Video Update on the Democrat Who Said, ‘YOU NEED TO GET A LITTLE BLOODY WHEN NECESSARY’

This morning we reported on the Democrat Congressman from Massachusetts who made some questionable statements to the more than 1000 protesters gathered in Boston yesterday. The video has surfaced, meet Congressman Michael Capuano:
When an elected official, charged with representing all of the people in his district, stands in front of a state capital and makes a statement endorsing violent behavior against even ONE of his constituents, most Americans will have a problem with that. This was no exception. Criticism poured in from all over the country and the Congressman responded with a formal statement that basically allowed him to re-state his position in a less offensive manner:
“I strongly believe in standing up for worker rights and my passion for preserving those rights may have gotten the best of me yesterday in an unscripted speech,” he said in a statement. “I wish I had used different language to express my passion and I regret my choice of words.”
It should be noted that the Congressman’s “apology” did not include the word apology, just a wish for different language and some regrets over his choice of words.
The Boston Globe’s website asked the question, ‘Should Capuano apologize?’ As of 10:30pm, the results are obvious:

Posted on February 24, 2011 at 12:45amNaturally, he won’t be held to the same standard as somebody on the right would. I am used to the double standard. And I think everyone else is as well.
But those on the left that make such “rhetorical” suggestions would do well to remember that there are a growing number of people in the country that take their personal safety very seriously. Concealed carry permits are on the rise pretty much everywhere they are allowed. So when you encourage your followers to “get a little bloody”, and they take that message to heart, be aware of exactly what kind of risk you are running.
I am not one that holds person A responsible for the actions of person B. But that being said, just because a double standard is accepted by the media, doesn‘t mean it’s wise to encourage your listeners to get bloody. Whether the suggestion is rhetorical or not. Particularly when the ones you are speaking to tend to look at things through the prism of emotion, with logic never entering into the equation.
By the way, I don’t think the comment on getting “a little bloody” was rhetorical. I think he said exactly what he wanted to see happen.

Posted on February 24, 2011 at 12:34amI hear them spewing a lot of “tough” talk, but when they are met with overwhelming force in retaliation to their violence I bet they turn and run….the ones that are still able to run.There are a bunch of rednecks waiting for them to cross the line. I know that is not the sophisticated solution that a lot of you are looking for but eventually they will have to be hammered to understand that we have had enough of their socialists agenda. Once they are hammered really good, we will begin to experience the peace and tranquility that everyone so desires. Except for the socialists since they will actually have to go to work and earn what they are paid instead of having it given to them like spoiled brats. I don’t condone violence as a solution to any problem or disagreement, but do not believe in turning the other cheek for an extended period of time. We’ve been turning the other cheek for too long now. That is why they continue to try and escalate the situation. It is because they have met no resistance. It is just a matter of time though.

I did the same thing, it‘s funny how hat works isn’t it. I started the process 10 years ago and have really pushed for the last 3. We are free and clear with enough preparations to survive past anything they can dish out.
We quit working last year to stop feeding their system and began the final push for off grid and self-sufficient living. Our farm is pretty close now. 600 feet of 8‘ high fence around the garden complete with barb wire will slow people down when they try to eat what their Union didn’t provide for them.
The 5.56 and 7.62 are for the stubborn ones.
