand who they really are and what they represent which is the status quo and a continued national deterioration forced upon us by an increasingly corrupt and despotic government. These candidates will say anything to get elected and people should stop listening to them and look at who they really are which will better enlighten as to what may be expected of them if they are ultimately elected.

“Newt seems o go after the real bd guys instead of going after the good guys and calling them bad guys. ”
I can agree with you on that. I do no think Newt would make the good guys into enemies. I would feel safe that he would not abuse the Patriot act, or any other law he may pass that would give the government over reaching powers….Sadly I felt the same way when Bush made the“patriot act” law…. My dumb a$$ defended the patriot act because i was comfortable with the fact that Bush would not use those powers against anyone but Islamic terrorists….
The fact is: laws that are passed don’t go away when the president does, and they leave the government with more power over us….Newt will pass more of these types of laws, and he admitted that the patriot act was not strong enough. Though i would would breath a sigh of relief if newt beat Obama, I would know it is only four years of comfort…..and what is he going to do in that four years to leave for the next president that rules over us….
Didn’t Obama say he was going to repeal the patriot act during his campaign?? Of course he didn’t do it…throwing that power away would be insane if your goal is power….

No, don’t think the ex-wife is a problem at all – just the fear that he might “implode” like he has in the past – unpredictable. And that’s what some of the SC people are expressing.

Any woman married to a man that supports Newt should hire a private investigator, chances are he’s rooting for someone that makes him feel better about his infidelities by comparison.

Posted on January 20, 2012 at 6:32pmLets get back to the issues. He is worse than Romney on the individual mandate, Gingrich wanted a federal mandate, Romney a state. Gingrich is worse on Global Warming, he removed a pro-global warming chapter out of his book. the ghost writer of that section may release the full thing of what was to be released. And the social issues, Romney is great at. I can‘t believe Newt would question Romney’s integrity on this issue.
Gingrich is the least vetted and now his garbage is coming out. Why doesn’t the media ask Gingrich: Why he has praised the progressive movement? Why is FDR his favorite president, instead of Reagan. Why would he call himself a Wilsonian? That is because they (the media) agrees with him.
Come to find out, he is really buddy buddy with the press in private, unlike on stage. He is a closet progressive and so two faced.

Romney has already signed one, which one did he not sign. He has already pledged to repeal ObamaCare and he was the first person to come out with a plan to remove it and replace it. Sadly Newt was the one that wanted the federal mandate while Romney only allowed a state mandate.
Shall I remind you that Romney‘s mandate originally was ’Pay for your own insurance or pay your own bill.’ That is completely libertarian. No more health mandates to cover those who don’t want to pay. (This is according to the Heritage Foundation) Romney even fought the two mandates that were in the final bill vetoing the mandate and 7 other sections of the bill that raised cost. It was the veto proof legislature that voted all 8 sections back in.

Interesting that he keeps bringing this up. In 1994 Kennedy constantly attacked him and his releigion. One ad was about how Romney tried to talk multiple women out of abortions. These are reported in the Boston Globe back then. You need to see the full explanation, in video form, on TeaPartyForRomney.com . Quite an eye opener.

oh Gingrich likes FDR….
When the Japanese sneak attack at Pearl Harbor threw the United States into a global war against Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy and Imperial Japan, Franklin Delano Roosevelt rose to the challenge. He led the allies in a global war with remarkable skill and built the greatest military in history. Newt believes that without FDR’s leadership as Commander in Chief during World War II, the 20th century would have been a Nazi century rather than an American century. Ronald Reagan too praised FDR, saying that “like the Founding Fathers before him, F.D.R. was an American giant.”

Newt released his one year returns just as he found out the ex was speaking out, lambasted the press (freedom of press) just as Obama’s peeps did to Joe the Plumber (attacks citizen for asking question-freedom of speech) and went after Romney for taxes in Caymans? No one asked Newt where his money is, maybe the same place? It was explained on O’Reilly the money in the Caymans is essentially the same as an IRA for the wealthy. That aside Newt said he was a Progressive. This is a Rep/Dem election just as Beck told 3 years back and the best advice he gave us was to spit ourselves out of the process. Sarah Palin did not speak up one time for Michele Bachmann, did she? (the most conservative). Plus, you forget that Gingrich made millions on speaking events, he claimed that in his speech telling how he didn’t need to be a lobbyist for Freddie because he had enough money. All that money went into his five me-Businesses. Only one of those business was not about him and his books/speaking contracts, etc. The fifth one is his health care think tank that supported a federal individual mandate.
Do you remember him telling American in last nights debate to look at his companies website, that there is no mention of the individual mandate, that is because it was scrubbed. It was there when he first started vying for President. Then he said on Meet the Press, on May 15, that he still favored an individual mandate.

n the last few editions of my weekly column, I detailed “10 questions to find our next president” in no particular order of importance. I proposed that the name of the candidate that fills the majority of the answers deserved readers’ vote.
Who is most committed to follow and lead by the U.S. Constitution?
Who has the greatest leadership ability to rally, unify and mobilize citizens across political
and societal spectrums?
Who has the best working comprehension of America?
Who has the best ability to influence a volatile world away from its brink of destruction?
Who has clear and present moral fortitude?
Who can best beat President Barack Obama (in and outside of debates)?
Who has the best abilities to lead Washington politics and politicians?
Who has the best plan and leadership ability to restore America’s economy?
Who is the most fiscally prudent?
Who has demonstrated the highest regard for human life?
For my wife, Gena, and I, we sincerely believe former Speaker Newt Gingrich is the answer to most of those questions and deserves our endorsement and vote.

Mormons are scary but Newt is someone you could cuddle up to? Chances are you are protestant or you wouldn’t have so much venom for a Mormon, and yet you find the poor excuse for a catholic more palatable? At least stick to your religious leanings and support Paul. That would make a little more sense. Or you could even throw your support behind Santorum who is a decent Catholic.
And I have a reason for Romney to put his money in the Cayman’s. Their banks are probably more financially sound than ours. Not an expert of course but I am sure It was a smart financial decision to put his money there because that is what Romney does, smart financial decisions. Newt however bounces checks and gets censured by congress (First House Speaker in history no less.) Newt is after the prize and all the trimmings, he couldn’t care less about his convictions, he doesn’t have any other than Newt, Newt, Newt, and he is too busy patting himself on the back for saying the right things to curry your support. He’s is a very cunning individual, he created the bate and cast into your living room, and caught himself a guppy.
