Turkish Demonstrators Burn Israeli & American Flags During Mock bin Laden Burial

“The US, UK and Israel are the murderers of the martyr,” the participants chanted. “The US is the terrorist, bin Laden is the warrior.”

That’s just some of the phrases used by Turkish protesters on Sunday, who held a mock funeral for Osama bin Laden, burning U.S. and Israeli flags in the process.

Israels’s YNetnews.com explains:

The mourners carried pictures of bin Laden and signs condemning his assassination, and called the man who planned the September 11, 2001, terror attacks that killed thousands of Americans “a beautiful, wise man, a warrior for Islam.”

Video of the event was reportedly posted to YouTube showing the protesters also chanting “Allahu akbar!”

    Glenn is talking about this – he’s really stoking up his warnings about big trouble right around the corner….that when our gas prices get even higher, people will start wanting to really blame “someone” and unfortunately, it’ll be Israel — like it’s all their fault (not blaming the real culptrits of course). This is all a “set up” by the “powers that be” including our own treasonous Admin. I’m pretty sure. Bible prophecy — yes – don’t have many doubts about that. I’m with Glenn on this one — watch out.

    I‘m sure they’re receiving aid from us to. Doesn’t seem that the more money we provide these countries to keep them stable or afloat hate us a bit more everyday. Screw them all. Burn that flag in your ghetto. Live in your anger & crappy conditions. Try burning my flag & you’ll see a true American warrior. Have all the mock burials you want. Travel to Pak-I-Stan as the Prez says & see if you can scrape some of the brain off the floor. Turkey is such a nice country. They still deserve to be part of the EU. They have done nothing more inflammatory then the Brit Choundry & his bunch.

    I used to spend a lot of time in Turkey…but will likely never return.
    They have the same type of leaders as we do here in the U.S….and millions of illiterate peasants who enjoy being whipped up into a frenzy (a lot like our government unions, come to think of it)

      Has anyone noticed how “quiet” the progressives, the unions, the state run media have gotten lately?? My take on that is they (the progressives) ran their little litmus test and now in planning behind closed doors and in cooperation with this immediate temporarly administration as well as the state media, to further proceed with their progressive/socialist,communist movement. They have ran into a little resistance from us real Americans and I believe they do not know how to proceed peacefully. I believe all new plans, dealings, whatever – will be done backdoor and we won‘t hear anything about it until its all over and ’law’.

      He died knowing he did not start this war.Our foreign policies of supporting dictators who benefitted us but were murdering any dissenters led Osama to wage a war of liberation for his people against the superpower who propped up its agents to benifit its greed and political interests at the expense of the people there.He upset that balance of power where we felt the cost of our foreign policy where before only they did.Our wars are wars of revenge and to reassert our power to prop up agents to benefit us at the cost of the people there.Good for Pakistan for harboring him even though they had no choice but to submit publicly to our dictatorial demands.They followed their conscience in supporting him.It’s not so easy to control the world even for a dictatorial superpower like us.The world belongs to everyone.

Oil is the lubrication of liberty. I challenge you to go without ANYTHING from oil for a single day. That would include your lights, heat/ac, food, house, car or bus… Oil is responsible for everything you have. Cheap oil means you were able to afford it.

      Maye they did hate Bin Laden much like black neighborhood hate crime. But just like the blacks who become outraged when a black criminal is arrested or shot by police the Muslims are acting the same.       I noticed they weren’t offended by all the British and American pounds and dollars spent this past weekend at the Turkish Grand Prix! No we want your money but not capitalism. Without capitalism and western influences you camel, goat hearders wouldn’t know what a motorcar is, let alone an Formula 1 car. Just one F1 car costs over $16m, that’s more than all the private cars in Istanbul are worth. PULL TURKISH GRAND PRIX NEXT YEAR! How’s that for us, US out of your 16th century country.

      Why aren’t we cutting off all aid to countries like Turkey and Pakistan who openly despise America? I am tired of hearing we have to help these countries so that they will stay on our side.
