This Is the Video of ‘Transformers’ Actor Shia LaBeouf in a Canadian Street Brawl

Yesterday, reports started surfacing out of Canada that “Transformers” star Shia LaBeouf was in brawl outside a Canadian bar last week where he’s filming his latest movie. The actor, who has a history of anger, was apparently on the receiving end of at least one blow to the head. And now there’s video showing part of the incident.
TMZ reports:
It’s unclear exactly what provoked the attack — but we’re told Shia originally got into it with the man inside a bar called Cinema Public House … and after security kicked them both out, the man tore off his shirt and unleashed the fury all over Shia’s face.
Moments after the attack, Shia tries to chase after the guy — but someone who appears to be his friend holds him back, telling him, “You gotta lay low right now!”
And now the video:
LaBeouf was apparently unfazed by the incident. He was spotted days later riding his back and listening to his music.
But the Chicago Sun-Times reports that his close friends are now encouraging the actor to seek anger management help:
According to one of the key crew members of “The Company You Keep,” the man repeatedly insulted LaBeouf and his manhood, “which is something Shia should have just ignored,” said the source. “But unfortunately, he let the guy get under his thin skin — and he followed him out into the street, where the man knocked him down before Shia’s friends broke things up and helped cool it down.
“These things can happen when Shia’s been drinking. He can turn nasty so fast. … He’s like Sean Penn. One moment he can be totally charming, and then he’ll lose it and go off on someone — especially when it’s a nut in a bar who is looking for a fight.”
The source also says that LaBeouf lately has turned his temper on those close to him — even while totally sober.
LaBeouf is currently in Vancouver shooting the movie “The Company You Keep” with Robert Redford.
