Too Soon? Zombie Prank In Miami Almost Goes Horribly Wrong

Last week the Blaze reported on the horrific cannibal incident in Miami. There were additional reports from around the country of other zombie-like, cannibal attacks.

These kinds of news reports sparked rumors saying zombies were quite real and walking around the city. Perhaps these stories are what prompted the CDC to formally announce this weekend that there is no virus that is turning people into zombies.

Zombie Prank Almost Goes Horribly Wrong

The fact that the government tells us there is no “Zombie Virus” apparently did not reach everyone. It also did not stop some foolish people in Miami from trying to scare strangers into thinking that zombies were roaming their town and randomly attacking humans. One person dressed in “typical zombie attire” and began barking and chasing people as his accomplice recorded the action:

As you saw near the end of the clip, the fake zombie almost got into some serious trouble as the crowd decided to turn the tables on him.  CNN’s Ashleigh Banfield has reported that one of the citizens chasing the fake zombie appears to be carrying a gun. There were no reports of injury as the zombie apparently managed to scream to the crowd that this was just a prank.

At the end of the video, the pranksters posted this message:

“Everyone were told that this was a prank for a video after epic reactions! DON’T TRY THIS AT HOME!”

      Its kinda like the stupid Beagles I had years ago on the farm. Every year, they thought it was cute to chase and harass the newborn calves. They weren’t big enough to hurt the calves, they just barked and carried on and ran them around the field. They’d get away with it for a couple of days, and then you’d see a light bulb dawn in the eyes of a few of those calves that said, “hey, we are bigger than those stupid hounds.” Next thing, you’d see the Beagles running for their lives toward the pond with half a dozen little calves streaking along in hot pursuit and every year, it ended with the stupid Beagles swimming circles in the pond with the calves ringing the bank and refusing to let them out of the water. Eventually they’d get tired of the game and wander off, and the Beagles would slink back to the house with their tails between their legs having learned the lesson one more time: DON’T PICK ON PEOPLE BIGGER, FASTER AND MEANER THAN YOU ARE. Dimwits!

      OK, there’s a visual aid here, so I’m going to avail myself of the opportunity to make a point . Can you spot the alpha leader (AL) at the very end of the vid? It’s easy, because he NEVER RAN from the zombie. The AL stood his ground, defiantly stood his ground, seized up the “attacker,” verbally confronted him and then CHARGED. The others followed suit, but he would’ve charged with or without them.

      That “badittude” is typical of a young AL. Did Martin know Zimm was armed? No, because at that age even an AL is not able to readily grasp every possible outcome. Testosterone kicks in, the level of aggression shoots up and you have a gut reaction.

      Frankly, I don’t care if M was a dirty little punk. If you draw your weapon in self-defense, and the kid’s bravado crumbles, and he starts to bawl and plead, do you kill him anyway? Do you?
      Remember, folks, you can’t eat and sleep at the same time. Similarly, you can’t fight and give up at the same time. The brain doesn’t work that way. Someone pleaded for his life; someone repeatedly cried out for help right up to the very moment a shot was fired.

      This “Play-Time” could have turned very serious. Many find this video disturbing and some find it funny and this display was probably prompted by the crazed man who was eating on another man’s face. My point? A hollywood movie about a neighborhood watch person was “pulled” because of the sensitivety about the Zimmerman case. I still have a big problem when this admin. decided to do an un-announced “fly-over” NY and people looked up & re-lived 9/11 and were running for their lives. The dead cat flying? Next, a dead dog named Pluto & made to fly. Listening to the video on the dead cat flying, you could hear guys laughing so this is their entertainment. Strange but guess that is their entertainment.

    I have NEVER LAUGHED SO MUCH IN MY LIFE and I haven’t even gotten to the end of the video.

    As a Zombie fan, I found this video HILARIOUS. The creation of the people was priceless. In their position, I would have ran like hell also. LOL LOL LOL

    That said, if someone shot him thinking he was a nut case who was threatening an individual life or the life of family members who was too old/too young/too weak to run away quickly, the zombie guy has no defense.
