      That’s right. I’ve said it many times. If the police wanted to find a reason to arrest you the moment you walk out your door, they could. We are overregulated. We are not free. Heck, your HOA has some person driving around the neighborhood just LOOKING for reasons to fine you and they aren’t even law enforcement.

    I must admit that I was sorely disappointed last night in S.E. Cupp on this. Apparently, she expects every citizen in the US to know every law and legal infraction, including state ones, every time we walk on the street. This following statement comes to mind:

    They have made us ALL criminals!

      I was amazed at her blind eye to what was being said. I agree….I now regard her with a very different eye. To not see the danger in a government creating laws that the people do not even know…and say the people are responsible to “know” the rules….how naive is that?

      By the way, why is it a crime to look for arrowheads? It used to be a boy scout activity and something to be proud of….I knew a young man who built his own museum around his arrowhead collection, that he found when they were clearing land for building developments. Would it be better that these arrowheads had been bulldozed and lost for ever? What is going on here?

    I guess if you’re really desperate for health care, all you have to do is go to a National Park, look on the ground to see if there’s an arrowhead there, and then turn yourself in to Attack Watch because you broke the law by searching for arrowheads on federal lands.

    I remember the story about some guy who was homeless and wanted to go to jail, so he robbed a bank. Would have been so much easier just to go onto federal lands and look on the ground for an arrowhead.

      Indeed. I lost all respect for SE Cupp from watching this video.

      Our legal regime is out of control. A friend of mine is getting bankrupted by the feds going after him for a crime he didn’t commit, that they admit he didn’t commit, or have any connection to, but because the crime took place on his land, they want his land.

    Cup is off my mas-turbation list. really have any of you seen any of these so called reality law enforcement shows especially the one she mentions? all they do is arrest kids who smoke a bowl, people drinking in the parking lot, raiding houses like they are swat. Spare me they are all over paid and have way to much authority. Fishing license Hah. She had me tricked, I rally thought she had more sense than that.

    Glenn was curious why they would criminalize as many as possible.
    Help me flesh this out:
    Democrats love criminals (cop watch, Mumia Abu Jabal)
    Democrats want to reinstate “rights” to criminals
    If we are all criminals, we can’t vote, defend ourselves, or get a job without the government/ democrats

    This thought isn’t complete, but this is the direction I see

    The reason to have so many laws? To extract more revenue in the form of fines and penalties. A opportunity to disenfranchise and disarm citizens who get caught in the bureaucratic government spider web. These unknown laws and regulations can also be used as a political weapon against opponents of the government.

    I was giving this group the benefit-of-doubt but now it’s final; I will only listen to Buck on this panel. The rest of them are absolute, clue-less, big-government-as-long-as-it’s-my-party idiots. Buck is the only one on this panel that does research, studies the Constitution, and actually pays attention to current events that aren’t covered by the mass-media. I cannot believe the sides that everyone on this panel but Buck took on this issue. Absolutely ridiculous… S.E is completely down the wrong road. I’m seriously blown away by her comments and how she justified those inexcusable examples of injustice. Not only did she take the wrong side but the reasoning behind her opinion was pathetic and scary.

      Jedediah and Will Cain are really smart too. Amy Holmes is also a great host and does a pretty good job playing devil’s advocate. Sometimes I feel like slapping SE Cupp for her blatant statism, but she adds a dynamic of big government Republicanism that the show needs to be interesting. It would be pretty boring if everyone on the panel agreed with one another.

      Also, Buck Sexton is a little overbearing and tends to dominate the conversation. I prefer Will Cain.

    Who is the air-head women who wants to work for “Wild Justice” … what a cluelessly insane mindless little girl. Where is her liberal compassion, her understanding for the victim … oh that‘s right she’s full of her crusader arrogance and wants to use the full force of the government to punish and criminalize people on the issues that matter the most to her dear little heart. It thought these were people persons … people who need people are the luckiest people… guess they only care about their own … just some of the people. Liberals have absolutely no perspective or sense of reason, they are the most extremist of people and absolutely insane when given power by the people. Fire her and let her go work for wild justice and let her see what justice is all about.

    Congress persons are judjed to be effective by how much legislation they introduce, despite the fact that most legislation, no matter how well intended, contains non intended consequences, which allows the government to take away our liberties down the road, such the ones in this video. As in the government today, these hidden laws can be used to “control” anyone whom the government sees as a threat. Does anyone besides marvel at the way Hitler was elected ? Does anyone marvel at
    North Kores‘s leaders stay in power whilestarving millions of it’s people ? Of course this would never happen in the good ol’ USA ! Don’t be too sure. The ground work has been being laid for over 50 years, for that very thing !!

    Holder–you had better think about getting your resume together –especially if the Republicans take bad the Senate and retain the house–you’re toast. No Attorney General has been such an incompetent law breaker as you are. You should be sued for Malfeasance, Misfeasance and Non feasance, in a class action suit by the people of the United States,or impeached for treason against the United States.

    Awesome segment, Buck Sexton rocks, and it’s official: S E Cupp is pathetic.
    Watching this clip I could not believe she agreed with the government over reach. She calls herself a conservative?? no way. She is an insult to the conservative movement. Plus she’s just rude, constantly interrupting with self promotional babble.

      I used to think S.E. Culp had a clue but her comment that anyone that does anything should know ALL the laws and regulations in regard to that activity is absurd. It is like saying that everyone that earns an income needs to understand the entire income tax code front to back…

    I just heard the conversation about this on Beck’s radio program. There is a simple explanation regarding finding a spent .22 casing in a wall- they are commonly used to “shoot” down the bottom plate (piece of lumber) into concrete floors! The floors are hard, so they load a cartridge into a long handle and put the fastener in the bottom. They put the handle on the wood to be fastened and hit the top with a hammer to make the charge go off and drive the fastener into the floor. This guy should have gotten off REALLY easily with a simple explanation.

      Ummm… It was the bullet he had not the shell casing. Those .22 nail guns use a shell casing with a .22 grain in it to punch a nail through concrete; obviously they wouldn’t use or need a bullet. Buck clearly says the guy had the bullet. No one would want a shell casing from a .22 because that wouldn’t be cool to find but a spent bullet would, especially if it was completely intact.
      It was still absolutely wrong for them to put him in prison for it. It was a harmless bullet…

    So…
    If she makes a typo; she cannot fix it herself, she must call an expert to correct it for her. Ka-ching.
    She may research a story. Even if she doesn’t find anything she may be charged with invasion of privacy if someone suspects that she may have invaded someones privacy.
    She can sell a story, but only to another reporter.
    Did the whale get treatment for PTSD?
