Uzbek Man Indicted for Threatening to Assassinate Obama, Obtaining Explosives, Machine Gun

An Uzbek man has been charged with allegedly making repeated threats to assassinate President Obama, and obtaining explosives (to be used as a grenade) and a machine gun, presumably to carry out his plot.
Ulugbek Kodoriov, who has been residing in the U.S. illegally, is accused of making four threats against the President from July 9 to 13. The Uzbek national was reportedly indicted Tuesday by a federal grand jury.
Kodoriov allegedly gained possession of an M15-A1 rifle, deemed by the indictment to be illegal simply on the basis of his immigration status alone.
Fox News reports that the Uzbek was residing at the Oak Mountain Lodge in Birmingham, Alabama. There, authorities reportedly searched Kodoriov’s room for evidence pertaining to assassinations including sniper rifles, Jihadist texts and information on Obama himself. FN reports:
On July 9, Kodoriov contacted an FBI source and asked about ways to kill the president by a long-range shot, according to the warrant. Kodoriov allegedly inquired about sniper rifles and said he didn’t care if he lost his life in an assassination attempt.
Kodoriov, 21, is a strict Muslim from Uzbekistan who previously supported Islamic extremists, an FBI source said, according to the warrant.
The Justice Department, in announcing the indictment, said it vindicates the government’s “proactive and preventive” approaches to such threats.
“We are constantly engaged with partners throughout the law enforcement community in order to keep the overall security picture in focus and to stay ahead of any emerging threats,” said Roy Sexton, Secret Service special agent in charge.
According to FN, Kodoriov came to the U.S. in June 2009 on a student visa that was subsequently revoked in April 2010 for the Uzbek’s failure to enroll in school.
If convicted, Kodoriov faces a maximum of five years in prison per count of threatening the president and 10 years per weapons charge.

Congress knew it and ignored it. Congress knows it today and ignores it. The media knew and ignored it. Congress and the media also are ignoring the facts that most Americans now know about Obama.
Obama committed election fraud by running for President knowing he was not eligible. Obama committed a felony by presenting a birth certificate to the American people that he knew full well was a forgery. Obama committed a felony when he stole the identity of a citizen of the state of Conn. and continues to commit felonies by using the Social Security Number of that person. Obama is a felon, a criminal, a fake and a fraud planted in the White House. He is not eligible to do any of the things he has done to America and the American people. You can thank your Congressmen for Barack Hussein Obama. Tell him/her you are not stupid and you know what they have done and are doing by allowing a fake, a fraud, an imposter, and a criminal to remain in the Presidency.

An AR15-A1 is a Semi Automatic “ONLY” rifle. It requires multiple UNIQUE PARTS (NOT Easy to Obtain BTW) AND some SERIOUSLY PRECISION Machine Work to convert it to FULL AUTO. But he probably had a ‘BOOK” describing the process, so he was definitely in possession of an “Unregistered” Automatic Weapon.
Same for the ‘EXPLOSIVES”; Virtually EVERY HOUSEHOLD in AMERICA contains the required chemical ingredients to easily produce some VERY EFFECTIVE HIGH EXPLOSIVE COMPOUNDS. If you are out of any of the precursor chemicals, a quick trip to Walmart will get them in a heartbeat. Also NO SOPHISTICATED CHEMISTRY required, just about as difficult as stirring up a batch of brownies, just a bunch more dangerous. But again, he probably had a “BOOK” containing one or more of these recipes, so “He was in constructive possession of EXPLOSIVES” simply because he “COULD” make himself a “Hand Grenade”.

According to Jane’s,M16 and M16A1, is the US military designation for the fully automatic AR15 rifle built to military specifications that primarily concerns the chambering of 5.56 ammo as opposed to 223 ammo for commercial versions. M16s are classified as “light machine guns.” Informally, any fully automatic firearm that fires pistol ammunition is a “sub-machine gun,” and any fully automatic firearm that fires rifle ammunition, e.g., 5.56 NATO, is a “machine gun.” However, under Title 26, USC, Section 5845(b), all of these firearms are classified as “machine guns.” So, if a person is caught in illegal possession of one, Federal exposure is 10 years in prison and or a $250,000 fine. Of course, the States have their own laws which may be more or less severe. I hope this clears it up.
