Time for Action: Beck’s Four Steps for Taking Back America Revealed

Glenn Beck Launches Four Step Plan to Reclaim America, Asks Viewers to: Commit, Activate, Live It, Create

On Friday, The Blaze provided a glimpse into Glenn Beck’s soon-to-be unveiled four-step plan to take back the country. This Monday evening, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern, Beck will finally share the first step in his plan by asking viewers to commit to taking action, rather than stand on the sidelines while assaults on liberty continue unfettered.

Each subsequent evening through Thursday will reveal additional details and delve into a new component of this compelling initiative to reclaim America. These steps will engage viewers and ask participants to promise to:

  1. Commit:  Revealed Monday June 4th
  2. Activate:  Revealed Tuesday June 5t
  3. Live It:     Revealed Wednesday June 6th
  4. Create:     Revealed Thursday June 7th

Through direct participation in any or all of the four steps, people across the country who may have otherwise felt estranged from the political process, or civic action, will be given tangible projects in which to take part. As the left advances its assault on personal freedom — from banning big gulps and lemonade stands, to turning away food intended to feed the homeless — and mobilizes to reelect Barack Obama, their efforts will likely be well-coordinated and efficient. In order to push back, Beck believes the best way forward is through proactive participation and engagement.

When Glenn left cable news, he promised that the network he and his team were building would not be a place for you to passively watch and be entertained – it would be a place for you to connect with a community of like-minded people. People who share similar values and who want to see the world changed for the better and the things that made America great restored. It was a place for people to get active, to learn, and to unite together.

Beck believes the next six months will determine the course of the country’s future and that it is up to everyday Americans to take charge and direct that course. Below is a preview of what’s to come:

    What a bunch of nonsense here. You don’t even know what Beck is proposing. “Snake oil…” Like, WHAT? That the world economics are unstable and unsustainable? That our own country is unstable and unsustainable? That the racketeering politician who is only interested in power and looting of your wallet is preferable to…this Invisible Sky God, who gave you INALIENABLE RIGHTS? You want God or the Racketeer to “give” you stuff? Paul should be put at the head of the Fed. Yes, I know THEY pick the list for the President. Some Marines should be there at the presentation and put 45s to the head of the Fed presenter to have Paul put on the list. Oops – accident at the White House. Fed, could you please send someone else over with a list. Paul, otherwise, has no real solution for this country – we will be nuked under his “Wisdom.” Our problems with Islam started back in Jefferson’s day and has nothing to do with Israel. Let’s listen to what Beck has to say first before making comments. The fact that Beck has been so successful in generating interest and coordinating people of like mind [Million+ rallies!] has to be deeply disturbing to the Marxist Statists.

      If Beck actually believed his own fear-mongering about the danger America is in and was serious about actually solving the problems, he would use his pulpit to recommend the book Democracy-The God That Failed and also put his money where his mouth is and buy copies for all who can’t afford to spend about 20 bucks for it!       Breitbart was talking about the tape that Glenn has apologized for over a year ago about the woman who sued the Govt. re mistreatment of Black Farmers…that whole subject is pathetic anyway, now there’s thousands of farmers in the class action…it was worth pointing out..but it has -0- to do with people gathering together to stop this take over of this country.     First it was Constitutional Watchdogs, then it was 9/12 Project, then it was Faith, Hope and Charity, then it was the 12-step G. Washington thingy with the creepy t-shirt that looked Satanic, then it was the 4 E’s of whatever…now it’s a new 4-step program.

    This is the problem with having someone with ADHD run a company. Chaos. No sense of direction. Just a litany of bizarre 12-step programs and “game-changing” movements that fizzle out as soon as Beck gets bored. Problem is, he’s surrounded by “yes” people who refuse to speak up to him.

      9-12 was an astounding success! Over a Million people at that rally! Inspiration has gone to to many Tea Party organizations and rallies and behind the scenes activism. 12 steps? The problem is with US, with our current “education.” The 12 steps refer to self improvement. For many people who are “lost” this is a good guidebook for them, to give them direction in their lives, so that they can “find themselves.” Does AA work? Just look at all the alcoholics out there. Yet we all know people who would have been lost and would lead a wasted life without AA. These self improvement and self control steps are far more important than voting for yet another Racketeer. “No sense of direction.” Perhaps Beck has a direction different from yours. Go to AA; they can help you.

