Trump to MSNBC’s Mika: ‘You are very naive, you’re going to have riots in the streets’

Joe seems ready to spend someone else’s money and naive about business. The current investor said he has $4.8m invested, $6m is a significant profit for a building that is partially condemned at this time. How does Joe justify $20m as a good business decision. Perhaps his business skills lead to the direction his life has taken. If $20m is a good price, he can open his wallet.

Does anyone think that large purchases are done on the first sequence of offers and counter offers? Keep you day job Joe.

They’re not naïve, they’re insufferably ignorant – I love how the Liberals on this panel are telling Donald Trump how to spend his money and what makes a good real estate deal in Manhattan. One of the many, many problems with Liberals is that they fail to realize how stupid they are. Couple that with delusions of grandeur and you have obnoxious twits who think other people need their “intellectual” guidance.

Donald is so right on the mark with this. The ill will caused merely by the idea of building this mosque will increase a thousand fold should the mosque ever become a reality. The fools at MSNBC are so entrenched in their liberal ideals that they are no longer capable of seeing reality. If the mosque is built it will become the focal point of anti-muslim activity as well as a chronic source of problems for the NYC police. To ignore/reject that reality is foolish in the extreme. Nor is it “radical” that over 70% of Americans oppose this, as it is a flagrant insult to the memory of those lost on 9/11. To my way of thinking, building the mosque is on a par with the idea of burning the Quoran in FL–both are deliberately inflammatory insults to a specific group of people and certain of garnering virulant antipathy from same. Both are “legal”, both are wrong.

It‘s great how O’Donnell just loves to throw other peoples money around. If I read this right, Rauf brought the building from a couple for 4.5 million. At the time it was listed for 20 million. I said when this came out that this Rauf guy was looking to make a fast buck the Mosque thing was a front, but he has overpriced himself. Everybody knows Real Estate has gone down. I wish I could make a quick 20 Mill profit for flipping a property.

So two days ago this Rauf guy says it’s too dangerous to move the Mosque but for 25 Million…….hey.

    Everyone have a blessed weekend

I never watch MSNBC. I tried, but found the stories to be lacking of credible evidence, felt their viewpoints were not aligned with mine and their commentators and journalists were rude. The only time I see a clip of their shows is when a controversial “something” is plucked from their programming, which, after viewing this, only serves as a reminder of why I don’t tune in!

It may be difficult to take, but this debate has finally brought the dark side of Islam to the front. So much of the public did not know the details of what Islam is really about. Donald did a good thing by making the offer because it shined a light on the matter.

Great point. I wonder if Pastor Jones realized and even planned this out to draw attention to Islam and it’s great dangers to world liberty? Yes, Islam needs to be exposed as the truly violent religion it is.

I agree also with the comment by another poster that it takes real hubris to argue over property values with one of the greatest real estate investors in America today. Trump really put those self processed intellectuals to shame and exposed their blinded committment to political correctness.

As Glenn would say, I hope Donald Trump is wrong about the riots. It would simply be playing into the hands of Obama and the PTB that want to stir up violence so as to be able to declare a state of national emergency, have martial law, and suspend the Constitution. PLEASE LET NO ONE HERE FALL INTO THE TRAP.

Agreed, and I get the idea that The Donald just might know what he’s talking about. That is one shrewd businessman and he’s good at reading people. (obviously) It pains me to admit that I, until this mosque issue, defended the majority of muslims and said we shouldn’t judge them all by the actions of a few. After all, here we have our own crazy Christian fundamentalists who think it‘s OK to subjugate women and molest children and who murder doctors and blow up women’s health clinics to “save lives!” Never mind that many, many women use those clinics for actual health care such as pre-natal exams and flu shots. They don’t usually go to other countries to spread their terrorism, but they’re still nuts and terrorists. We can’t judge all Christians and pro-life believers by those nutballs. Now that I see that the so-called peaceful muslims are not standing up in their mosques and demanding the same tolerance and sensitivity TOWARD us they expect FROM us, I have a pronounced and distinct aversion to the culture and religion of islam. At least most of us denounce the nuts who bomb clinics and murder doctors to “save lives!”

Trump is trying to point out the extortion that is going on around this building. We build it here or you die…..or you pay us the blood money cost we are asking. And the doofus keeps challenging him on not being serious. Apparently, he has no idea how leftist communist his sense of wealth and wealth accumulation warps his view. He’d pay the money…because he didn’t earn it, and wants Mr Trump to redistribute the wealth as a pay off. People like Donald Trump do not accummulate great wealth in the capatilist system by paying top dollar or giving in to extortion. The goofy grin on the guys face just tells you he doesn’t get the math at all. But, boy does he ever want Trump to describe the angry people in the street….what’s the demographic? Lawrence O’Donnell is a COWARD. He has admitted he is afraid of muslim backlash to news stories so he treads lightly and treats all muslim-oriented stories with kid gloves.

This is an actual transcript of an interview Lawrence O’Donnell did with Hugh Hewitt:

HH: Would you say the same things about Mohammed as you just said about Joseph Smith?
LO’D: Oh, well, I’m afraid of what the…that’s where I’m really afraid. I would like to criticize Islam much more than I do publicly, but I’m afraid for my life if I do.
      HH: Well, that’s candid.
LO’D: Mormons are the nicest people in the world. They’re not going to ever…
HH: So you can be bigoted towards Mormons, because they’ll just send you a strudel.
LO’D: They’ll never take a shot at me. Those other people, I’m not going to say a word about them.

You can find more of the interview here:
