Undercover: Documentary Reveals British Mosques Beat Muslim Children…and Worse

Shocking footage of children apparently being hit by their teachers during lessons on the Koran will also be aired on Channel 4′s Dispatches programme on Monday.
A hidden camera installed by a reporter at a school in Birmingham recorded a preacher telling pupils “the disbelievers are the worst creatures, they are the worst creatures”.
The 11-year-olds are then told not to trust more liberal Muslims.
Their teacher said: “The person who’s got less than a fistful of beard, then you should stay away from him the same way you should stay away from a serpent or a snake.”
“The Hindus do, they drink piss, I’ve told you this.
“Do they have any intellect? No.”
Filming intermittently over a period of four months, the camera recorded children being taught a hardline, intolerant and highly anti-social version of Islam.
During the same period our reporter also attended the Markazi Jamia mosque in Keighley, West Yorkshire, after hearing of serious allegations that children were being hit at its madrassa.
Madrassas in the UK are part-time after-school or weekend classes, often held in mosques, where children are taught to read the Koran. In Keighley it is not what they are being taught that is the problem, but how.
Again, Osman went into the mosque and left the camera in the room where classes took place.
The film shows children as young as six sitting on the floor of a large room in the mosque, one of the biggest in the country. The boys are hunched over wooden benches, rocking backwards and forwards as they rote-learn the Koran in Arabic. A man with a long white beard dressed in a traditional shalwar kameez – tunic and trousers – sits at the head of the class.
Periodically he gets up and walks behind the boys. As he passes, the children appear to cower and watch him nervously. It soon becomes clear why.
He unexpectedly raises his hand and slaps a young boy hard on the head. Moments later he strikes another. And then he kicks a third child.
In just two days of filming in December 2010, the camera recorded the teacher hitting children as young as six or seven at least ten times, in less than three hours of lessons.

These schools need to be investigated…especially in the US. I just heard about one recently in the East…and perhaps…in the Washington area…that is operating as a ‘real’ private school…yet no one can get the curriculum they are teaching and/or the books they are teaching from!
Why is no one protecting these children before they are turned into human bombs?

Here, we have religious freedom to worship as we wish, and we respect the religious beliefs of others. There is even cooperation between different religions like Jews taking work shifts on Sundays, and Christians taking work shifts on Saturdays.
I attended a Catholic school (grade 1 thru 8) as a child. The teachers were Nuns. Not once, did I ever hear any Nun degrade another religious belief. I was taught the tenets of the Catholic Church and no one ever suggested that Hindus drink piss.

This is why eight states (Texas, Massachusetts, Maryland, Mississippi, (Article XIV, Section 265), Pennsylvania (Article 1 Section 4), North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee) do include language in their Bill of Rights, Declaration of Rights, or in the body of their constitutions that requires state office-holders to have particular religious beliefs. Because many of these people long ago were looking hundreds of years ahead and some even mentioned about that they didn’t want Muslims to become President.
Although there have been lawsuits challenging these like Torcaso v. Watkins in 1961 and Silverman v. Campbell in 1997 and ruling them unconstitutional, no doubt the work of the Progressives and activist judges.

If someone wants to biatch about that, look at bulls in the bullring. Saw one account of a Muslim “doctor” explaining Halal. He said God (Allah) turned Jews into pigs and monkeys. Also knowing England as they are these days, it is quite possible, given the attention the documentary is getting even before it has actually aired, that the documentary will be preempted by the government‘s PC police and not air as scheduled so as not to ’incite racial hatred’ or some other potentially discouraging attitude towards Muslims.
England is Bizarro World. What a shame they’ve turned into such bassackward cowards.

I’ve got yard shoes, gardening shoes, and irrigation boots. Never wear them out in public. Don’t own one pair of go to the bathroom shoes. What if you slip or trip? What if you’re old and your legs give out? Who takes go to the bathroom shoes to the mall? Sorry. Shoe abuse really irks me.

In answer to some of the posted questions on this matter, from my point of view are:
The British government will most likely jail the reporter within a handful of days for attempting to cause some kind of disturbances to the peace for reporting this matter in the first place.
The extremists of the mosque/school will probably slaughter him as soon as they have a positive location for him and his family.
This much I can almost guarantee as well, our own government will mention nothing of this in any shape and form.

Most school districts across the country banned paddling of students long ago. Texas sat that trend out. Nearly a quarter of the estimated 225,000 students who received corporal punishment nationwide in 2006, the latest figures available, were from the Lone Star State.
But even by Texas standards, Temple is unusual. The city, a compact railroad hub of 60,000 people, banned the practice and then revived it at the demand of parents who longed for the orderly schools of yesteryear. Without paddling, “there were no consequences for kids,” said Steve Wright, who runs a construction business and is Temple’s school board president.
Since paddling was brought back to the city’s 14 schools by a unanimous board vote in May, behavior at Temple’s single high school has changed dramatically, Wright said, even though only one student in the school system has been paddled.
“The discipline problem is much better than it’s been in years,” Wright said, something he attributed to the new punishment and to other discipline programs schools are trying. Residents of the city’s comfortable homes, most of which sport neighborly, worn chairs out front, praise the change.
“There are times when maybe a good crack might not be a bad idea,” said Robert Pippin, a custom home builder who sports a goatee and cowboy boots. His son graduated from Temple schools several years ago.
Corporal punishment remains legal in 20 states, mostly in the South, but its use is diminishing. Ohio ended it last year, and a movement for a federal ban is afoot. A House subcommittee held a hearing on the practice Thursday, and its chairman, Rep. Carolyn McCarthy (D-N.Y.), is gearing up for a push to end the practice once and for all. She plans to introduce legislation within weeks.
“When you look that the federal government has outlawed physical punishment in prisons, I think the time has come that we should do it in schools,” she said.
A joint American Civil Liberties Union-Human Rights Watch report last year found that students with disabilities were disproportionately subjected to corporal punishment, sometimes in direct response to behavioral problems that were a result of their disabilities. Many educators and psychologists say that positive tools, such as giving praise for good behavior and withholding it for bad, are far more effective for discouraging misbehavior.
Those techniques “encourage them to behave well in the future,” said report author Alice Farmer. Paddling “makes students lose respect for their teachers.”
Rules about paddling vary from district to district, but typically only administrators, not teachers, can mete out the punishment, which is done in private. Usually, a long, flat wooden paddle is used to give as many as three blows across the student’s clothed rear end, although Farmer found students who had been hit many more times. Boys are overwhelmingly the target.
Not everybody in Texas is gung-ho about paddling. The practice has been banned in the state’s big cities, and its use varies from campus to campus in districts that allow it.

Years ago, back in the late 80′s, I read a book by a home schooling couple, David and Micki Colfax, who had gone to Algeria to teach English. They enrolled their sons in a local school and within a week, took them out again because all the “teachers” did was have the students memorize the Koran. Those who didn’t were beaten. The kicker was that most of the “teachers” had absolutely NO idea of what they were saying because they all spoke the local dialect of Arabic, not the one that the Koran was written in.
Islam is all about submission, not about “peace”. It’s all about forcing people to do what you want them to, not about bringing people to consensus. In that context, it makes perfect sense for the teacher to beat the living daylights out of unruly students.
And by the way, Walk With Me, I did 12 years of Catholic school (’61 -’73) and I never once was hit by any nun, nor were any of my classmates.
