Trump Tries Again — The Donald Releases ‘Official’ Birth Certificate

Let’s try this again.
After failing to release his actual birth certificate yesterday — but saying he did — Donald Trump took a second stab at it today. And it appears he got it right.
This time Trump’s camp sent an “official” birth certificate to ABC News in an attempt to correct his previous error. This is what it the new one looks like:
That’s a lot different than a hospital certificate of live birth, and Trump’s camp acknowledged as much in a memo to ABC:
“A ‘birth certificate’ and a ‘certificate of live birth’ are in no way the same thing, even though in some cases they use some of the same words,” wrote Trump staffer Thuy Colayco in a message to ABC News. “One officially confirms and records a newborn child’s identity and details of his or her birth, while the other only confirms that someone reported the birth of a child. Also, a ‘certificate of live birth’ is very easy to get because the standards are much lower, while a ‘birth certificate’ is only gotten through a long and detailed process wherein identity must be proved beyond any doubt. If you had only a certificate of live birth, you would not be able to get a proper passport from the Post Office or a driver’s license from the Department of Motor Vehicles. Therefore, there is very significant difference between a ‘certificate of live birth’ and a ‘birth certificate’ and one should never be confused with the other.”
It’s worth noting that the memo could come across as suggestive — insinuating that maybe what Obama has been using is the certificate of live birth instead of an actual birth certificate. Key word, “could.”
That begs the question: was this part of Trump’s plan all along?

Did he ever have schoolclass group pictures or birthday party pictures or even playing outside with other children pictures? You would think with all the hoopla of the first African American President of USA that someone would come forward with childhood pictures of themselves with Obama. The only early pics are at the beach(vacation at grandmas’), the airport with his father & a family photo with his stepfather,mom and sister. Was he kept in a bubble and never interacted with other children? No cameras in Hawaii? You know if any pictures existed people would be trying to cash in on them. We are supposed to suspend all logic and believe he has one even though he won’t show it and be mocked for doubting him. Its crazy!!

Just because somebody has (a) read the Constitution and (b) publicly declared his love for said document does not create a Constitution respecting person.
One who respects the Constitution must have a realistic knowledge of that wonderful document and how it has actually operated throughout America’s history. Many of the reasons why you think Obama has “trashed” the Constitution are actually very old and divisive issues that Americans have bickered over since the very inception of our Republic. (There is no Right answer)
I live by the understanding that my perception of the world may be flawed. This does not prevent me from possessing morals and principles; in the reverse, it enables me (hopefully) to discuss these matters with people whose opinions differ from my own.
TL;DR The reasons why you think Obama has violated the Constitution are not new. The Commerce Clause, the Tenth Amendment, and the Fourteenth Amendment have been a great source of divide throughout America’s history. There are different ways to approach the Constitution. Just because you “feel” that one was is the best does not mean that it is.

I suspect he does believe Obama was born in the US, but I also suspect that there is something on that certificate that would be a huge embarrassment. See how easy it was for Trump to come up with his actual birth certificate. It actually worked better for Trump doing it this way because it shows without any doubt that obviously obama is refusing to show his birth certificate. I am not a “birther” although I have wondered why he hasn’t but now I am leaning VERY STRONGLY towards questioning where obama was born since it appears more and more that he was apparently born in another country and thereby is ineligeble to be President. So obama, ‘fess up and admit that you are NOT a natural born citizen, resign from office and go back home before it actually does come up and shows that you have fraudulently obtained the office of the President because I’m quite sure that there is a law against doing that and it may earn you prison time!

How blind can you be? I wonder why he hasn’t had one made up yet though, must be he cannot wield his power effectively yet, he is a rank amateur. His masters probably have not worried too much until now because it was one of those problems you could just throw money at and make it go away. But now? If I was Obama’s handlers I would be pulling strings to get a real birth certificate made up. But they better make sure it is perfect because it will be scrutinized. Every detail will be checked. I think if it can withstand that kind of scrutiny then all but the most fringe people will have to accept it.
But why the mystery? Why not do like Trump or any other president and just produce it?

I am also considering a run for President of Libya since, unlike some of the rebels, I was born there in Tripoli. Would they vote for a white, Christian, conservative, quasi African-American?

My issue is not whether the certificate would be declared a fake or not, but the fact that it has been witheld so long and there are SO many other inconsistencies with his story, such as how he got a Connecticut Social Security Number, or what his legal name is, since his stepfather supposedly “adopted” him. If that is true, what about his nationality and citizenship? There are also questions about how he came to the U.S. for college, whether it was as a “foreign” student and what about his passport? Plus his mother’s passport was one of those supposedly destroyed a number of years ago by the State Department. Convenient, isn’t it?
As someone who works with genealogy alot, I can understand how a long form birth certificate could be “missing”, my father‘s wasn’t recorded since it was a home birth but he was born in 1922, and my mother’s was destroyed in a fire at the town hall where the family lived. But, as you can tell by the date, that was a LONG time ago and the record keeping has become much more sophisticated. There’s just too many questions, too many inconsistencies, too much smoke and mirrors.

Now if that were to happen that would be sweet! If we could void all debts and obligations of Obama that would be several trillion dollars in savings by itself, of course that will never happen.
That is supreme court nominees, he has appointed two since he has been in office not to mention all of the czars, federal judges and others. I seriously doubt that it would be possible to undo much of the damage Obama has done to this country.
Those we send to Washington to fight for us against Obama and the socialists agenda seem to do the opposite once they arrive. We do have some serious house cleaning to do come next election if there is even going to be a next election.
If ever a president needs to be impeached it is Obama.

