Third Undercover Abortion Video Shows AZ Clinics Allegedly Allowing Gender-Based ‘Terminations’ Despite Being Illegal

Live Action is back with a third installment in its series on sex-selective abortion. In its first two exposes in the “Gendercide: Sex Selection in America“ sequence, the anti-abortion group showed clips of staffers at Planned Parenthood branches in Texas and New York seemingly being complicit in gender-based abortions.

Live Action Releases 3rd Sex Selective Abortion Expose on Arizona Clinics

Now, a third video has been released, showcasing similar activities at two Phoenix, Arizona, clinics. However, this clip, pending it’s authenticity, could be the most revealing of the three, as sex-selective abortion is explicitly illegal in the state.

(Related: Anti-Abortion Group Releases 2nd ‘Gendercide’ Video Showing Planned Parenthood’s Alleged Sex-Selection Abortion Assistance)

In the clip, Live Action claims that two National Abortion Federation (NAF) member clinics in Arizona are shown agreeing to break the law to perform gender-selective abortions. The clinics, Camelback Family Planning in Phoenix and the Tucson Women’s Center in Tucson, reportedly promised to ignore regulations, while helping a woman lie to cover-up the would-be illegal procedure.

Live Action Releases 3rd Sex Selective Abortion Expose on Arizona Clinics

An official description of the video explains more:

When the woman purportedly seeking to abort her girl and try again for a boy explains this at the Camelback clinic, a counselor named Barb advises, “Don’t tell us that, because we don’t want to know.” Referring to the clinic’s abortion doctor, Gabrielle Goodrick, Barb says, “You can tell her, she’s gonna tell you the same thing, just: Don’t let it be down! She’s really good about that. You’ll like that about her.”

At the Tucson clinic, the surgical assistant Francisco tells the woman, “We could lose our license,” but agrees to cover-up her sex-selective abortion. “I’ll just forget about it,” he says, “But just be sure not to mention it” to the abortion doctor–”Don’t even mention it to him.”

In Arizona, sex-selective abortion is a felony. As a result of this newly-released video, Live Action allegedly sent the clip to Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne and to local officials.

Live Action Releases 3rd Sex Selective Abortion Expose on Arizona Clinics

Just to reiterate, it should be noted that the footage shows both clinics stating that state law prevents them from performing abortions based on sex-selection. The staff member at the Tucson Women’s Center, though, seems somewhat more cautious when he hears the woman’s reasoning for wanting to terminate.

“We, uh, can’t do your abortion, then. We cannot terminate an abortion on sex,” he explained, as highlighted in the official video description. “We could lose our license.”

When the actress inquired, he explained that state law limits sex-selective terminations, going on to tell her that “Arizona is just crazy about abortions.” The clip, which is heavily-edited, seems to show him contemplating whether to allow the procedure to move forward. In the end, he tells the woman not to mention her gender-based reasoning to the doctor.

So it‘s OK to kill your baby if you don’t know the sex but not OK if you do? Really, I’d never even thought about this until now so let me think out loud on the internet. (think think think) . 77% think this is wrong. I wonder what percentage of the 77 think abortion is OK without the knowledge of the sex of the child. I don’t see how you could logically argue that one is any different than the other. Result: dead baby. I can see the ramifications of selective breeding and all the horror that entails. But if all it takes is for a woman to keep her mouth shut how is a law supposed to change anything. Perhaps those who are for abortion (but only if the mother isn’t making a boy/girl selection) need to rethink their stance? I‘m not trying to troll here or be outrageous as I said this is a concept that I’ve never even considered before today. I would never think to abort a child in the first place.

MURK…its about 55% that are against abortion period, so it stands to reason that the other 22% think of abortion as something that is only done because there is no other choice. The fact is that the VAST majority of abortions are done simply because the woman just doesn’t want any responsibility attached to her whoring around. Most Americans don’t get that, they still think its a “women’s health” issue, which it most certainly is NOT.

It’s okay of you know the sex, as long as you don’t say that’s the reason for the abortion in a state that thinks it has the power to limit your rights based on whether it approves or disapproves of your reasons for exercising them.

No, it’s actually more logical to assume that 22% of those surveyed are Progressive Socialists who actively support the concept of the Thought Police.

So long as you murder your child for the right reasons, it’s cool. I mean, we don‘t want people murdering their children if they’re girls or minorities, that goes against our concepts of political correctness. Murdering your child if it’s inconvenient, that’s righteous. That’s choice.

Let it be known I am pro life, I am on that side of the fence I do think it is murder when someone gets an abortion. That said.

I am also for freedom. If someone wants an abortion, someone can get an abortion. I have stories from members from my family back in the 1800s. Even back then abortions were happening three in my family alone. One through herself down the stairs. Another asked a man to punch her in the stomach several times. Another actually performed an abortion with a piece of metal. I believe in God and I do believe that God will confront them for getting an abortion along with the soul that was aborted. It is not going to affect me what so ever. All I can do is speak up and proclaim what side of the fence I am on and vote accordingly. The only person it is going to affect is the person actually getting an abortion. Yet it is their choice whether they do or do not. That being said.

I think men’s rights have been completely abolished in this scene. If I got a woman pregnant and didn’t want her to get an abortion that I wanted to actually have the baby, My word does not matter one Iota according to the law. It is the Woman’s right to choose because it is her body that will carry the embryo for the first 9 mons of the baby’s life.

