Trump Fires Himself From Indy 500

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The Donald has dumped himself from the Indianapolis 500.

Donald Trump said Thursday that he will not be driving the celebrity pace car in the May 29 race. He says “he may be announcing shortly his intention” to run for president and therefore it would be “inappropriate” to drive the pace car. He also said it would be impossible to fulfill the required practice sessions with his busy schedule.

Race organizers selected real estate mogul as the celebrity pace car driver a month ago. He then created a stir by questioning whether President Obama was born outside the United States, drawing criticism from race fans and others who said he is too divisive.

Jeff Belskus, Indianapolis Motor Speedway president and chief executive officer, says Trump’s replacement will be announced later this month.

I heard Donald Chump was getting dissed by the race car folks. THey were trying to dissassociate themselves with the load mouth birther. Sorry, i don‘t think he’d anything more than what’s served in the past. Big business and to hell with the common man. We can do better than that. reality is, the ticket would split and OBAMA would get it again. We need better, much better.

Your argument is ignorant. Your public school education is showing. Reducing Trumps arguments and candidacy to “loud mouth birther” is stupid. Trump has talked about oil, jobs, foreign policy, Chinese currency manipulation, over taxation, rebuilding our manufacturing prowess and other issues. Did you just want to say “Donald Chump” because you thought it was clever? Please, if you are going to take time to comment, try and step it up a bit.

Disassociating themselves because Trump simply chose to bow out? Surely they recognized him as the “loud-mouth whatever” before they invited him! Funny, he was perfectly fine then! C,mon, get real……they’re irritated because they lost a certain crowd-drawer and will now be further inconvenienced!! They’ll survive!

Hardly think Trump would risk splitting votes and increasing Obama’s likelihood of reelection. Let him use his innate chutzpah for the good of this country!

Believe that Trump later realized and acknowledged his wordage was inappropriate and planned not to repeat himself in such a manner anytime soon. That kind of speech is sadly pretty common nowadays. Don’t try to pretend that good, upstanding men would never consider using it.

I seem tt before sigo recall Vice President Joke Biden, who told Obama just before Obama signed the Health Care take-over bill, “this is a big F—ing deal”. Lord knows Trump is no phony. Trump was trying to make a point. Did you listen to the speech? Did you understand the point? Let me help you. When OPEC announced that they were raising the price of oil, all of these wonderful politicians were saying things like: “this would be hurtful” and Donald, by way of illustration said, we need someone tough, hard nosed, etc., that would call OPEC and say “you;re not going to raise that F—-in price!” Please folks, jump off of your self-righteous soap boxes, and get real. Remember Jerry Falwell? He said that if he would ever need emergency surgery , he wanted the best surgeon available, regardless if the surgeon was an atheist or not. What I hear some of you saying is that you’ll vote for another RINO because Trump has a potty mouth. That is silly.

Many of you continue to underestimate Donald Trump. I understand why, I think. In the world of politics, you are used to dealing with politicians. Folks from both parties that smile and lie, promise then cover-up, or blame and procrastinate. Then comes “the Donald” who tells it like it is, and for some weird reason, it bothers you. If you think Mitt for brains can win, you are delusional. If you think that Newt can win, I have some Nebraska ocean front property to sell you. Mitch Daniels? Daniels will win the day Obama admits he was born in Kenya. Ron Paul or Sarah Palin? I don’t know if they can win, and either do you. One thing for sure, Donald Trump speaks directly to every mom and pop, sick and tired of politicians and their BS. Trump speaks to the insanity of our current trade policy. Trump speaks to the craziness that is our China policy. Trump speaks directly to our stupidity at letting OPEC walk all over us. If there is someone else that there that is speaking directly to ordinary folks in straight talk, please point them out to me. (Other than Sarah Palin) And the Republicans still must deal with the inside-the-beltway snobs like Karl Rowe and Charles Krauthammer and others who seem to delight in sabotaging true conservatives. Remember how they reacted at Christine O’Donnell? Go Trump! Oh, and by the way, I know Trump is not as conservative as I’d like, but we need a hard nosed businessman to help save this economy. I am sick of politicia

Donald Trump, you go ahead with your plans to run for president, as you are the only candidate that knows how to make money and fire people with grace and proffessionalism. I don’t give a rip about your hair, it‘s what’s in your heart that counts, and you care about us, the taxpayers…

Don’t listen to liberals and staunch democrat want- a -be’s. We need you. We need jobs, we need someone that cares enough to listen, and you got it all.

As far as stepping on toes as a business man. That’s part of running a business. You’re not going to be able to please everyone, and with all the employee’s you have on board, stepping on toes from time to time, is expected. Go for it, Mr. Trump. This family from Virginia is right behind you!

It‘s too bad what’s happened to Donald Trump, but he still could be a contender.

I hope Trump realizes that as a Presidential Candidate he will have the legal standing required to challenge Obama’s eligibility to be on the ballot.

This means Trump could also force Obama to make that piece of graphic art that he is now passing off as a Long Form Birth Certificate availible for forensic examination.

In addition he could force the courts to examine the evidence regarding Obama’s invalid social security number that is reserved for CT applicants.

Don’t give up Donald, you still could win and restore your name and reputation!

“I hope Trump realizes that as a Presidential Candidate he will have the legal standing required to challenge Obama’s eligibility to be on the ballot.”

I could be wrong but Alan Keyes made a similar argument and lost mainly because he lost and the courts didn’t consider him to be a true contender. I believe Trump could use the eligibility issue if he was not allowed to run against Odumba. The Courts want to see injury before they act, otherwise it’s up to the political parties to vet thier candidates.

That‘s the reason I keep saying who in their right mind would vote DNC when they’ll nominate anybody for POTUS.

He is very smart. This administration has proved that they are smart and make calculated moves. I’m not buying that he is the right guy for our movement right now. We better be darn positive about the next person we elect for President. We are looking for a serious leader who is conservative and who wants to bring this country back to the founding fathers principles. Be careful not to be fooled. We were fooled once.
