Unlike Maher…Boehner Affirms Obama’s Christianity

WASHINGTON (AP) — House Speaker John Boehner says Americans have a right to think what they want to think, even when they‘re wrong about President Barack Obama’s citizenship and his religion.
Some people believe that Obama, a native of Hawaii, was actually born outside the U.S. or in some other way is not a natural-born citizen eligible to be president. There is also a persistent belief among some that Obama, a Christian, is actually a Muslim.

When the host of NBC’s “Meet the Press” asked Boehner whether he, as speaker of the House, had a responsibility to “stand up to that kind of ignorance,” Boehner told David Gregory: “It’s not my job to tell the American people what to think. Our job in Washington is to listen to the American people.”
Boehner continued: “Having said that, the state of Hawaii has said that he was born there. That’s good enough for me. The president says he’s a Christian. I accept him at his word.“ He later called those ”the facts” of Obama’s background.
Gregory asked, “But that kind of ignorance, about whether he’s a Muslim, doesn’t concern you?”
“The American people have the right to think what they want to think,” Boehner replied. “I can’t — it’s not my job to tell them.”
Boehner denied that he is willing to let those misperceptions remain because they weaken and delegitimize Obama.

I don’t even have a college degree, yet I couldn’t imagine myself saying my Muslim faith in an interview if I were a Christian. It’s right there live on tape for everyone to see. Obama is no more Christian or Muslim than the Pope is Jewish…. he is a narcissistic, Socialist in the American Socialist tradition. It is for him to be politically expedient to be vague. He correctly acknowledges it is not his job to tell us what we should believe. It is also not his job to judge what Obama’s religious beliefs are which is why Boehner will take Obama at his word.. We can argue about Obama’s approach to religion from now until doomsday with no resolution. We really need to stay focused on the real goals. That is, blocking Obama’s “fundamental transformation of America” and ensuring that he is a one-term president.

All we should care about is what he is doing to this country. If it seems consistent with liberation theology expressed by his G – - d – - – America preacher, then we know something about his religious beliefs that shouldn’t be a surprise.
We can’t know whether (or to what extent) he’s commited to Christ, but in America, people can claim to be whatever they want and it’s not our business. I‘m miffed that he doesn’t seem receptive to being at least a little bit Caucasian, but that’s his choice. Not up to me to judge…

Unfortunately my assumption didn’t match the facts. It appears to me now that Boehner isn’t much different than Nancy Pelosi in his views concerning Barack Obamas religious faith and his citizenship requirement to hold the office of the POTUS.
Why does Boehner completely leave out the NATURAL BORN CITIZEN qualification when it comes to Obama’s citizenship quallification for President. Obama may have been born in Hawaii, and may be a citizen of the USA but, HE’S NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN and does not meet this requirement. His father was a citizen of Kenya and a British citizen.in 1961 the supposed year of Barack’s birth.
How can Boehner completly overlook this crucial bit of information ? We had high hopes that after the 2012 election results politics would be different in Washington DC. Now, it seems like the Republicans are bending over backwards to appease Obama and the Democrats in general. Barack is an illegitimate president, a fraud and is guilty of treason. Is he a Christian ? By that do we mean has he been saved by God’s grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ ? Has he been born again of the Spirit ? In my oppinion NO. He was a member of a church for 20 years with a pastor who believed and preached black liberation theology, which is not a Christian doctrine. Other things Barack has done and said justifies anyones doubt of his Christian faith. Barack is a liar and the son of a liar and opportunist. There is just too much undercover in regards to Barack’s past to warrent any confidence in the man as a Christian or as the POTUS.

I would like to take this opportunity to re-affirm what I have previously stated: Our President, Mr. Balack Obamas is a Christian and he is an American citizen born in Hawaii. My statement and beliefs should be perfectly clear.
However, I would like to take this opportunity to give you my opinion concerning Mr. Obamas’ Afro-Americanicity.
To be perfectly clear, I feel that I have a greater claim to being called Afro-American than Mr. Obamas. For instance, I am darker than he is and I am more keenly aware of the Afro-American experience than he could ever be.
Mr. Obamas has never done an honest day’s work for honest pay. I worked as a janitor for many years and actually got my hands dirty. When has he ever done that?
I have stopped many bar-room brawls in my lifetime. When has he ever done that?
I tell you this, when he starts joking about my skin color, it makes my blood boil. HE can get away with his stupid racial remarks, but if I said the same thing …
He is a phony black man! There. I said it and I feel better. Wow! What a relief, I no longer feel like crying! I feel great. Hey phony black man come here if you want to see my Boehner! You poser.

“ know thine enemy ” first obummer is not a christian, he denies that Jesus Christ’s birth, life, death and resurrection is what actually saves you, don’t want to go to far into that, Second, a birth certificate has not been produced, the only thing that has been shown, was a computer generated certification of live birth, not a birth certificate, and not the actual document, and it does not look like they did in that year.
If he has a real birth certificate, why doesn’t he just show it ? and why would he fight it so hard in court ?

