Violent Vid: Occupy Protesters Caught in Morning Brawl

Thursday morning, the New York Post captured  a violent conflict between two of the “Occupiers” at Zuccotti Park in lower Manhattan.

On the video, a man reported to be Jeremy Clinch of Cleveland is seen unspooling in a profanity-laced rant that ends in a violent confrontation with another protester:

After the dust settled, the Post spoke with Recai “Rocky” Iskender, the bald man who was wakened from his sleep by the crazed Mr. Clinch.

Iskender claims to be a former Turkish diplomat who is (according to his Facebook page) is on a hunger strike in Zuccotti Park, hoping to force the redistribution of wealth.

“I demand to take it from the filthy rich and give it to the poor.”

According to the Post story, Iskender believes that Jeremy Clinch is nothing more than a government plant who infiltrated OWS in order to undermine the movement:

“This is Bloomberg (pointing at the cops)… Bloomberg’s police machine… police state finds those guys to infiltrate, to disrupt it. That’s what Bloomberg wants.”

The fight was basically over after Iskender landed a solid left hook, knocking the ranting Jeremy Clinch to the ground. A volunteer EMT lead Clinch away as offers of help from police on the scene were rejected.

The story does have a silver lining. Last night, Mr. Iskender posted an update on his Facebook page announcing the arrival of a new tent.

    I can’t freaking believe these people. “If anything happens just yell security and they will come to your tent” Aren’t those the same security people you are yelling Nazi at all day when they are doing their job and trying to control the peace?????       The main issue is that its New York where self-defense is against the law with some many gun grabbers its unreal. I have to be honest I dont really agree with all this bull crap, and really havent bother keeping up with it as I am just too busy working my ass off to earn my 20k. I have college degree and many skills but the fact is it just hard out there for poor people but many of us need to accept the fact that we are poor and even though we bust our rears everyday of our lives we will always be poor. So rather then protesting get a job dont act like you are too good to sweep the floors and you will find one, make it the best you can and dare them to take your freedom.

      This was also a pretty weak instance of “violence”. Full of hyperbole to demogogue the protest.

      Come on Mike O. you can only find 2 incidents from all the Occupy movements per day to depict the groups as negatively as possible. Keep in mind there were people who also thought the kids at Kent State got what they deserved. Then of course the majority of Americans woke up and realized the 50,000 19yr old Americans killed in Vietnam, FOR NOTHING, was wrong. There is an imbalance in the influence in the government and an imbalance in the distribution of wealth, and they are related. Take a break on how bad we can make these folks look, to hearing the reality that has led our country in to where it is. Bush Jr. tried to solve it with a war, but then again that’s because Cheney was the project manager for the military industrial complex that needed something to replace the cold war.

      Sorry to correct you but she’s talking about their own security, not the cops. Alleged rape and sexual assault victims have been told numerous times not to report these crimes to the police. Instead, let the internal security handle it so that the ‘movement’ doesn’t get a bad rap. Some women have gone to the police anyway. Why would anyone in their right mind want to waste their time at this type of activity is completely beyond me, but they have the right to be idiots just like everyone else. The longer these people stay there and continue degenerating into a loosely organized group of Neanderthal village idiots, the faster regular hard working American tax payers will wake up and say, “They’re just a bunch of spoiled brats after all.”

      I have been watching the live feeds from occupy wall street, major infighting between the ga and global revolution camps. The Global revolution group is the soros group. Occupiers are calling for major violence tomorrow on Guy Fawkes day. Group annonymous is threatening to hack face book and shut it down. Lawerence o’Donnell is encouraging take over of the nat rest assoc building in D.C. He even used google street shots from google to instruct occupiers how to get in.

