This is Sarah Palin’s Epic Video Promoting Her National Bus Tour

Over the last month, 2012 presidential candidate Tim Pawlenty has grabbed people’s attention with his catch, snappy, and downright epic campaign videos. But not willing to let Pawlenty run away with the viral, epic video crown is Sarah Palin. Today, she released a dramatic video of her own to promote her national “One Nation” bus tour that might even make Chris Matthews’s leg tingle.

Don’t believe me? Let me set it up.

First, cue the dramatic, yet upbeat, music. Ok, perfect.

Next, understand that it starts with a giant bear roaring on its hind legs:

Of course, some great pics of every-day America and Americans:

So which is it, was she invited or not?

(ABC News) – For the riders of Rolling Thunder, the news
that Sarah Palin will participate in their national rally on Sunday came
as a surprise. A welcome surprise. “I think that’s wonderful,” said
Gerri Tramel, president of one of Rolling Thunder’s Tennessee chapters.
“Anybody that’s involved — Republican, Democrat, independent, whatever —
if you’re involved with our veterans, I think that’s wonderful. Not
just Sarah Palin — anyone that’s a politician.” For more than 20 years,
as many as half a million motorcycle riders from across the country have
descended on Washington, D.C., during Memorial Day weekend to raise
awareness about prisoners of war and those missing in action. Rolling
Thunder announced Thursday that Palin accepted an invitation to
participate in its May 29 rally. She’ll kick off her One Nation Tour the
same day, a bus trip along the northeast coast that aims “to educate
and energize Americans about our nation’s founding principles.” Asked
how Palin came to be involved with the rally, Rolling Thunder
spokeswoman Nancy Regg said, “I honestly don’t know.” “I’m not the
person that invited her,” she said. “We send letters to people all the
time and invite them. We invited her to ride, she has accepted and she
and her husband have both agreed to ride for us.” Regardless of Palin’s
political agenda — the “Will she or won’t she?” fervor over her

@REPUBLICORP — you asked the wrong women. The ones I’ve been in contact with since she ran for VP are way……FOR her. Plus there will be women who may not be as “Consv.” as some, but will vote for her bc she will be the FIRST WOMAN President. I love Bachmann too but we’ll see….Palin has the Exec experience & more charisma, etc. I think. Maybe if she runs, one will drop out later or something – then maybe hold some important authoritative position. Also agree with Rush about Palin — I think all the trash said about her has reached its peak – nothing more can be added or listened to. She’s pretty much passed anything that could truly hurt her.

True to the extent that the very bitter Hillary supporters from 2008, who felt that Obama “stole” the election from her and have stated that they only want to see Hillary as the “first woman President” will never vote for Sarah Palin. These people can not connect the dots between Obama, Hillary, and Soros. They are too “star struck” with the Clintons and believe the Progressive drival that has been spoon-feed to them for decades.
      _______

If Sarah Palin runs, the Republicans finally have a chance to win. Palin’s obvious love of America and the desire to restore what has been destroyed gets my support. I am sick and tired of the politics as usual and it will stop with a Palin candidacy. Palin is my choice.

The English started this great nation actually, unless your reading of history is selective. The paying of taxes to George III got the colonial citizens a little miffed.Religion didn’t really have much to do with it unless it was the attempted conversion of the indigenous peoples ,by the Jesuit priests ,to christianity.Or the persecution of ‘witches’ by the pious English settlers, why do you think these nut cases were thrown out of their own country? After the revolutionary war (which was not a religious war) the citizens got their freedom of religion because of the many different factions of christianity.Which is all well and good but God did not build this country,it was war,the forced acquisition of land from it’s indigenous peoples, back stabbing, murder, betrayal and good old blood, sweat and tears.Just like any other country since history began.

I know the history of the Mayflower well. The Mayflower sailed from Plymouth in England in 1620 carrying the English seperatists to the New World. The seperatists wanted to remove themselves from the Church of England and be free to practise their Puritan religion. You are not incorrect in saying that they left of their own accord but if they had not the persecution they would have suffered would have ended in death in the tower under the hand of your bibles interpreter James I.They brought with them their pious Puritan ethics which set in motion the witch hunts as in Salem and as they did back in England.

Turns out that potential GOP candidate Sarah Palin has announced plans to attend the Rolling Thunder event at the Washington Mall this weekend, which according to Rolling Thunder spokesperson Ted Shpak, is a big distraction.

She has not been invited and will not be speaking.

One of her greatest strengths is she is seen as a commoner…. So Mrs Palin stay with the crowd, bond not with the Event but bond with the Crowd… Let them come to you. Be humble and you will be rewarded

Continued proof that akmiikeus the troll either outright lies, or doesn’t know his a** from a hole in the ground: Palin did receive an invitation, as Politico is now reporting.

From the Politico story: “‘An invitation had been extended to governor and she accepted,‘ said the group’s National Parliamentarian, Mike De Paulo. ‘She was not invited to speak — she was invited to participate. She wanted to experience the run and see who we are and what we’re about.’
De Paulo said she’d been invited by an Alaska veteran leader, and a Palin staffer forwarded an email confirming that.”

      Let me tell you something
It is not surprising that Mrs. Palin would use a picture of Redcoats in the above video, America’s foe and a symbol of repression. She must feel an affinity.
Two recent books have extensively detailed the completely unethical campaigns that got Mrs. Palin elected to state office in Alaska. She is bereft of principles.
These are not smears. Everyone who has investigated the facts has arrived at the same conclusions:
that Mrs. Palin’s actions do not match her words.
Mr. Beck constantly stresses the importance of judging people by what they say.
It is much more important to judge a person by their deeds.
These facts will not be lost on the American voter who will choose anyone but Mrs. Palin if the chance to do so should ever arise.