Finally a baby is not a disease. Yet most modern day people are treating it as such. It is a normal human function that was here from the beginning of time and will be until the end of time. Stop treating pregnancy as a dise

Yes, I’ve often wondered, what about what the father wants? So a woman carries the baby for 9 months, so what? Unless her life is in danger, what’s the big deal. Carrying the baby for 9 months gives a woman the right to choose whether that baby lives and the father no rights in a baby that is half his DNA. What about the rights of the father’s DNA?

There’s another logical step in the “man’s rights” vein. One of the big reasons that I’ve heard people say that they might have an abortion is that it would “cause an undue financial strain on the mother to have a baby at that stage of their life.” If you bring the issue of men’s rights into play, then you have to consider this aspect of the equation for the man as well. If the mother does NOT want to have an abortion, then the man is legally responsible to pay child support.

That is to say, if a woman does not want to be financially hindered, she has an option. If a man wants the same, he has no legal say in the matter and his financial future rests on the whim of the mother.

Mogyer. I totally understand where you are coming from. I have already made up my mind that having an abortion based up on money alone is just about as good an excuse as the mother saying “I don’t want stretch marks”. I don’t find it a validation for an abortion though.

I do understand that people’s minds can be swayed, I can as a father try and persuade the mother either to get an abortion or not to get an abortion. Granted I know this happens on both sides of the spectrum. I believe the men that persuade the mother to get an abortion will go down with the mother on the abortion. The men who try and persuade the woman not to have an abortion I believe his thoughts and views will be written down in heaven and that will be his defense at the time our eternal trial.

Men will not be found guiltless in this matter, I didn’t want to portray it that way.

The woman has to go through the discomfort and risk of bearing a child, so her vote has to count more than the father’s. Since there are only two parents, if her vote counts more it’s the same as if he doesn’t get a vote, so he doesn’t get a vote, and properly so.

” The only person it’s going to affect is the person actually getting an abortion”

Too many people feel this way. What about the person who is actually aborted? Women were once valued for our ability to give life. We have cheapened it, devalued it, devalued life. There will always be those who kill their own children by abortion, legal or not, but it should not be celebrated or given the guise of merely a choice, like getting a mole removed. There should be shame associated with this practice, and maybe it won’t be used like a common form of birthcontrol. I don’t condemn men or women for making mistakes. We should try to learn, ask for forgiveness and hopefully be forgiven when we face those aborted children and God.

Remember Shirley Sherrod? Through editing you can make it look like anyone said anything without changing the words that actually came out of their mouth. Context is everything. Just ask Glenn Beck, he does this type of stuff all the time in order to make it look as though someone said something they didn’t.

That is not to say that this Planned Parenthood clinic was not in the wrong. However, releasing an edited video raises some questions. What’s the purpose of editing the video? If everything they said shows them in the wrong, why didn’t they just release the whole thing?

Do you not remember the O’Keefe video that tried to expose NPR. It turned out that it had been selectively edited to make it look as though he was saying very different things. In fact, it was the Blaze that pointed out these discrepancies.

Also, I think it‘s so lame when people making comments feel they ’have’ to point out a typo. It’s like they need to build themselves up for some reason. A person could be a good communicator by saying, “It jus ain’t right!”

They may have said no but because the video is edited you can’t know for sure. They may not have, but then why edit the video instead of just releasing it in the original form?

The Blaze points out others’ mistakes all the time. Thus, the fact that it has typos in its headlines on a daily basis seems like a fair thing to note in the comments. Do you not remember the article about “school” being misspelled on the street in front of a school?

When is the Left going to understand that these abortion clinics were started by the huge Fabian Socialist Margaret Sanger (Hillary Clinton’s hero), who thought Blacks were inferior, and she started the abortion clinics to weed them out! @godloving

This wasnt 30 years ago, this was while he was running for governor of Mass less than 10 years ago. He had to say those things to try and get votes. He needs the other sides vote now so surprise surprise he is now saying he is pro life.n You must not have listened to his passion when speaking about being pro choice because of his mother.

Do you really trust someone like this? Isnt this the type of politician that has gotten us 16 trillion in debt, in endless wars, and takes our freedom away for our own good? Do you really think a guy that was that passionate about pro choice less than 10 years ago will try and end abortion? He wont.

      @barber

I am voting for Ron Paul. If I am unwilling to vote for Romney who holds the same polices as Obama why would I vote for either. If the GOP put a candidate worth a grain of salt up as a candidate I would support him, Romney is a snake. I dont buy into the lesser of two evils idea, I vote with principles and when at all possible I vote for no evil.

      @rage

For one my candidate is still in the race, Ron Paul. Two, I believe its time for real conservatives to either fix the GOP or be rid of the GOP.

Reagan…thats what I’m trying to do…I will vote for Romney and I will pray that he indeed is good for America…problem I have is that he was “recently” liberal thinking until these elections started….before that not so much.

Mutiny…please see my post to Reagan….as far as voting for Ron Paul…personally think that is a mistake…Romney is our nominee …for better or worse…hopefully he will do the job we elect him to do…hopefully!

When the first video was released, the left tried to paint it as an inexperienced worker and isolated incident…now two more have surfaced. Let me guess..still isolated and inexperienced?

How vulgar is it to terminate a child based solely on it’s sex? How morally bankrupt does one have to be to sanction and accommodate this?

At this point I think a rogue employee is one who would actually turn them away.
