    The Red Tide!

    As was expected, the tsunami of grass roots activism sent a tidal wave of red across the electoral map and gave the House back to the Republicans, gave them near parity in the Senate and numerous governorships, state legislatures and lesser state posts. The message was historic and undeniable. But, even before the night was over, the talking heads of the Left (read: MSM) were already trying to downplay the results by pointing to the seats that the GOP didn’t take. Granted, it would have been nice to send Reid, Boxer, Frank, Coons, Brown, etc… into “early” retirement, but the lack of success in a handful of marquee races should not be allowed to overshadow the magnitude of what was accomplished….

      I agree 100%, the unreported story so far is the Tsunami of red that took over previously deep blue states.
      Here in the People’s Republic of Michigan, the whole state turned deep red, except for the ACORN districts in Detroit.
      Today is a grand day for American Patriots.

      That guy Stark has been flying under the radar for 30 years. I found it amazing when I heard what he really thought of his constituents. I don‘t find it amazing that many of them haven’t heard what a mistake they have been making now that he is corrupted.

      Unfortunately, Ms. Pelosi was re-elected by her constituents, so she will be returning to D.C., just not as Speaker of the House. However, I did hear a rumor or two that she might be thinking of retiring. Sweet dreams.

      Agreed, but he knew that. Personally, I don’t think he ever wanted to be in congress…he just wanted the security of being retired from congress. So, he did what he had to do to get the boot. Don’t they retire with full pay and benefits….for life? That’s a pretty sweet deal for a fairly young guy like that. It’s disgraceful…just like he is. …rf

      Admittedly, the guy was a “pinhead” (to use O‘Reily’s kinder term), and I am fully pleased to see him gone, but I don’t think he was as much of a true danger like some of the others out there. The most prominent one that comes to my mind is the one that had the blatant voter fraud attempt of sending out fraudulent absentee ballots. Whatever happened to that candidate?
