Transgendered Student Living as a Man Files Complaint After Being Banned From Working in All-Male Dorm

There’s a potentially flammable situation unfolding at Miami University in Ohio after a transgender student living as a man was denied a position working in an all-male dorm. Kaeden Kass, a junior who was hoping to work with men a resident assistant was, instead, placed in a female building. Now, Kass is fighting against this alleged injustice.
Kass, who was born a female, is claiming that Miami University violated its own non-discrimination policy by not granting him his request to work with male students. In an interview with WLWT-TV, Kass explained, “The problem is, I’m a male-identified person, and as soon as I’m in a space that is all female, my identity gets erased.”
The situation, which very literally holds the potential to cause excessive head-scratching among those trying to see all perspectives present within it, is complex. Already, the public university has transgender housing, which offers students, like Kass, gender-neutral on-campus residential status.
While three students already take advantage of this housing, Kass says that its existence doesn’t address his status as a woman who is living as a man. Furthermore, gender-neutral housing does little to ease the tensions created by his supposedly ill-fitted position as a residential assistant in a women’s dorm.
To fight the denial, Kass has filed a complaint against the dean of students and the university council. This grievance is currently working its way through the university system.

Posted on March 21, 2012 at 11:09amSince the nomenclature seems to be the problem we should rename the definitions for all gender specific places and activities. We should use Chromosome codes. i.e. XX, XY, & Undetermined or both. Post these on bathrooms, dorms, activities or sports. Then we are no longer required to worry about ‘gender confusion’ but are acting on a more definable standard. Then I no longer have to worry about some guy who feels he is a chick(but still has the xy chromosomes and plumbing) in the same bathroom as my young daughter.

Also, anyone who can have their “identity erased” by changing who they live with has no identity at all. She needs to grow a spine if not a pair and just get on with her life and stop expecting others to cow-tow to her ever insecurity. If all she really wanted in life was to be accepted and taken in by others, she wouldn’t put metal in her face, chop her hair, dye it blue, and then parade around calling herself a male. So seeing as how her own actions prove that she doesn’t want or need to be accepted by others, she shouldn’t be demanding such from others.
Furthermore, if she has a right to demand that she be housed in an all male dorm because it makes her feel good, then the males living there have even more of a right to demand that she leave to make them feel good. But I of course see this kind of BS as one of the side effects of the feminazi movement that seeks to castrate men and glue testicles to women by indoctrination from the day children enter the public school system until the day they die.
I’ve got no problem with anyone doing what they want with another consenting adult or their own property, but when you try to force your will on others you are wrong. This girl is wrong.

Until then, she is a FEMALE. And I’m tired of the news media covering these stories calling these folks by the gender they “wish” to be. Your private parts determine your gender. Not what you wear. Not what you want to “identify” with.
I do think there is something psychologically wrong with people who make a big issue out of these things. Even if she felt more comfortable in t-shirts and short hair – fine, dress up like a guy. We have an open enough society that you can do that now. But if you become obsessed with your gender identity to the point where you feel “it will be erased” if you are in the company of women, you are focusing WAYYY too much on it…it’s some sort of psychological defense mechanism for avoiding something else in life.
Do I spend all day thinking about my gender? Nope. Do most people? Nope.
These people need serious help (of the psychological kind) and when we make it into a “rights” issue, we are enabling their psychological issues. Listen, they can call themselves what they want, but I’m still going to think they are in need of help, not lawsuits.

This is not a gay issue. They all described themselves as being brought up as a boy, but in their mind, they felt totally as if they were female, and vice versa. The only two girls was 2 and 4 years older than me. I also didn’t like playing with dolls, I did on occasion, but I’d rather be outside playing Cowboys and Indians, War, baseball, and touch football. All the while I knew I was a girl and not a boy. So what you feel has nothing to do with what you really are.
The problem in society today, is some are afraid to call a spade a spade because it might hurt someone’s feelings. Believe I don’t hate gays. I just think they are misguided and have an identify crisis that needs medical help. You can disagree. I also don’t believe they should push that identity crisis on the rest of us. You want to believe you are male – so be it – don’t make me acknowledge you are one when you are not.

It isn’t known for diversity or as a cultural mecca. Main street has restaurants, college bars and a bookstore. A third of the students are Greek affiliated- they dress conservatively.They don’t embrace body-piercings and avant-garde haircuts No edgy theater or coffee houses . Ohio State is in Columbus, plenty of the aforementioned options( 60,000 plus students). I believe this student is a Sandra Fluke in- training, she chose the traditional and more conservative campus to create her legacy. Honestly, 15,000 students and 3 chose gender neutral housing. What parent, knowing their child’s issues would send him/her/ or “confused” to this type of setting? This kid must be miserable but determined to make a point. Clearly there is a not too well disguised agenda here.

Even a poor person investing 15-20% of their pay for 40 years can become a millionaire, and not a fake one either. There is no surgery on this earth that will give a woman the DNA or functioning penis of a man. It doesn’t exist and it will never exist because it would require the complete DNA reconfiguration of every cell in the body and the growth and implantation of organs which never existed inside a human body.
A more proper analogy would have referred to your wanting to be an elephant or a tea kettle. Basically something that is entirely impossible. Millionaire is not an impossible goal.

The 1st picture didn’t give it away. The second picture showed an overweight woman who is unhappy with her status as a woman so she wants to try to be something else.
Guys will make it with ugly women. They won’t admit &they will move on leaving the woman to feel used & confused. This accounts for a significant percentage of dykes. A **** described it to me one. They are used & then discarded like a piece of used tissue paper. People treat used paper with stuff on it as disgusting. Given that scientists have shown that oxycotin is involved male female sex, the used woman would be suffering from COGNITIVE DISSONANCE. The cookie doesn’t always break the same way & neither do people. Society makes gays thru processes like this. We don’t make them by making babies as the gay lobby would have you believe. I myself have men “use me” (I’m not ugly), and it never turned me gay…and now I have a good man in my life now. It’s more likely that some of these kids having these gender problems were abused as children, either sexually, physically, or emotionally. Or they have an absent parent, or a parent with psychological issues.

No…apparently the whole world must buy the damaged goods delusion that she’s a man and allow HER to live in a male dorm. This wretched person doesn’t need a dorm, she needs a psychiatrist and long period away from the idiocies she’s been marinated in in the school system. This is the kind of stuff that happens when a fragile mind buys into the “choose your gender” insanity making the rounds in the education system. The solution is simple..stop pandering to them.
