Caught on Video: Thug Beats and Robs 81-Year-Old NYC Man

Update: CBS New York reports that the attacker has been arrested. The attacker has been identified as Cameron Roebuck, a 20-year-old believed to be homeless. He has been charged with robbery, “though more charges are likely.”
Merciless, evil, and heinous could all describe the despicable thug that attacked and robbed an 81-year-old man as he entered his building in the Bronx Thursday. In broad daylight at 4:00p.m., the assailant viciously dragged Jose Rodriguez through his doorway, relentlessly beat him, and fled the scene after forcibly prying the cash from Rodriguez’s pockets. Security video footage from My Fox New York of the shocking and vile attack:
My Fox New York reports that the assailant is still at large, having made out with Rodriquez’s gold crucifix necklace, $30 in cash, and the victim’s Medicare ID. Despite the brutal beating and severally swollen face, CAT scans show no more serious head injuries to the grandfather-of-two and father-of-three. Rodriguez, who is a retired boiler operator for the city, told Eyewitness News that he is mad and in pain after the attack:
Rodriguez told the New York Post that he believes there is not enough security at his building, and the attack on him is only the latest shocking crime to hit the area, as residents feel safety in the neighborhood is regressing:
“’I can’t believe someone would do that to an elderly man,’ said Rosa Pagan, 27. ‘The criminals don’t even have any respect for the [building’s security] cameras. It’s turning like the old New York.”
The suspect is described as a black man between the ages of 17 and 20.

Notice the Constitution doesn’t say it is okay to infringe upon the scary weapons.

No, what it says, is,
“…the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.”
The choice of “INFRINGED” is a carefully chosen word. Other words would have sufficed had the meaning been what the activist judges and the fascists want it to say. Words like, “shall not be eliminated” or “shall not be obliterated” or “SHOULD not be infringed.” But, no, they chose to say,
“…the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.”
We can‘t infringe upon someone’s land by building even a half inch onto their land. That is what infringe means… NOT EVEN IN THE LEAST !
