A Tacoma, Washington, church and day care center was attacked with a fire bomb early Thursday morning. The make-shift device, which was reportedly a made from a gas can, was lit and then thrown through one of the building’s windows.
Investigators are currently working to determine who waged the attack. According to the Tacoma Fire Department, the burning gas can that was tossed inside of the center smoldered. While the flames were contained, the sprinkler system did cause some water damage inside of the building.
Q13Fox.com reports that no one was injured in the incident and police currently have no suspects. The Associated Press reports that firefighters responded to an alarm at the Pathways to Learning Child Care center at 4:20 a.m.

The individual or individuals responsible may have been targeting the day care or the church, as investigators are not yet sure what spawned the attack.
According to the AP, the owner of the day care is claiming that this is the second such incident to occur this week at the location. On Wednesday, someone put a rock on the gas petal of a van and allowed it to ride into the side of the building.

Posted on May 3, 2012 at 4:32pmI hope they catch this person soon. It appears they are escalating their attacks. If not caught soon enough, they may try when there are people inside.

Posted on May 3, 2012 at 9:16pmWashington and particularly metro-Seattle (Tacoma is included..) have never been all that ‘religious-friendly’ which is indeed unfortunate. Not that I would want it to happen, but the godless always forget the extreme measures God was forced to allow to happen to places like Sodom & Gomorrah with the homosexual thing and Egypt with the oppression of God‘s people when it was they who brought all the world’s wealth into Egypt. The rank unbelief of those places brought about harsh jdugement and neither Sodom/Gomorrah nor Egypt have ever recovered from it. Seattle and Washington state have been greatly blessed over the years but forget the fault lines that run through the Puget Sound region and that rather large symbol of Washington known as Mt Rainier; both of which are looong overdue for some rockin’ & rollin’. better repent Washingtonians lest ye be rudely reminded that even God has His toleration limits!

Posted on May 3, 2012 at 9:30pmSo every time a natural disaster happens it’s God unleashing his fury? So what about all the tornadoes ravaging the Bible Belt? The Obama Administration’s fault, I assume. Maybe I’m crazy, but I tend to think that natural disasters are just that, natural disasters.

Posted on May 3, 2012 at 9:45pmGod has never desired destruction but has wanted all men to be saved and come unto the full knowledge of Him. When, however the unbelieving don’t ask Him for help or protection and the poo hits the fan blades, is it therefore His fault that people die? My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge (of God) Hosea 4:6 says. Figure it out. God has always made a way of escape for His people but sadly too often they chose not to listen.

I don’t know, but for me I usually hit the target I’m aiming at…I don’t generally aim at the target 3 stalls over and hit mine or vice versa
