Comedy Central
Mitt Romney is “Mitt the Ripper” in a new ad released by Stephen Colbert’s former super PAC, “Americans for a Better Tomorrow, Tomorrow.”
Colbert officially handed off his super PAC to fellow Comedy Central comedian Jon Stewart earlier this week, clearing the way for him to explore a run for “president of the United States of South Carolina.”
The ad, titled ”Attack In B Minor For Strings,” is narrated by actor John Lithgow and was released online early Sunday. It was accompanied by a press release from Stewart vowing to “blanket South Carolina from Charleston all the way to North Charleston” with a major ad buy.
Watch below, via Comedy Central:
The ad says:
Corporations, America’s greatest institution. They built this country one job at a time. Mitt Romney says he’s for corporations. But Mitt Romney has a secret. As head of Bain Capital he bought companies, carved them up and got rid of what he couldn’t use. If Mitt Romney really believes ‘corporations are people my friend,’ then Mitt Romney is a serial killer. He’s Mitt the Ripper. If you believe corporations are people, do your duty and protect them. On Saturday, January 21st, stop Mitt the Ripper before he kills again.
Read Stewart’s announcement:
Dear Super Pac Super People,
Hi again, it’s me, Jon. When I took over this Super PAC, I had no idea there’d be so much email-writing. Also, there are a lot of plants around Super PAC office with extremely specific watering schedules. Seriously, does a Northwood Spotted Fern really need to be watered “thrice fortnightly at dusk”?
Anyway, The Definitely Not Coordinated With Stephen Colbert Super PAC made an ad, and I figured you’d want to know. I’ve attached the press release below, so hopefully your mouse’s scroll-wheel isn’t broken.
Sincerely,
Jon Stewart
President For Life For Now

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEThe Definitely Not Coordinated With Stephen Colbert Super PAC Releases First Ad, Begins To Regret Length Of Name
AMERICA – The Definitely Not Coordinated With Stephen Colbert Super PAC released its first TV ad today, in advance of South Carolina’s upcoming unnamed GOP Primary. The ad, which takes an objective look at Mitt Romney’s private sector experience, is entitled “Attack In B Minor For Strings.”
“Mitt Romney claims to be pro-corporations,” said Jon Stewart, President of The Definitely Not Coordinated With Stephen Colbert Super PAC. “But would you let him date your daughter’s corporation? Americans have been clamoring for a comprehensive study of this crucial issue, so we splurged for the full sixty-second commercial. We think South Carolinians will agree – they deserve a leader who shares their state’s values, and perhaps even their state’s initials.”
The new spot begins airing today in a major ad buy that will blanket South Carolina from Charleston all the way to North Charleston. Those of you with some free AOL hours left can view the ad here.
The Definitely Not Coordinated With Stephen Colbert Super PAC, officially known as Americans For A Better Tomorrow, Tomorrow, is an independent, expenditure-only committee that’s been proudly serving the community since late Thursday.

You know what he stands for, what he did, what he want’s to do to this country. Take a little time and get a few great depictions of this Communist, Marxist Dictator that has VAN JONES, ANITA DUNN, BILL AYERS, CASS SUNSTEIN, GEORGE SOROS, RICHARD TRUMPKA, JOSE RICO, the CZARS, and many others on the White House Pay Roll.

Posted on January 15, 2012 at 5:32pmGood idea. If you’ve got the entertainment world rooting for Obama then you are going to have to rely on talented individuals to make it clear. Why not get snippets of Obama’s words versus his actions. Why not interview immigrants formerly from Communist countries and ask them if they think that Obama’s words and actions sound eerily familiar. People take freedom for granted. Maybe do a video on that. Interviewing people on whether they believe they will always be free and if they would even know when and how it would happen.

The vast majority of Colbert‘s and Stewart’s audiences are liberals/dumbocrats. The uneducated. Or as they used to say, the great unwashed!
We have two commedian idiots trying to skew the election in Dumbama’s favor. God help us if Dumbama gets another term. Between him and Moocherella, there will be nothing left in the treasury and we will have no personal rights left.
I do not want Mitt Romney to win the nomination. HOWEVER, if he does, I WILL HOLD MY NOSE AND VOTE FOR HIM just as I did last election. But then, I only went and voted beacuse of Sarah Palin.
Dumbama got 69,498,215 votes. Of the 59,948,240 CREDITED to Juan McShame, 59,948,200 were actually votes for Sarah and the 40 were for Juan McShame curtesy of his family.

Conservatives I’ve known in my years are funnier and more creative, but have real jobs. Liberals think they’re funny but all they do is re-enact scenes from their favorite hollywood movies Mammalone doesn’t seem to think we should “cheapen” conservatism by using cartoons and satire and I say that’s committing suicide. John Stewpid, ColBURT, Family Guy, and the dumb ass Adult Swim cartoons are what install every opinion in the minds of most people my age (36) and younger. If anyone knows how to private message hit me up. I’ll show Sensie what talent is

Posted on January 15, 2012 at 1:54pmColbert’s ad spoofs an ad currently being run by Winning Our Future, the super PAC supporting Newt Gingrich. However, Obama’s website has almost the same motto. At whitehouse.gov, you will see “Winning the Future” displayed in bold letters at the very top of the first page. Seems strange that opposite sides are using the same unfortunate catchphrase that talks of America’s future as if it were a gambling game or some kind of silly lottery. Perhaps “Winning My Own Re-election” is what they really meant to say, since politicians seem to care more about their own futures than that of the country.

Gingrich also has an ad that compares Romney to John Kerry because they’re both from Messachusetts (spelling intentional) and both speak French.

It reminds me of the old SNL political ads like, “Bush. He’s taller!”

The irony is that Gingrich also apparently knows some French from when his father was stationed in France back when Gingrich was a teen.

Posted on January 15, 2012 at 1:47pmI agree. When you have a group of people in an organization together then that organization is the same as a person and should be allowed to be involved in politics. Schools, churches, cities, states, etc. should all be considered people and should be allowed to contribute to campaigns and vote. Each organization should get one vote for each member, employee and customer. That would make it legal for churches to engage in political activities, something they can’t do now.
