UFO Over Jerusalem? Mysterious Ball Drops From Sky Over Holy City

Video taken from Jerusalem this weekend showing a dancing, glowing ball hovering over the famous Dome of the Rock has some crying “UFO.” And so far, the images have no official explanation.
The video shows the ball drop down from the sky, sit atop the religious site for about 25 seconds, and then quickly shoot up to the heavens like a rocket. The report below says the event was captured by at least two separate cameras stationed at different places in the city:
“If these are real, they are some of the most incredible videos ever shot,” former UK Ministry of Defense UFO investigator Nick Pope told the Sun. “If they are not, then this is a very well-planned and co-ordinated hoax designed to eliminate elements of doubt.”
He did offer a possible explanation: “We know the Israeli army has some very high-tech drones at its disposal. If this is one, it is one of the most advanced pieces of technology created by man.”
According to the Sun, the number of cameras that recorded the event was four, making it harder for skeptics to debunk:
Some UFO enthusiasts believe the videos – which have taken the internet by storm – are final proof that aliens exist, while others say the unidentified object was the Hebrew god Elohim.
Adding to the mystery is the fact that flying over the Dome of the Rock landmark — an ancient Islamic shrine — is forbidden.
Two witnesses at the Armon Hanatziv panoramic lookout near Mount Zion filmed the object at 1am on Saturday.
Still, those skeptics claim the footage is simply a camera trick and point to the jumpiness of the image.
Don’t tell that to the Southern woman in the video.
“We‘ve seen ’em in Mississippi like this,” one woman says in the background of the video, before abruptly changing course and admitting, “but never like that.”
A Google search shows there have been reported sightings in the state.

The blog How Stuff Works has aggregated the videos claiming to be real and the ones claiming to prove the footage is a hoax. The following is an example of the latter, which says it used motion tracking to debunk the video:

Next time CNN does a report of socalled racism in the South or even an on site report about Sarah Palin listen to the back drop music…hear it. Its always the same, twangy guitars that sound demented and or disturbed, maybe add the harmonica to invoke thoughts of scenes from Deliverance. When will you people truly anaylze how you’ve been programmed to think and respond. I point this out because I am guilty of doing it also. Until I learned that we are all Gods children and none of us is better than another and how I noticed that this is a trick they play to divide us. Think about it.

When will people understand not all unknown events are of the ‘little green men’ or such nonsense; while there are few truly unexplainable events, most can be figured out given enough time and being looked into from a scientific basis.
Check out the two phenomena known as ‘ball lightning’ and ‘St. Elmos fire’ sometime, along with the phenomena of the cloud tops called ‘Sprites’ caught repeatedly on the space shuttle cameras, and found out to be natural occurences of thunderstormes.

In such a controlled fashion? Highly illogical as an explanation. First its in the sky hovering, not moving at all and then a descent, not to rapid but down it goes and stops right above a very Holy site according to Muslims and stops right there for all to see. The demons are his slaves and only have the power to go anywhere and do what the devil wants them to do. The demons are evil so they would only do harm, as instructed by the antichrist and Satan. One thing to keep in mind here is that if you are left during the tribulation period and you pray, you will not be able to except in verval words only, (the heavens will be shut for awhile) because the Holy Spirit will also be removed during the rapture. NOTHING THAT BELONGS TO GOD ALMIGHTY WILL LEFT ON EARTH AFTER THE RAPTURE, INCLUDING THE HOLY SPIRIT. So, IT WILL BE EXTREMELY HARD TO TALK TO GOD and to pray, but there will still be angels around. Praying will be extremely hard to do since there will be millions more demons let loose on the earth right after the rapture. If you think evil is bad now, wait until that 7-year tribulation period. IT WILL BE A VERY SCARY and HORRIBLE TIME, followed by a short period of peace with Israel, then SUDDEN DESTRUCTION WILL COME UPON THE EARTH because the antichrist will void his peace agreement with Israel and THEN there will be Armagedden (the last 3-1/2 years of the tribulation period). You will not want to be anywhere near the antichrist or in the Middle East. The safest place to be will be in the hills of Israel because GOD WILL PROTECT HIS PEOPLE as He promised during the Old Testment scriptures. God will protect Israel in many ways. It will be the only country that the antichrist will not be able to destroy. There is NOTHING in the Bible that mentions the USA so it could mean either we are blown off the face of the earth or nothing at all happens to us – the USA just doesn’t matter and that is why it is not mentioned. Personally, it will be safer in Israel.

2 – in the second clip that you can actually see the ball descend from the sky, the ball sits over the dome for 3 seconds…
3 – there is a skip in the film…like someone turned the camera off and then on again..the image jumps right after the ball descends and after the jump, it goes back up..

They have time constraints when reporting the news unless they’re doing a full 60 Minutes episode on the event. That’s why they obviously cut the extra 20 seconds in between the landing the take off in the second view. I guarantee, if you really want to find that extra 20 seconds, you can find it.

The day is fast approaching where it will be much more than material goods that stretch and test our faith. Not unlike the young lady who said she was a Christian and was then murdered at Columbine. Keep on the straight and narrow path. Whether this was a hoax or not means nothing now. It will certainly work to stoke the fires of radical islam and the Jews and Christians will eventually be tested in that fire. It is happening already violently in other parts of the world and not violently in America but with unconstitutional legislation. Be prepared to defend your Christian faith. It will not get any better from here on out.

The two witnesses of Revelation actually refers to the time period after the french revolution when for a period of three and one half years (3 1/2 days of prophetic time = 3 1/2 years real time) when the bible and christianity were driven out of the country and the time known as the Terrors commensed.

When they showed the video from the 2nd footage farther away, it hovered for only about 2 or 3 seconds. Maybe the front of it didn’t know the side of it was taking off and until about 22 or 23 seconds later then took off to catch up.

The 2 witnesses will be the 2 OT saints who were taken (alive) by God in the Old Testament and will appear during the Tribulation period in Israel as witnesses to God almighty. They will stand in the streets of Jerusalem and witness. They will be killed by the antichrist, but they will arise after the 3rd day and be raptured right before everyone’s eyes and taken into Heaven. Please get your facts straight.
The remnant you refer to are JEWISH people only and will be witnesses to God’s people. They will preach to them about Jesus Christ. Those would be the 144,000 spoken of in the book of Revelation. These 144, 000 are NOT people like you and me – gentiles. They will be Hebrew and of the 12 tribes of Israel. They will be raptured during the Tribulation period. Yes, there will be Christians during the Tribulation, but they will be of the following:
1. Those persons who accepted Christ as their personal Savior AFTER the rapture.
2. Those so-called Christians, in NAME ONLY, who never gave their life to Christ, but did so after the rapture.
3. People who accepted Christ and were slain for His sake during the Tribulation period because they refused to accept the mark of the beast.
TRUE BORN-AGAIN AND TRUE FOLLOWERs OF CHRIST and filled with the Holy Spirit, which is what marks them as belonging to God, will go in the Rapture and enjoy the Marriage Supper of the Lamb with Jesus Christ during those 7 long and hard years.
Again, be very very careful about your interpretations. God will hold you to your words and if you are wrong, you could lose some of your rewards IF YOU ARE TRULY A BORN-AGAIN follower of Jesus Christ. Be very, very careful.

I respect your efforts to explain this matter of the events of the last days but I have to say, you have incomplete information in what you are speaking. It is not your fault because this is what you were taught. I was also taught wrong in the past.

To teach God’s Word accurately is a serious matter because a incomplete and inaccurate explanation could lead someone down a wrong path.
A serious study of the Bible needs to include all the scriptures and to examine how information in Genesis is connected to scriptures in all the other books. For example, a person will not be able to understand Revelation 12:4-5 if they do not understand Genesis 3:15-16
All the scriptures are connected to the theme of the Bible, and we should not extract certain scriptures and ignore others. If we do, we lose accurate understanding.
There is great confusion in the churches of Christendom because they often focus on a certain scripture and build a theology around it, and forget or ignore what the rest of God’s Word says about the subject. This forum is not the place to accomplish an in depth education of the Bible, but maybe when you are visited by Jehovah’s Witnesses, you could ask them a question or two.

If you’re not a Christian and hundreds of millions of people around the world disappear and Obama tells you we were taken away by UFOs, get on your knees and pray this simple prayer:
“Lord Jesus, thank you for dying for my sins, I accept your free gift of salvation and your death on the cross as payment for my sins. Amen.”
Receiving salvation through Jesus is so very easy and if you reject it, you are going to be kicking yourself for all eternity for your foolish pride. BTW, if you wait until we disappear before being saved you’ll have to deal with a lot of really nasty stuff, because what the antichrist has planned for the world will make Hitler’s Germany look like Disney World. Christians know that there are demons on the Earth and maybe they are behind this. I personally don’t put much weight in any aliens but demons messing with man that would be an explanation. It could also be some kind of sophisticated technology Israel has no telling.

Report Post »I theorised that this was the delivery of the two “witnesses” speculated to be Elijah and Moses, who will prophesy for 3 and a half years, able to cause any harm upon the earth, but never to be harmed themselves during that 3 and a half years as prophesised in Revelation, book 11.
I dunno…been studying end times in every culture I could find, and the times seem right, especially with what is happenning in Egypt for this to be the case.

I have studied the Bible and the end-times extensively and I will tell you that when the Rapture does occur, and it will, it will be simply explained away by the man of perdition, the antichrist, who is indeed alive, but is not yet know to us. He will be revealed AFTER the rapture takes place. I am so excited to be living in the end-times of the Bible, yet I know that there are so many people who will be left behind for 7 years to endure hell on earth – and I mean, REAL HELL ON EARTH. Also in the parable that Jesus talked about one being taken and another left, the ones being taken are thrown into the fire.

There are a lot of reasons I believe this, but primarily because God has always taken His people out of harm’s way before He pours out His wrath. The last thing God did before the great flood (yes, I believe in the great flood) was to shut the door on the ark (Ge 7:16); then, the angels couldn’t destroy Sodom and Gomorrah (believe that too) until Lot and his family had left (Ge 19:22); finally, when God sent the plague that killed the first born males of Egypt, the Israelites who put blood on their doors were spared (Ex 12:13). One other thing that isn’t mentioned in the Bible, but is a historical fact as documented by ancient historians (e.g., Eusebius) is that Christians fled Jerusalem before it was destroyed in 70 AD. Just something to consider.

What changed my view was the last trumpet reference in Corinthians which is in Revelations also with the trumpets sounding with one plague after another. Either way, be prepared and read Gods word to see if these things are so. We may have to go through the storm, but God will be with us.