      I don’t believe Glenn Beck is trying to sell us anything. I’m not paying for any of this and all of you like me can choose to listen or not. This is very similar to the 12 step program and I can appreciate it. I’m am very supportive of this type of ideology and its faith based origins. All modern day AA, NA, SA, OA, etc. etc, stem from original Alcoholics Anonmous. As of Y2K, membership spanned 150 countries with over 100k groups with millions of recovering addicts. But its premise and underlying goal is a spiritual awakening. Unfortunately that happens in you through surrender to a power greater then you. These type of programs only work if you are on Rock Bottom. Well we haven’t hit rock bottom yet. So none of us are going to see the value in what Glenn is passing along. He keeps telling us to prepare, that we are going to hit Rock Bottom. He keeps showing us the precursors. When that time comes, you all will wish you had listen and followed those steps before. I don‘t have any skill’s for when we hit that place so I’ll probably be dog meat too. Evening being a former service member still couldn’t prepare me for what is in store for us. I simply pray and hope God will give me the strength to preserver. And if HE chooses to take me, I will Pray also that I am ready.

      God Bless you all, especially the Liberals. I forgive you and pray you receive all you deserve.

      We all have feelings for and against certain things or activities, but that doesn‘t give us the right to force anyone to do or not do anything that’s not violating our individual unalienable rights.

      Are you advocating a theocracy? I’m a believer, too. But I stop short of legislating or forcing anyone to believe. Atheism, homosexuality, drugs, prostitution, etc. are all things I would seek to persuade people to avoid. But ultimately, I can’t force anyone to live up to my definition of good. I can’t punish anyone for being bad, again, as long as my rights weren’t violated. Force is for defense, only. Persuasion, yes; force, no.

      It’s easy to indulge in feelings of covetousness and prejudice. But, as believers, we know we can’t afford that. Besides, it’s hypocritical. Compared with the rest of the world, the poorest in America are rich. I, for one, refuse to believe that the pursuit of happiness is evil. I don‘t think it’s wrong to view it as my right to earn and keep what I earn. Jealousy and shame over personal wealth are irrational. There’s nothing wrong with enjoying the creative journey of life and expressing your talents. Sure, we’re stewards and there are humility and responsibility that go with that. We’re all beholden to Him above. But isn’t it interesting how, every time a commandment is mentioned in the scriptures, its attendant rewards and blessings is also emphasized? What about those promised temporal and eternal blessings? It’s wrong to desire them? Financial blessings aren’t really blessings? Sounds like a pretty miserable existence.

      And patriotism, USA and the American dream have nothing to do with idol worship. Geeze, if I didn‘t know better I’d say you’re really suffering from a bad case of covetousness; give it up, girl! P, USA and AD are all about freedom and God-given rights and stopping the govt from usurping those powers and violating those rights so we can all realize our potential. Show me the idol-worship there.

      Beck gets ridiculed for good reason. He comes off like an Amway double diamond direct with his big announcements. He’s done this so many times and it always has about as much impact as a fart in a hurricane.     There is one equation that is missing: REVAMP the JUDICIAL SYSTEM, CHARGE the present criminals in power and send them to jail. The Bush family criminals for about 100 years.     Really? Take America back? There is no taking America back because the majority of the people in this country are:
    1) Too ignorant to know or care they are being screwed by the District of Corruption.
    2) Have no skin in the game. AKA parasites easily bribed with promises of more freebies and thus will never vote to cut off their gravy train.
    3) It’s too late. The cancer from DC has metastasized throughout the country. History proves that there is no coming back from the moral and fiscal destruction of a nation. I will agree with Glenn that a perfect storm is brewing from weather patterns like underfunded pension plans, unsustainable debt, corruption and government prodding of banks to buy up more government notes. Now why would our government be encouraging banks to take on U.S. debt but keep it off the bank’s books so to speak? The Argentina model?

    Prepare your children and encourage them to prepare your grandchildren for hardship beyond belief as the Potentates of the Potomac continue to kick the can down the street while they line their pockets with your hard earned tax dollars and bribes.       You are partially correct but it‘s not Paul’s supporters alone who have ruined it for Ron Paul. A large part of RP‘s problem is that he aligns himself with the R’s. He isn’t an R. Their establishment will never, and I mean never, support or aid him. He’s been in the House three different times with a total of around 24 years seniority. Every one of the R leadership in the house have much less time and experience than RP. But RP won’t back down from his principles so the party is never going to put him into the leadership. He should get out of the R party and go back to his roots. That’s his fault.