Maher was raised a Catholic. But during his teen years, he learned that his mother had never attended church with his Irish Catholic father and the rest of the family because she was Jewish! Maher began his career as a standup comic and went on to develop Politically Incorrect, a celebrity guest political talk show that aired on both Comedy Central and ABC. Maher brings this same dismissive, mean-spirited approach to the documentary movie Religulous (a combination of the words “religion” and “ridiculous”), in which he conducts interviews with people from a wide variety of religious perspectives.
“What I am saying,” Maher told The Jewish Journal, “is if you are religious at all, you are an extremist.”3 Judaism doesn’t get a free pass: “I think the Jews, although certainly less warlike than the Christians and the Muslims, are no less crazy. You know, there’s just some crazy stuff they believe and do, and a lot of OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). A lot of really cuckoo stuff there in Jerusalem. I think Judaism in America, except for the very Orthodox, is much more just cultural.”4
The only Judaism Maher can accept is a cultural kind that excludes God. Regarding the Ten Commandments, Maher offers, “It’s really not a wise list of ten.“ He views the God of the Hebrew Scriptures as one who ”wipes people out randomly and should not serve as anyone’s ethic[al] role model.”5 In Religious, Maher says that Moses is “cuckoo” because, according to the Bible, he spoke with God in the burning bush.

If the journalist had asked whether Boehner should disabuse Americans who think one should join Al Qaeda or become a card-carrying Communist, then he wouldn’t answer the question the way he did. He also wouldn’t answer it that way if asked whether they had a right to believe that redistribution of wealth for the sake of social justice is a good thing. Let’s stop pretending readers here are totally stupid.
As for Bill Maher, he has cited a factual basis for why he thinks that Obama is a secular humanist, which would make him either an atheist or an agnostic. First, his mother was a secular humanist, second some of his college friends remember him calling hiself that. Third, he wasn’t a regular church goer until he started wanting to go into politics. Fourth, it is impossible to run for most offices in this country as an agnostic, since the majority of Americans polled will not vote for such a person. That is a very strong basis to allege that Obama is not a Christian but has huge incentives to claim that he is. And, unlike those that claim that he is not a US citizen or that he is a Muslim, that set of facts are accurate and not based upon a fiction. To denigrate Maher and call his view cynical while being silent or even defending the birther movement or the 40% of the GOP that insists that Obama is a Muslim, even though those claims are easily dispensed with on the basis of facts, is to effectively state that facts do not matter. Unfortunately, we are seeing obvious evidence that Fox News in general and Glenn Beck in particular regularly ignore facts and make stuff up, so it isn’t surprising to find this blog claiming that a reasonable inference is somehow more nefarious than made up nonsense. This type of behavior by these sub-standard media outlets reflects just how terrible American media has become and how stupid the average consumer of this media is. It is a very sad reflection on the intelligence level of a great many people producing and consuming this media.
And to those calling Maher stupid, I would say, look who is calling the kettle black. In many cases, those criticizing lack the grey matter to really make that judgment.

In the beginning, I too believed him (or wanted to believe him–that there was still some hope in that miserable excuse for a Congress.) And in the same breath, he announces he will take Obama at his word as a Christian, and takes Hawaii at their word that Obama is a citizen without showing legitimate proof. How much more do we have to take Obama at his word? His word doesn’t mean squat! He lies out of both sides of his face! Boehner is a jackass, and he takes the rest of us for the same! How did Jesus say that Christians will be defined? They will know you are Christians by your love.
The Bible states: Matt 7:16-20 “By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thorn bushes, or figs from thistles? Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.”
Look at Obama’s fruits! They speak for themselves. OBAMA IS BOTH A BAD SEED, BAD TREE & BAD FRUIT! Boeher, get your head out of the sand. You are either blind, stupid, both, or a minion of Satan.
What Christian (Obama? Hillary Clinton?) goes into Christian schools and has all statues of Christ and His Saints and Crucifixes either removed or covered before they will speak? Obama‘s and Clinton’s, that’s who! Christ said, “If you deny Me in this life, I will deny you before My Father in Heaven.”
Only Satan and his minions cannot stand to be in the presence of God, His Saints, and Holy Relics and Statues and Sacramentals. Again, Obama fits the bill.

My Dad who is a throwback from the Depression, now in his 80′s says that Obama is lying through his teeth about this recession being over or almost over. In fact, it is not a recession, but a depression. The only difference between the Old Depression in the early 1900′s and what we see now in 2011 is the fact that there are all sorts of programs and welfare and shelters and soup kitchens to keep the people off the streets. You don’t see people lined up looking for work, begging in the streets, sleeping on park benches, etc. like you did during the old Depression because they didn’t have all the programs then we have today to keep them off the streets. The effect is the same, and the people are being duped into thinking there is no Depression. Take it from someone who lived during that time and would know first hand. Pick the brains of those people, because they are almost all gone now. This is what these dirtbag Satanists in politics are hoping for — no one left to impart their knowledge, experience and discernment to the next generations. Get it while you can folks, because it‘s slim pickins’ now.

His bashing of Religions is a self-defense against his lack of identity. I’ve known people like him. So you see, it’s important to let your child know who he is really. This is another issue I have with the Liberals – they prefer not to care and even support the idea that a child should choose by himself. Then you get people like Maher who is a comedian not by choice but because he has to laugh at other people to suppress his own complexes. He is a smart guy and his jokes are quite clever but he is trying too hard to make believe that he has nothing to do with his Christian or Jewish roots… A sorry bastard he is.