      Is it really a surprise that they are attacking each other? This is just the very tip of the iceberg, so to speak, there are tons of liberal left plants in this “movement” just there to agitate the crowd into a violent frenzy. As shown at the Oakland protest, the agitators will be “picking up the pace” soon all over the nation, and the violence will pick up exponentially, in my opinion.       I find it interesting that these idiots, who are so interested in getting their hands into somebody ELSE‘S pockets and redistributing other people’s wealth were so indignant at the idea of their gourmet food being “redistributed” to the homeless. Evidently that “redistribution” thing only applies to other people’s stuff–not their own. Classic liberal stance. They love redistributing OTHER people’s money, but give practically nothing of their own to charity to help those less fortunate. I’d be willing to be any one of those “corporations” they hate so much are more chartiable to the needy than these parasites.

      I guess you missed the video where they set up a table full of job applications. The remarks like, “Well, that’s Defense, and that’s a bank – couldn’t do that.”

      The person at the jobs table said, ‘Well, here’s one from Disney — that’s a good paying job.”
      “Nope–couldn’t do that.”

      “Subway?”
      “You can’t live on that,”, the “protestor” sneered.

      So no, they’re not the LEAST bit interested in jobs–they only want to hang out and make nuisances of themselves while having sex and taking drugs in the park. Is this a great “movement”, or what?

      I remember the job issue… There are states were the people would fight through the occupiers just to land a 10-15 buck an hour job. But you see… they dont want salary… they just want Facebook remember that article where 45% polls said they’d rather have Facebook than salary?     Reminder to all, the police will not help you. What do they have in common with the protesters? Union support!! Why do you think the protesters are treated with kid gloves? If this movement spreads, it is you and only you who will need to protect yourself. When was the last time you were allowed to camp overnight in a “day use” park, or to park your RV on the street with signs “no parking” from 2A to 6A? Have you noticed there are separate laws for the law abiding, the illegals, the Hollywood types, and now protesters? I want equal justice, not social or economic justice. Most things bad come from our Government.

    Stupid Robin Hood… hated Prince John for collecting taxes… but loved King Richard, who was a Prisoner, and being Ransomed by John… where John collected Taxes from the Rich, who inturn collected via a Trickle Up System. So, when Robin stole from the Rich to give to the Poor… the Government just raised the Tax Rates… costing the Poor more! But, the would be “Robin Hoods” and Wealth Redistributers… NEVER LEARN!

      What a joke these people have become! They are showing everyone that the underprivileged hate the even-more underprivileged. And they have the nerve to then condemn the rich who, they say, look down on THEM??? They are all tarred with the same brush but can’t see it for themselves. It’s ok for THEM to demand that more privileged people share with them, but the protestors don’t want to share what they have with anyone who has even less. To the homeless, the protestors are the privileged class! OWS,….SHARE with your brothers and sisters who are homeless and less fortunate than you are!!!!       Except for that homeless guy…he gets nothing and has to go….I thought they were there to redistribute…they left that poor man with nothing…I even bet that guy wouldn’t have put his hand up that girls shirt if he had that warm tent to sleep in….Start giving these homeless tents, food and your cash, than just maybe I will think your serious …Plus that girl and her friends came to the “protest” with nothing and complained about what they got when they got there…I know when i go camping, I bring the stuff I think I’m gonna need…LIKE MY OWN TENT…Double standard IDIOTS…all of them

Just like this homeless man who wasn’t given a tent. He claims to have been sleeping in the park for 3 months, without a tent, and these wussies come in and have to have a tent. Everything is “where’s my share?” Get a job and some money and BUY a tent.

    Did I hear that right, the homeless man was told to leave the park? who the hell are they to throw some one out, there not supose to be there they are not the law, they don’t get to decide who stays and who goes, if the man was arrested by the cop fine, but you can not have your own police force on public property ( By the way, they call that a fight, I have see little girls fight better than that)

      In all seriousness, though… I find it funny the redistribution of wealth folks didn’t redistribute some of their wealth (I bet 99% of them have more than a lot of us). Iphones, Ipads, catered food, etc, etc… maybe some of these people need to take a mission trip to Mexico or another 3rd world country and then they’d realize how much they actually do have.
