Vandals Defecate on Church’s Altar, Burn Cross & Dig Up a Slave Child’s Tombstone

In an incident that North Carolina authorities are calling a serious hate crime, a number of churches in three local counties have been vandalized. On Sunday night, alone, eight churches were targeted. The criminals responsible for the acts spray-painted messages of hate on the outside of the houses of worship and even broke into one of the churches.

While most of the damage was inflicted on the buildings’ exterior, Cedar Hill AME Zion Church in Ansonville, North Carolina, withstood major damage after vandals broke into the house of worship.

Tables were overturned, a fire extinguisher was sprayed in the sanctuary and chairs were thrown through stained glass. But the horror doesn’t end there. A cross was taken down and partially burned and someone apparently defecated on the church’s altar.

If that weren’t disturbing enough, cleanup crews realized that a child‘s tombstone had been dug up from the church’s historic slave cemetery and had subsequently been thrown through a window.

On the outside of Cedar Hills, messages like, “God is the devil” and “Go back to Africa” could be seen. In other places, swastikas, racial slurs and male genitalia were present.

“I’ve only seen this kind of hatred in the movies. Whoever did this has a lot of pain (and) is in a lot of anger,” said Rev. Renee Bethea. “It’s unfathomable that someone has that kind of rage in them to go into a church and do this kind of thing.”

On Tuesday, another church, Organ Lutheran Church was spray-painted with graffiti as well. According to WCNC, “It’s the second time the historical church has been hit by vandals in the last three days.” On Wednesday morning, the numbers 666, “Satan” and a pentagram were all found painted on the outside of the church.

These are only two examples, as other houses of worship battle the same instances of hatred. Authorities are continuing their search into who was behind these horrific acts, but there are currently no suspects.

    Since Christians are always blamed first when Muslims’ Mosques are attacked, I‘m going with ’inside the wire‘ Muslim OWS provocateurs as the guilty party’s or young dumb teenage OWS wannabe’s, like spawn of the Liberal we see emulating their particular liberal configuration of parenting, be it man and man, woman and man, woman and woman, beast and man, you name it, their tent holds em’ and molds em.

      I find it particuarly amusing that the militant atheists demand the believer “evolves” (as evidenced in the graffitti)…while they defecate on an altar (it seems defecating anywhere but in a toilet is in vogue for angry-at-something, misguided youth this year?). Apparently they don’t see their behaviour as being not very different from that of lower order primates? Yet they demand we “evolve”? They seem to be ignoring their own advice.

      If a child is raised to respect people and things,, they will.

    What they did was horrible and really beyond words. All I can say is that I would hate to be in their shoes – my God would not be happy about this and HE WILL punish them. Send chills down my spine that someone would do this to a church and to God. A lot of hate out there which seems to get worse every day! Do hope they catch them so this will stop!

The “hakencreuz” (swastika) is backwards it’s not the Nazi version (we’re not dealing with very intelligent people here). There’s an a facet of racist sentiment combined with hatred of christianity. To be so caught up in the moment of rage that you’ll take your pants down and defecate on an altar infront of your angry little friends is indicative of a moblike euphoria and a troubled mind. Militant atheism in this country has a distinct malevolent complexion to it. It doesn’t just want to be atheist..and that’s the end of it…it demands the entire country erase any referrences to religion from the public face..schools, streets, hospitals..etc. Zero tolerance. It combines this with smug, vitriolic put downs of religion. Oh sure..your Richard Dawkins’ of the world will try to hide behind a veneer of academic authority…but they dont’ hide their anger very well. Dawkin equates raising a child in a religions home as the same as child abuse. You see? Dumb atheists then see the signals from the “smart” atheists to hate religion but they’re not smart enough to keep their compulsions under control.     I think people need to step back and realize that young thugs have been doing this type of thing for years. This is not some sign that christians are being persecuted, nor would the vast majority of people in this country commit these types of acts or approve of such. As a Ron Paul libertarian, I don’t support everything the occupy wall street crowd wants, but I think it’s also ridiculous to suggest that this has anything to do with that. I remember when I was a teenager back in the early 80′s, a few local cemeteries were vandalized. If they catch the people who did this, it will undoubtably turn out to be a bunch of bored 20 year old drunk guys who listen to too much thrash metal.

      Children being sexually assaulted by football coaches almost never happens. Good thing those other coaches were able to just calm down and not report it. It was only an isolated incident and we should all just calm down.

      Well there may or may not be an earthly link but there certainly a Satanic link to all these happening worldwide even if the people don’t worship Satan directly, they worship him indirectly through doing evil in their very own ways and do things apart from God and in contradiction to what Jesus taught before he was offered up as an atonement for our sins. There is no doubt about who is at OWS by just reading there signs which are full of abominations against God. I’m so thankful to have the perspective of looking at these events of history unfold as I was taught by my Christian family more than 30 years ago about what would happen. Very strange and sureal to see the details comming to fruition rather than just my minds guesses over the years. The persecution is going to get much worse but don’t loose Faith.

      @Alan — there is more to this than most people understand; it occured to me finally what I have been missing, and I think most of us as well have been missing. In the French Revolution, they abolished all forms of formal religion and set about the “Reason of man’ kind of services, in which Voltair declared that “God is dead in our lifetime…”

      With the sytematic assault on the churches and religion by the atheist movemnts, and the coersion and subversion of them by the administration; we are seeing the same thing happening again, the fundamental transformation of the religious nature of the nation, and the freedom to worship or not as you see fit.

      This is one more part of the bigger picture going in worldwide.

      The president isn’t speaking against this behavior, he’s encouraging it. Class warfare, envy, hate, disrepect of the American people saying we’re lazy. That was just his rhetoric the last couple weeks. Remember “Top down, Bottow up” This hate, OWS, collapse of the dollar, increasing national debt is all part of the plan to cause an emergency and allow the president to sieze power.

      The president is encouraging the OWS. It is past time for the house to impeach him for violation of his oath of office. There are so many violations of the US Constitution and other failures of his oath, that if the trial started today, it would still be going on by the time the elections are held – if HE allows it.

      Of course, Reid would never allow an impeachment trial. It is time for the US Supreme Court to hold the president in contempt and suspend his authority while he is brought to trial. They could also do this to Reid if he tries to prevent it.

      I assert that Satan, like an old dim light bulb before it blows out, seems to be really strong and brilliant……but in reality is about ready to be replaced.

      These evil wretches have no power that the Lord Himself has not granted. As ugly, stupid, and cowardly as these beings are, evil men are the Lord‘s tools and ALL is for God’s Glory.

      When you read your Bible – read the plight of Israel and look to history.From Pharaoh to Herod, From the persecution of Rome to the “De-Christianization” genocide of the French Revolution, From the Armenian Genocide to the Holodomor, From the “De-Kulakization” in the Steppes of Russia to the horrors of Nazi Germany, From the Sudanese genocides of Christians to the ubiquitous persecution of Jews (and Christians) throughout the Middle East, From bloodthirsty Occupy Wall Street chants against “the Rich, the Rich, the Rich” (true meaning – “The Jew, The Jew, The Jew”) to the daily attacks and omnipresent persecution of Israel, the world has always hated us.       We must arrest these assclowns and charge them with hate crimes and perhaps the parents as well! The pastor cites pain and anger as the reasons for their heinous acts,but I disagree,these slugs are just the product of our anti-God, Anti-American, so-called educational system!