She succeeded to a remarkable extent in settling, at least for a time, what had seemed insoluble problems, in the process putting Alaska on a trajectory to financial well-being.

While other states reel under staggering deficits, budget cuts, and protests, Alaska has built up a $12 billion surplus, most of it attributable to Palin’s tax. Galvin estimates that it has raised $8 billion more than Murkowski’s tax would have. But given the corruption that plagued the PPT, a better benchmark might be the tax it supplanted—the one put on the books after the Exxon Valdez spill. By that measure, Palin’s major achievement has probably meant the difference between a $12 billion surplus and a deficit…

On the big issues she left the state in better shape than most people, herself included, seem to realize or want to credit her for.

Palin’s achievement was to pull Alaska out of a dire, corrupt, enduring systemic crisis and return it to fiscal health and prosperity when many people believed that such a thing was impossible

More like an epic bust tour, or an epic fail tour.

I’ll make some predictions. First, she won’t announce a run for the Presidency, because that would mean she has to account for the money she raises. Second, she will be raising money to support the tour and put some more money in her PAC. Third, the will not allow a single interview from one news organization outside of the softball interviews she gets from people like Hannity Forth, she’ll not propose a single, detailed statement on any policy issue, domestic or foreign. But you will hear her say “common sense conservative answers” over and over and over again. Fifth, she‘ll spend most of her time speaking slamming Obama with a speech she’s been working on for months.

To summarize, no interviews by anyone would actually challenge her knowledge on any subject, she’ll wrap herself in the US flag, says “common sense conservative ideas” a whole lot, and mostly slam Obama for policy decisions without offering any concrete proposal of her own.

I have the gift of foretelling the future. Watch what happens, and you will worship me as a prophet.

      @ MaryBethElizabeth
Those soldiers in the red uniforms are not British. Look up “United States Army Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps.” Next, ponder on why your attack on Sarah Palin seems so weightless and witless to me.

marybethelizabeth you are mistaken on so many points but here is one of the first.

Those are NOT Redcoats in the in the film. Those are members of the 3rd Infantry Regiment based in Washington DC. Also known as “The Old Guard”. They are the oldest continuosly active unit in the U.S. Army with many cerimonial duties in addition normal duties. I saw the Fife and Drum Corps perform at my high school in the seventies. Neet stuff.

      Don’t believe me? http://www.army.mil/info/organization/unitsandcommands/commandstructure/theoldguard/

Will she be on her bus? Consensus appears to be that while she wasn’t invited, some welcome her, or anyone, to ride with them. But on a bus? Rolling Thunder is a non-political group, she’ll have no stage time. According to the RT spokesman, Shpak, they don’t want this to be mistaken as an “endorsement.” Seems very exploitive of her, but hey, $ARAHPAC in action! RUN $ARAH RUN! :^)

We learned a lot from Barack Hussein Obama Jr, don’t reveal your true intentions so not to be criticized for it. Don’t give interviews so not to answer any real questions. Find one media outlet that you can trust to portray the message, all the while make them think they’re not the only outlet to get the story so to get top dollar. Just smile and act cool.

The fear that roils through the left at the mention of Sarah’s name! Their inane mutterings as they slither back to the rocks from whence they came! The hate they spew becomes the mud that sucks them back under the ground. Their corrupt agenda is ground to dust under the feet of America, walking in the boots of our Founders, marching on Washington, DC.

Yep! America Gets To Scrub Washington, DC Clean In 2012!

The left and their lying and twisting of fact of anything Sarah has begun. Go Sarah kick butt!

UPDATE: Please disregard the story below. Palin did receive an invitation, as Politico is now reporting.

Counterpoint: “Asked how Palin came to be involved with the rally, Rolling Thunder spokeswoman Nancy Regg said, “I honestly don’t know.” “I’m not the person that invited her,” she said. “We send letters to people all the time and invite them. We invited her to ride, she has accepted and she and her husband have both agreed to ride for us.” http://blogs.abcnews.com/thenote/2011/05/rolling-thunder-riders-praise-sarah-palins-participation-in-rally.html

The the liberal left winged mind wants to strangulate those they differ with. They don’t want to understand how our country was founded to be, it’s a God centered country, E Pluribus Unum, In God We Trust, Liberty. No other country in the world has those three values as its essence.

Polls are manipulated, of course they want to push (or nudge) you to the progressives on both sides because they don’t want you to think anyone else has a chance or you may vote for them. Guilliani, Romney, Huckabee, Gingrich…. all progressives. You see their names on the ballet agains Obama you may as well flip a coin cause you’ll get the same results with any one of them.

Palin was officially invited by the Alaska delegation. You have to wonder why Obama was never invited. Actually he was invited to speak at the Capitol Hill ceremony for fallen police officers this year to address their wives, husbands and children – but he choose to go golfing instead. It’s a street cred thing and dog whistle to the thugs and gangsters who are his constituents.

If you don’t want more of this from the current president – VOTE REPUBLICAN 2012

      Sarah WOULD NOT say this,

      Obama did

“On this Memorial Day, as our nation honors its unbroken line of fallen heroes — and I see many of them in the audience here today — our sense of patriotism is particularly strong.”
