‘The View’ Mocks Boehner‘s ’60 Minutes’ Crying: ‘This Guy Has an Emotional Problem’

Whoopi Goldberg imitated him. Sherri Shepherd* clapped. Joy Behar cackled. Barbara Walters said he has an “emotional problem.” That’s how a majority of “The View” hosts treated John Boehner‘s candid emotions on Sunday night’s “60 Minutes” interview.

“This guy has an emotional problem,” Walters said of Boehner on Monday’s show. “Every time he talks about anything that‘s not ’raise taxes,’ he cries.” Boehner cried multiple times during the interview, including when talking about young kids and the American dream.

Earlier, Whoopi Goldberg mocked Boehner by pretending to cry while describing the interview. Joy Behar then went on to call him a hypocrite for being a self-made man but not having empathy for the middle class. That seems an odd statement considering the recent tax compromise between the president and congressional Republicans included tax rate extensions for all Americans.

The only host to defend Boehner was conservative Elizabeth Hasselbeck.

“Let’s not crucify a man for getting emotional,” Hasselbeck said. “He’s probably a fine man who cares and if he wants to give small businesses tax breaks so they can hire somebody so they can have a job…you can‘t just brush him like that and say that he’s a bad guy.”

    **‘The View’ Mocks**

That’s all I had to read. That’s all they do. How are they even worth paying attention to, let alone commenting on?

As for Boehner, he’s a RINO folks, don’t let the act fool you now. He will concede so fast to the Left that it will leave your head spinning come 2013.

And I thought liberal women liked senitive, metro-sexual males, don’t they like to be the masculine one in the relationship? Also, the article said Star Jones, oops! Poor Sherri. lol.

If you are getting any of your news or trying to validate your opinions from Whoopi or Joy’s perspectives, you need to get your affairs in order. Your life is over. You will be the in the first group of people who are “death panelled” and shown that your life has no value or worth.

What ever happened to the compassionate and caring left? They indicated for decades they wanted men to soften up and get in touch with their emotions and so forth, what happened? Guess that “foundation” moved to. Ever notice how the left flip-flops back and forth on everything depending on the perceive wrong of the moment. The left has NO FOUNDATION in anything of substance evidenced by the fact that you cannot count on any of the rules remaining consistent.

I like to watch most of the week–just as I like to watch the Morning Joe program. I am a conservative, but It is interesting to catch the liberal point of view being expressed. It always amazes me that they think the average person is just not capable of taking care of himself/herself without the government helping out. Life is just so unfair. Again today, the moaning about millionaires not being taxed more when they don’t need a break and would be willing to do so–no one is stopping them from voluntarily contributing more to the IRS. At the start of every program I wonder what freebies will be given out to the studio audience that day–never fails. What a way to attract an enthusiastic audience!

These people just don’t listen! Why does the GOP grace any of these fools with their pressence? If they were not on their shows, no one would watch and maybe these obnoxious hosts would fade away. It doesn’t matter what they say the format will be, somewhere down the line it will become fodder for the left.

Its not possible to sway the Christian right bro. They are mindless. Mindless is the essence of most primitive philosophy. Just let them die alone for there own death worship.

I hope you know that its not Christians im ragging on but the many known (do to lack of a bettor phrase) as the Christian right. They will continue to root for there home teem (republicans), and when the day comes that the republicans are back in power you will see them over night, switch from freedom fighters ( i know the term is laughable in their case) to “patriots of government”. Just as they suddenly started using buzz words from the paul revolution like patriot, revolution, sound money, all because they heard the leaders whoever they are use the words that strike emotion at the time.

Let the NeoCons go. They have no reasoning mind to reason with. It was kill long ago, sometime in the childhood they long for but can never reach. That child hood is the reasoning mind, it is the truth they defied. It is lost to them. they are dead, let them rest in stupidity.

Right on SLAPTHELEFT. I totally agree with you everyone on The View panel with the exception on Hasselbeck need their head examined. How dare they disrespect a man who can actually show where is heart is. I thought it was a nice change from all the crap coming out of Washington these days.

I don’t know Mr. Boehner’s history. I know he had eleven siblings and they didn‘t grow up being ’kept’ like a Barack Obama or a Kennedy. I don’t know if he lost parents or siblings tragically. But, I DO know that, after seeing the taunting hatred of so many of the Progressive/Socialist/Marxist/ Communist ‘representatives’ currently in both Houses, a bit of humanity, actual feelings and compassions is quite welcome. It’s been a very long time since a speaker has actually cared about his or her fellow human beings.
