Van Jones Gets Mushy: ‘Love Hard!’

St. Louis blogger Adam Sharp has been releasing daily doses of Van Jones’ wisdom from his recent speech at Washington University. In tonight‘s segment we could focus on Van’s declaration that, “We don’t have to be a military superpower.“ Or we could contemplate his admonition about ”dominating people overseas.” We could even focus on Adam’s observation: “He also calls for an end to divisiveness. He then singles me out as “hateful” in the next breath.”
But in a time when we have a prominently-dimpled Sen. Franken, it seems fitting to embrace the “daily affirmation.” Today’s question: What do you do when it gets “harder to love?”

Pleasing platitudes manifestly work. You speak in generic terms, and people insert their own preferred meaing in, such that you can give a thousand speeches to a thousand people in the course of an hour.
Jones tried to organize revolutionary cadres. He wants to overthrow our Constitutional Republic. He does not want to work within the system, except to tear down the system. This is all anyone really needs to know.
He promises global peace and harmony, of course, but so did the Soviets, even while they were murdering and torturing millions. Their plan is quite simple: get us in charge, then POOF a miracle happens. And if it doesn’t happen, then you have an array of predesignated suspects.

How can this man reach out and speak of love and morality ? Van Jones speaks of morality as being those morals that he embraces, which aren’t necessarily morals that are in our Judeo-Christian foundings.

And to love requires one to know what love is….I suggest you read the Love chapter…I Corinthians 13….are you living up to this definition of love? Notice that both Van Jones and Anita Dunn have been able to captivate young audiences. That’s because in real life it is not true that Hansel and Gretel are able to reject the goodies. We need to be mindful of the threat they are facing even now, and act accordingly. God-willing, we will prevail.

One minute he wants everyone to fight & kill each other; while, the next minute van jones talks of love..For me, it’s never been hard for me to love..but then, I have a heart & soul..unlike van jones..maybe van jones is just feeling lonely..as he should be feeling.. out on that limb that places himself.
