U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Secrets Reportedly Leaked Online

U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Secrets Reportedly Leaked OnlineOops.

Despite being on of our strongest allies (although don’t ask Barack Obama about that), the British Navy reportedly recently leaked U.S. Navy military submarine secrets online. The mistake was apparently an accident as a result of a glitch in redacting some government documents. UK’s The Guardian explains:

Defence chiefs have been forced into an embarrassing emergency retraction after secret information about the UK’s nuclear-powered submarines was inadvertently published on a website.

A technical error meant sections of a Ministry of Defence report that appeared to have been blacked out could in fact be read by anyone who copied and pasted them into another document.

The offending paragraphs have now been properly covered up [PDF] but were reported to have included expert opinion about the fleet’s ability to withstand a catastrophic accident.

Details of measures used by the US navy to protect its own nuclear submarines were also accidentally made available, according to the Daily Star Sunday newspaper, which alerted the MoD to the problem. [Emphasis added]

The Conservative MP Patrick Mercer, who served in the army, told the newspaper the information would be “hugely interesting” to Britain’s enemies and its release “potentially catastrophic”.

U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Secrets Reportedly Leaked Online

The document was an assessment of the British fleet’s vulnerability to a nuclear accident.

“As soon as we were told about this, we took steps to ensure the document was removed from the public domain and replaced by a properly redacted version,” A British military spokesman told the Guardian. “We take nuclear security very seriously and we are doing everything possible to prevent a recurrence of this.”

Well, Well, We owe China severely and we are paying a very high price for oil on top of it! Do you think Obama really cares??? wait till he announces 5, 6, 7, 8, dollars per gallon. When will we drill for oil??? We have more in our country than the Saudis and he still refuses to drill for it. In 100 years we will not even need oil…. I can practically guarantee it! Then why are we giving our money to the Arabs?

The Royal Navy currently operates 11 nuclear-powered submarines, including six which are the earlier old Trafalgar class and four Vanguard class, which do not have hi pressure safety injection to the reactor vessel. PWRs have two pressure injections safety systems, first being the low pressure safety injection system and the second being the high pressure safety injection system. A full blown LOCA Loss of coolant accident is the design of a guillotine pipe break which so far is the worst accidental design scenario for a PWR primary coolant system boundary. The secondary containment vessel and isolation valves are designed to rapidly close to their intended safe position and withstand such an event.

Islam is an evil totalitarian political system, that enslaves human beings in a culture of misery, hopelessness, despair, perversion, true violence and unnatural death. Take your Koran and shove it up your ass. We will never submit. Allah is actually Satan you idiot. The Lord Jesus Christ can still save you if you ask for forgiveness. Do not mistake kindness for weakness for we will defend ourselves and kill as many of you as possible so that we may live in freedom and peace. Islam is not a “religion of peace”. It was made up in the 7th century by a ruthless killer named Muhammad who liked to rape little boys and girls. The fact there are so many people in the world that follow this cult called Islam shows me the devil is alive and well and has tricked a whole lot of unfortunate souls. And before anybody says I am being hateful or that there are “moderate” muslims or “good” muslims, just go and read the Koran. It is full of rape and murder all sanctioned by “Allah”. Do not be tricked into this political correctness crap about Islam.

Washington DC torched during the war of 1812.
British Admiralty law and American courts.
Americas debts and the Brithish bankers after the war of 1812.
How Puerto Rico plays into the picture.
Who is the IMF ( international Monetary Fund) and how are they relevant to today’s as well as to 1812.

You think that because the people of China live in poverty that China has no money? Where did all that money come from that China has lent the United States?

China is sucking the money out of the U.S. because of the interest payments, and they ARE building their military, according to Rep. Allen West in a recent statement. We need to start paying off the debt, rather than continue to make interest payments and stop spending borrowed money, if we are to boost our economy. The entitlements and discretionary spending are huge problems. America needs to get off its butt and realize that what the government can provide, the government can take away. Otherwise, all those people who voted for the usurper are going to be slaves to the government and will make those providing jobs slaves in the end, too. Then what, liberals? Our government will be overthrown.

Well, that’s the British “Silent Service” for you! These things sometimes do happen, an inadvertent mistake by a loyal ally. Then it has to be asked – does making this an “issue” on the Blaze publicize the scary information – possibly increasing the actual damage to our nation? Or; does the patriotic Blaze article make us safer? Or, is there no affect? Just Sayin!

Isn’t Obama just great. He discloses UK secrets and the UK responds in kind. Isn‘t it just great to know that we have real pro’s in the Whitehouse who think ahead.

Yes it most likely is a payback to Obama for what he did to the British. Trade secrets of your own allies to the enemies, and then you can expect them to return the favor to you when the best time comes down the line.

In any realm of politics, there are only allies of conveinence, never permanent friendships.

Obama has proven this to the British, for he has betrayed them across the board militarily in the name of expediency.

He (Obama) has sold us out to the Chineese, and to the enemies of Israel, so why else shoud we be shocked when they do the same back to us for a formal quid pro quo.

“A technical error meant sections of a Ministry of Defence report that appeared to have been blacked out could in fact be read by anyone who copied and pasted them into another document.”

This same “technical” error keeps getting repeated by governments whenever they publish Acrobat documents. You would think they would learn. But then, you would be wrong. That’s why these kinds of idiots take jobs in the public sector, so you cannot fire their stupid hind-ends.

If they were going to leak secrets, I would prefer leaks about White House security.

I also happen to know the hull number of the Sturgeon class fast-attack submarine in the 1978 picture used in this article, taken off Hawaii. I just can’t remember the name of the officer of the deck manning the bridge in the sail, but I think it was LT(SS) Tom Charis, USN. Those 637′s are history and razor blades now. One hull was made into a disco, so the legend has it.
I also know how to spell progressive, passive aggressive, ankle-biter, landlubber and ay! chihuahua!

You know, the U.S. has all but declared war on its historical allies, the UK included. I served 9 years in the nuclear submarine force and while this is considered ‘confidential’ its hardly earth shatteringly top secret. So a pay back by nations now being alienated for no good reason isn’t hard to imagine.