I would also like to see any other records, and grades he had at the schools he went to. I could walk around saying I have a degree in economics, or law etc. I was saying this in 2007 when he came on national scene. Whats up with his social security number? How did he go to school in Indonesia at a time that Americans could not travel there? Does he hold dual citizenship? Most importantly, his father was a British subject, born in Kenya, and never became a US citizen. This fact alone makes you ask the question of “is Obama a natural born citizen?” Every definition, and case history in the SCOTUS say that to be a natural born citizen, a person must be born to parents who are BOTH US citizens, and birth was in the USA. Exceptions being for American couples working over seas for the gov, etc. Why is it handled as such a joke? This is very serious, and the evidence at the moment deserves to be answered. This is the man with the authority to launch nukes for petes sake! Dont we have the right to know that he is even eligible to hold the office? I wanted this man properly vetted back in 07, and we were ignored. Not one shred of physical evidence, besides that live birth thing he showed, to prove who he is. Nobody would have asked about it in the first place if he, and his wife, and his whole Kenyan family did not make it appear as if he might have been born there. He wrote in his own book about his father, and how he grew up, but that was also ignored. It has absolutely NOTHING to do with his race. It’s purely a question of citizenship.

This is exactly what everyone has been saying all along. Their is a huge difference in these two forms. I am a nurse and have to adopted children and I understand the difference and it is huge.
The long form is the only proof accepted by almost every important entity that you encounter in your life time.
Anyone can get the certificate Obama has been showing, with no proof of birth, but you can not do anything without the long form. Examples: Drivers license, Social Security card, Passport. school, etc.
So funny how they fell right into the trap he laid out for them. Trump knows the difference, because I have heard him talk about it before.
My admiration and deepest respect is sure growing
for Trump.
What is impossible for me to believe is that Obama has never encountered a problem in the past. This would tell us that he has used his long form to get the simple things he has needed in the past, but it was not this form that he posted on the internet. So?? He has one, but won’t show it, because why? I have no doubt it is the one that says he is Muslim and his father is Muslim. He is not a natural born citizen and not qualified to be the President of the United States. Just as we have said all along.
Hence the answer as to why the records have all been sealed and the 100 or so cases that were brought to Courts all over the US were denied to even be heard before a court of law.
Also, all of this proof was given to every member of the 111th Congress and all of them ignored it. Why?? I think we all know why. I personally have sent GB request’s to re look at the facts on this and to reconsider his thought on this, but no go. Why??
All any logical person with half a brain has to do is spend a couple days of investigation and the answers are all right there for the world to see. Or go pull out your own long form and wha-la the details are there. Any fool can see it.
Trump is no fool and HAS THE GUTS OR LACK OF CORRUPTION to bring it back into the light.
I understand that everything Obama and his cronies have done, is all null and void. Maybe Obamas ugly little secret in Congress is kept quiet, if their little secrets are kept quiet. Anybody find it odd that Trump had to release his birth certificate TWICE? And the second one doesn’t have a raised seal? I know a little about photoshop, and I could easily have created the same document with an hour’s research into the appearance of New York birth certificates during that era.
No raised seal? It ain’t real folks. A an unscrupulous billionaire can come up with that kind of document in a few days easily (that’s why he released the first fake one). I‘m not saying Trump wasn’t born in the US, I’m just saying this obviously fake document proves nothing.

Many of us have been making this same distinction for years…namely, that a ‘certificate of live birth’ is not the same as a birth certificate. What the networks, CNN, MSNBC and Bill O’Reilly tout as “proof” is not really proof at all. Between their collective ignorance and corruption, they continue to get it wrong.
The former can be generated at birth or a time much later…as candidate Obama proved during the run-up to the 2008 election. It’s issued by the U.S. Public Health Service and designed to help the Census Bureau keep better records.
The latter is an official record generated by the individual’s state of birth which is completed by the attendant at birth (physician or otherwise) or a hospital administrator. It is then filed with the state registrar in the vital records section, where certified copies can be generated upon proper and legal request. It is official proof of natural-born American citizenship.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Trump issued the first to draw criticism — knowing that he would release the actual form a day or two later — for the purposes of making the distinction clearer to the general public and making the national media look even more hypocritical in their rebuke.
I‘m not sure it really had the desired effect as it wasn’t picked up and reported to any significant degree. The national media and the Republican establishment just want this to go away. In that respect, the Alinsky tactic of ridiculing the opposition has worked for the most part, as no one wants to be labeled as a “birther.”
I fully believe that Barack Obama is hiding something about the circumstances of his birth, but with a complacent/corrupt national media we are not likely to ever learn the truth or see the actual long-form birth certificate.

You are missing the most important point. The only document produced by Obama was computer generated form printed and certified in 2007. It has a seal on the flip side (2007).
It is NOT a certificate, it is not even a copy of a certificate, it is just a computer printout.
There is no original certificate (short or long), all we have is hearsay (somebody claims that he saw the original certicate).

Our focus now should be finding a way to force Congress, or the Senate, or SOMEBODY in government to force the president to provide his “Birth Certificate”. If it is found that the president knows he was NOT eligible to take the Oath of president he should be prosecuted to the fullest. There are so many laws he has signed off on that he has actually put our country in jeopardy. For instance… He recently sent our Air-Force into battle in Libya. He may have done so ILLEGALLY and our Military are taking orders from a possible fraud. Or, he signed Obamacare into Law. If he ILLEGALLY signed it into Law, then it should automatically be null and void. These are just two examples, and he has signed untold numbers of Laws into effect that we are following ILLEGALLY.
Someone much smarter than I should be able to find a way to force the issue. Which brings us to the MILLION DOLLAR question… why is it not one person in our Government have the guts to question his legitimacy as the leader of the free-world???????????????????
