Posted on September 13, 2011 at 7:08amFor those of us who came to depend upon computers and the internet as it brought the electronic age into our professionals and personal lives, it is obvious that GBTV’s first broadcast was a great leap forward. We were at a history-making event on 9/12/11.
Congratulations to Glenn Beck and the outstanding staff that has made this possible. To paraphrase the words of Margaret Meade, a small group of people can change the world. Those of us who are supporting GBTV with our subscriptions are those people today.

He can say anything he wants to without some “media mogul/conglomerate” giving him guidelines and permission. I can’t wait to see this network develop into the biggest thing since….well….TV! I couldn’t have spent the money on my subsciption in a better way, Congratulations Glenn!

Unfortunately I was only able to get the first approx 40 min and then I must have run out of disc space as it stopped and then started all over. It was great what I was able to see. I hope to try the real time portion today.

Posted on September 13, 2011 at 4:56pmI was very upset, I love Beck, my whole family and I sat in front of my computer and started to watch the new show, it was impossible, the lag was so bad we just couldn’t watch it live, had to wait a few hours to watch it in the archive, I have verison fios 50up-30down, I understand that its new and there are bugs, but shouldn’t they of expected this? I wasn’t the only only one either.

Posted on September 13, 2011 at 3:44pmI saw him on O’Reilly too. O’Reilly is, I believe, over 62 years old; he knows he’s going to retire soon enough and I really do believe he likes and respects Glenn. Cool that he’s still backing him, and, if you ask me, I bet in more ways then one.
Glenn is going to do so well and the other networks including FOX may try to copy his new model, but remember that the first one that comes into a new market gets 70% of the profit that market will ever make, so cool that Glenn had the forsight to create this niche. :)

Not that he was being censored at Fox but I am sure he was told to stay away from certain topics and terms. He was very direct with his statements about muslims and Islam. Posted on September 13, 2011 at 7:52amI have the same problem too. When the GBTV player finally loads, there is a video quality control down to the center right of the bottom of the player. It defaults to HD – I turned it down to the lowest quality and was able to get a reasonable video/sound playback – give it a try.

Get everyone you can to subscribe to him. It’s obvious there is a lot more to learn, and how easy is it? On the E Coast you can watch while you‘re fixing dinner and on the West Coast we can watch while we’re finishing up work…(on the computer) and I will find out about ROKU and that will make it even better (tape, save etc ). IT was beautiful. One of the Pastors who showed up to support GLENN today didn’t get a chance to speak. I hope GLENN will have him back! :) EVERYONE gets a chance in my AMERICA…how about yours?!!!

not let me on. I walked thru all the directions and still nothing. I took my computer down to a guy
that has a repair shop and got him to get me so I could get logged on. I just held my breath today.
The show was great. Loved the set. Look forward to all to come.I do need a Roku.

It’s going to be great!!! I just read that he already has 2 x the subscriptions that Oprah’s network had and she had more viewers at one time. This is great, beautiful set, great pace and Glenn is wonderful!

I am so dismayed. maybe I’ll try again in a week or so, just hate to miss stuff. I think I saw every show he did on fox, watch the radio show every morning. WRNO doesn‘t carry the first hour so I can’t even listen. I have bought every book, even went to New Orleans to see him…sigh So frustrated : (

With that said, were you more familiar with my comment history beyond the recent few offered for your review, you would know that in addition to posting pertinent properly referenced factual commentary, I do, occasionally engage other thoughtful members directly.
