The Real Jon Huntsman Stops by Saturday Night Live

The Real Jon Huntsman Stops by Saturday Night Live | Jon Huntsman SNLRepublican presidential candidate Jon Huntsman swapped the campaign trail for 30 Rockefeller Center Saturday, making a real-life appearance on Saturday Night Live.

Appearing on the show’s “Weekend Update” segment, the former Utah governor spoke with host Seth Meyers about his New Hampshire efforts, just eight weeks off from the state’s primary.

Meyers said he wanted to start with something never heard at any of the GOP debates: “Governor Huntsman, the first question is for you.”

Asking about his standing in the polls, Meyers pointed out that nationally Huntsman is only in the low single digits.

“It is true Seth. But only a few months ago, I was polling at margin of error, so to have any digit at all is a pretty big deal,” Huntsman said.

Illustrating his focus in the Granite State, Huntsman peppered the conversation with glowing facts about the state, even deeming New Hampshire native Meyers “as wise as a Dartmouth professor.”

When Meyers said both his parents still live there, his mother a registered Democrat and his father an independent, Huntsman said, “Say hi to your dad for me.”

There is something about him that doesn’t sit right with me. He seems to have an air about him, conceited. Also, he has appeard on MSNBC, SNL and Piers Morgan. He actually brought his attractive daughters to the Piers show. Why? Does he think this will help him? Anyone see him on Fox? I don’t think he is conservative and the way he comes across, I don’t trust him.

It’s really funny the way Liberals are pushing Huntsman and how only about 1% of Republicans are stupid enough to not realize he’s a plant. No doubt most of Huntsman’s donors also donate to Obama’s campaign and it wouldn’t surprise me if Huntsman runs as an Independent to siphon off Republican votes.

Huntsman is the biggest fraud ever. I think he regards himself so highly he expected to be a leading candidate by now, but it looks like, for once, the electorate can see through this insufferable snob.

He adopted two kids from China and India. While I’m glad for the kids to have found a home, I think it is deplorable pandering to have adopted two non-white kids, obviously for political reasons so he can appear to be the new multicultural white political model who can show the world how “unprejudice” he is, especially since this country has an abundance of kids wanting good homes.

His political ploy at adoption is causing the children to be raised in a foreign land, outiside the people whose ancestor’s and history they share in a land with a far different way of life than what they have here. In effect, people like Huntsman deprive these children of their rightful cultural heritage.

One big complaint by blacks, which is a valid one, is that these kinds of do-gooder whites who adopt black babies from Africa deprive them of their cultural heritage…… and it is wrong…… just in order to feel morally superior.

In Huntsman’s case he would have been better off not concocting a family he thought would be a vote-getter. Probably, his scheme was hatched years ago when he had visions of being president, and I’ve no doubt he thought there would be a different outcome. The result of his devious tactics is having children who will suffer.

Chris Matthews loves Huntsman and admits it, so that is enough for me to know he is up to no good. I personally am thankful he is staying at the bottom of the pack. I also need more convincing than I am getting that Cain is as real of a conservative as he claims to be. SAYING IT DOESN’T DO THE TRICK FOR ME. I heard his wife say she thought he would do good things for us……….she also thought Obama could….she knows who they both will help in the back of her mind….themselves….both democrats that are using the media to confuse us or some of us. As soon as the left throws Cain out they do something like support him with the SS security on our dime to bring him back up…don’t be fooled by Alinsky tactics. Cain is not able…he is holding a spot for Obama.

Huntsman is a total liberal at heart, he would say and or do anything the Obama administration ask him to do. His poll number even in the single digit are somewhat surprising to me also, for the simple fact that he has even scored, but just like with Odumbo we still have lots of people and lap dog liberals still dumbing down on stupid when it comes to their die hard support. Huntsman is the candidate that is loved by outlets such as CNN, NBC, MSNBC,ABC and those disgusting net flanks at the Huffingtonpost and Move0n.

As bad as Mr. Huntsman would be as President, and his polling shows what most Republicans think of his assets, he would be far better then what we have now!

Why do you call them RINOs? Do you really think there are any “true” republicans left in this country?

BOTH parties have been infiltrated. BOTH are almost nothing but quislings. The Progressive movement has taken everything over; all three branches of government. So long as people pretend that there is a difference between the Progressives in the Republican part and the Progressives in the Democratic party, we will continue to spiral down this path towards collectivism.

Reject it all, start thinking for yourself, critical analysis.

      Proof please.

I have a really hard time believing that. Sorry.

This is a hatchet job by Team Obama…are you not smart enough to see that? All of his accusers are from Chicago and the Restaurant Association which is located there. Herman spent just 3 years there. If he was the serial sexual offender they say he is…don’t you think it would have happened elsewhere too? Or was he “cured” magically when he left the Windy City? One woman works for Obama outright. One woman lives is the same building as Axelrod. Seriously do you really believe what they tell you to believe that easily?
The only skirts Herman chases are worn by Gloria.
By the way…I don‘t really care what Huntsman’s wife’s views are. The last time I checked she won’t be on the ballot, and Huntsman is nothing more than a Liberal Democrat who paints and R by his name. A New World Order kinda guy, a global warming believer, the man is NOT his father and is a complete moonbat.

I like Herman. I was considering him a top choice at one point and wanted to learn more about him.

Google it, folks. Gloria Cain does, in fact, party switch but has in the past voted Democrat. She registered R to vote for Herman when Herman was running for the Senate. Gloria Cain voted for Obama in 2008.

      http://www.newsmax.com/InsideCover/Cain-Wife-Votes-Democrat/2011/11/04/id/416931

My problem is…… if Herman couldn’t point out or influence his own wife about the Lefts/Dems agenda, how will he be able to influence anyone else who doesn’t already believe in him.

As to his church, research it and come to your own conclusions. Here’s a vid to get you started. It’s from slanted CNN but you can ferret out the facts:

      http://religion.blogs.cnn.com/2011/10/18/the-liberal-church-of-herman-cain/

I still like and respect Herman. He seems in over his head (as was/is Obama). I surely would take Cain over Obama. But, he is not my top choice.

I’d love to hold this against Herman Cain, but I know too many mindless soccer Mom’s that cancel out their husband right wing extremist vote. They aren’t bad people. They just don’t think 3 steps ahead.

I don’t think those women really care about politics. They care about feelings and how relaxed and safe they feel when a man speaks to them. And their mindlessness is only negated when they themselves can no longer afford to eat because of their own stupidity. Then they vote for whoever is paying the bills.

I saw this in 2008 all over the place. it‘ll be different this election because the soccer mom’s are finally realizing that socialism‘s price is their kids staying home until they’re 30. This is a generalization of course, but it’s generally what I saw. I can’t hold what his wife does against Cain. I’d have no right wing friends left.

I have never felt that Jon Huntsman, communicates the seriousness of this election. Laughter is good. This piece was sadly intertaining, because it is a partial reflection of reality. However, I am concerned for the survival of my country. I want to remain a free country in which my children can dream dreams and achieve. My fellow Americans are not waiting for a leader to lead us out of this pit, but it would be good to elect someone who has a clue.