      I’m still a RP (libertarian) supporter but I will vote as a pragmatic Constitutionalist this November. Please don’t lump all RP supporters in the same “bot” category as it is not a fact. There are plenty of us who understand what may have to be done in November. However, I will never be a Republican. They are as corrupt and divisive as are the Democrats.

      Your comment to Brother Winston that he refuses to give ideas time to marinate is telling. You are, I’ll bet, very young. RP first ran for POTUS in 1988 and his ideas have been out there much longer than that. How much longer would you like to marinate the ideas? I am and independent voter and also what you would consider a staunch capitalist. Having said that, the facts clearly show that our generation neither paying it forward, nor investing in our country. Case in point, the yuppy and me generation enjoyed going to college in the 1970′s, 1980‘s and 1990’s when states like Ohio paid 70% of the cost of in state colleges and universities. Today they pay 17%. So while we benefited from our grandparents paying HIGHER taxes so that investments in education, infrastructure, technology were adequately funded. We would hide behind and rationalize selfishness through wonderful sounding terms like liberty and self reliance. Full knowing that this country would be no where if the investments in the country that were enabled through higher taxes were not made. Look inward champ and stop rationalizing. There is no good excuse for not paying it forward and investing in the US for our children. Your ideological BS and labels might make you feel good, but they don’t explain this generations abandonment of its responsibility to future generations.

      @RLTW, there’s nothing wrong with trying to engage people and bring them together. But there is definitely something wrong when its being done based on fear with the sole purpose of profiteering.

      If you really believe this stuff that Glenn Beck is selling, then you’ve got deeper problems than just having a President who is a democrat.

      Get a grip already.

      Here’s what I do know, whether Beck or Shultz, Mitt or barrack there is no original thought. At one time I couldn’t stand Glenn, but facts have a way of stacking up, he shows the left in their own words on video and page.

      I find your opening interesting since it sounds exactly like what the collectivist Obama is doing, every tax, loss of liberty and security is a profit to a Marxist.

      WHERE?..as much as we liked Beck..FOX fired him under pressure , they caved.
      AND…we seldom hear about him, or anything he’s doing. It never fails…if someone is fighting the “I WON”…they disappear, like Beck.

      MLS, obviously you don’t subscribe to GBTV. The Glenn/conservative movement is swelling and the information on there is unmatched in the news. Have you heard about the Retoring Love Project coming? It has sold out in a stadium! There are many segments, not just Glenn talking. The more people watch, the harder it is to walk away. The substance of his work is compelling and a tremendous resource. Don’t comment unless you are observing all the facts.

    FIFTY YEAR OLD MANURE SPREADER – $1 or BO ( WASHINGTON , D.C. )

    Fifty-year old manure spreader. Not sure of brand. Said to have been
    produced in Kenya . Used for a few years in Indonesia before being
    smuggled into the US via Hawaii .

    Of questionable pedigree. Does not appear to have
    ever been worked hard. Apparently it was pampered by various owners over
    the years. It doesn’t work very often, but when it does it can really
    sling the manure for amazing distances (all 57 states). I am hoping to retire the manure
    spreader in November.

    I really don’t want it hanging around getting in the way. I would prefer
    a foreign buyer to relocate the manure spreader out of the country. I
    would be willing to trade it for a nicely framed copy of the United
    States Constitution.

    Location: Currently being stored in a big white house in Washington, DC.

    Beck is truly an American hero in my mind and I listen to him daily. I believe he is certainly on the right course and am worried that many of his predictions are coming true. However, I think for most Americans we spend the majority of our time trying to work to pay bills or raise families leaving little time for anything else. If you factor in church and sporting activities with kids most of us have no time left to defend America. I’m guessing even those of us who agree with Becky will not come to this type of service of our own accord.

      @JFreak – indeed we are approaching an endgame; the line was crossed last month, and now in our own nation, we will see the harvest of the whirlwind due to the treasonous actions of Obama and his cronies. The crux of the matter is, while people seem to figure we have a year or so, not counting Soros prediction, I have a hunch we will see the first clear, major collapse commense inside this month.
