Typo Alert: Obama Team Misspells ‘Israel’ on Campaign Invite

Democratic National Committee Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz is slated to appear on behalf of the Obama campaign Monday at a Philadelphia-area synagogue.
A glaring issue with the invitation? That would the synagogue’s name, “Congregation Keneseth Isreal“:
Sure, the Romney campaign had a similar cringe-inducing typo of their own, misspelling “America” as “Amercia” in their iPhone app back in May, but it must especially sting for a president who’s reportedly claimed to know “about Judaism more than any other president.”
As the Washington Free Beacon detailed, the “Israel-Isreal” gaffe is hardly the only questionable aspect of the event: It seems to directly conflict with an Internal Revenue Service rule prohibiting nonprofit organizations, including religious institutions, from “directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office.”

The customer or other writer is responsible for typos and factual errors. There are almost no proofers at online sites, as exemplified by the horrible writing at almost every news/magazine online. It’s very sad, that people are so rushed that they can’t be bothered with spending a couple of minutes waiting while a professional looks over their work, and perhaps save them from an embarrassing gaffe.

While there‘s no love lost on my part for either BHO or DWS it’s highly doubtful that either of them, or the administration had anything to do with this mistake. Your point about the Jewish vote is something that I don’t understand either. However, on one small point, I beg to differ. It’s not that they are stuck on Obama, they are stuck on Democrat. The Jewish voting cohort has tilted very strongly Democrat for several decades.
It’s a mystery to me given that as a group they are generally solidly middle class with a sizable proportion of them in the higher ranges of economic achievement. But, I suppose my lack of understanding just goes to show how dumb I am! Peace.

They would vote for Hitler if he ran on the Democrat ticket, it seems. They may be doing just that since Obama seems to come on like some Socialist dictator. We better fix this because most of the kids in this country have been dummed down for a few decades to the point they will not be able to see what is going on. The Obamaites have been waiting for the elders to die off so the Truth goes with them. Obama is an enemy to this nation and if those in Congress do not see it or will not help do anything about this, then they have caused a scourage upon their own grandchildren. They better start taking care of this now.
