Update: Woman Who Groped TSA Agent Will Not Face Felony Charges

Woman Who Groped TSA Agent in Denver Will Not Face Felony ChargesThe 61-year-old Colorado woman who groped a TSA agent in Phoenix last week will not face felony charges, as the Maricopa County district attorney decided Tuesday to turn the case over to city prosecutors. Yukari Mihamae could still face misdemeanor charges for her July 14 actions at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, where Police say she squeezed and twisted a female TSA agent’s left breast. Miyamae’s attorney Judd Golden told CBS Denver how the situation unfolded:

“Ms. Miyamae says she told TSA agents she wanted to be screened by the metal detector gate. She did so out of concern for excessive radiation exposure from the full-body scanners, as she is a frequent business traveler.

Her request was denied. She was soon surrounded by TSA agents. One TSA agent, a tall woman, approached Ms. Miyamae, who is only five feet tall.

Ms. Miyamae felt panicked and experienced a volatile aversion to the TSA personnel violating her personal physical space. She felt endangered and threatened based upon prior traumatizing security pat-downs, repugnance at the prospect of being touched again in such a violent and undignified manner, and instinctively pushed the female TSA agent away.”

Mihamae is a self-employed writer and translator who told the New York Post that “I go through this every week, and every week there is some problem.”

Supporters of Mihamae’s actions have flooded social media, including an “Acquit Yukari Mihamae” Facebook page which has already attracted close to 4,000 fans.  The Department of Homeland Security defended the arrest, saying “the agency will not tolerate assaults against its workforce.”

Would you classify Mihamae’s stunt as poetic justice or assault?

To me it seems like most of the TSA agents are, have been or want to be molesters when not at work. But instead they got jobs where they can molest people AND get paid for it.

While the TSA is only following orders by our beloved Federal Government, which is aghast at the notion of offending any one socio-political group or race, I’ll be glad when they come to their senses and stop harrassing travellers who are obviously NOT terrorists, and begin profiling like they should have been all along. I’m white, 51 years old, and obviously not affiliated with any Jihadi groups, yet I had my hands screened for explosives this past weekend by a very polite TSA agent. What a waste of money! We will NEVER find a terrorist by random screenings. However, if we start focusing our attentions on Arab male Muslims between the ages of 18-45, we’ll probably catch them all. Prejudice you say? How’s this: I’ll stop this so-called prejudice when the Muslim leaders of the world, along with the entire Muslim population, starts strongly denouncing and rejecting acts of terrorism, and cleans their house of the Jihadi faction of their so-called religion.

    Good for her.

If she had been facing felony charges, she could have counter sued with the same charges as she was groped without cause many times by the TSA.

All of our money being wasted searching people that we aren’t at war with. And we wonder why we are so in debt. Makes a person sick.

Really? Let’s just break this down to the simplest form. It’s a simple boobie squeeze and twist just like in grade school. How can that be a felony? Now a knife to the neck, I could understand that. But this is what we get when we allow our freedoms to slowly be chipped away in the name of safety. I’m about as radical as the color beige and they even swabbed me for explosives. Just remember, once in TSA Zone you just have to understand that it is a constitution free zone as well. Bend over and smile.

So the TSA swarmed around the 61 yr old lady who just wanted the metal detector used and has a rightfull fear of the radiation saturation machinery otherwise used. The TSA have demonstrated once again the fact they are thugs, on the order of the KGB and the old Gestapo…or East German Stazi state police (if I got the name right).

I hope no more charges are brought against her; yet I figure the DOJ under Holder will bring some kind of charges against her to ‘make an example of her’ for daring to oppose the TSA.

You can talk, cry, whine, bitch, yell, scream, or silent sit there fuming…

OR, you can act. I have not flown on a commercial aircraft since the TSA grope and feel-up policies went into place. I have rather written to the airlines I used to fly..and told them of each vehicular trip I have made instead of flying. I have also told my customers and vendors that I will not fly again until such illegal actions are again controlled by our government, and not instigated by the same.

The 4th amendment prohibits such acts…clearly, and the failures of the rest of my fellow Americans to take action against the government and the airlines is an indictment against the American people that must cause our forefathers to reject us as being unknown by them.

Bill of Rights doesn’t apply to a “US citizen” only “American Citizens”. The courts are clear on it.

“The right to trial by jury in civil cases, guaranteed by the 7th Amendment…and the right to bear arms guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment…have been distinctly held not to be privileges and immunities of citizens of the United States guaranteed by the 14th Amendment…and in effect the same decision was made in respect of the guarantee against prosecution, except by indictment of a grand jury, contained in the 5th Amendment…and in respect of the right to be confronted with witnesses, contained in the 6th Amendment…it was held that the indictment, made indispensable by the 5th Amendment, and trial by jury guaranteed by the 6th Amendment, were not privileges and immunities of citizens of the United States, as those words were used in the 14th Amendment. We conclude, therefore, that the exemption from compulsory self-incrimination is not a privilege or immunity of National citizenship guaranteed by this clause of the 14th Amendment.”

I’m not of the sexual pursuasion or preference that enjoys having a MAN – ‘toss my salad’, ‘juggle my cojones’ or any other below the waist social manipulation(s) that Team Sexual Assault gives to the flying public every day. If what the TSA does to people was done on the street to any random person they would be locked up for assault. But no in an airport its “for your own safety” Uh huh lil asian ladies, 93 yr old grandmothers and baby diapers are prime targets for terrorism. Not a young middle eastern man who we know for fact have committed acts of terrorism.

TSA needs to be gutted and retrained by El-Al but lets be clear its not the TSA agents who are responsible for all of this its Pistole-Napolitano-Holder-Emperor Obama.

You don’t have to preface it with anything. Sexual assault is always sexual assault, and nobody gets to demand the right to grope your genitals in order to “allow” you to do something that is otherwise your right. In private society we call such people sexual predators, rapists, child rapists. The same applies here, the badge changes nothing.

The TSA is Obama’s private police force. They strip away our rights and dignity in the false name of safety. Obama wants people to stop traveling as much so they are easier to control and don’t use as much fossil fuel. Remember, walking is a form of transportation,so don’t be surprised when the TSA comes knocking on your door. They’ve already talked about doing vehicle stops. This madness has to end.

I understand that Ghost, and I didn’t agree with it then either. If you look at how the TSA has evolved under Obama it’s even scarier though. Remember he has stated, “We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set. We‘ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”. Well I think the TSA is the beginning of that force. Look what happens most of the time when someone complains about their actions, nothing.Look at the fact that they are AFL-CIO unoinized.(not that Obama is in bed with the unions, oops, yes he is) The idea is to keep people from traveling freely, hence the hassles at the airport and also his necessary skyrocketing energy prices. A people locked in place are much easier to control. Can’t have us running all around the country, how will they know where to find us when the time comes to round up dissenters? You can call me loony but remember, walking is a form of transportation, don’t be surprised when the TSA comes knocking on your door to “keep you safe”.
