Posted on August 27, 2012 at 9:03pmDang it, I was busy cleaning up after Isaac and wasn’t able to join in. Man, the wind off the storm made a big mess. Thank God it wasn’t any worse. Nasty thing. I wish everybody in the path of this thing well and I will be praying for you.

Posted on August 27, 2012 at 8:04pmwhen its all said and done, for the last 150 years either republicans or democrats have been in charge, slowly in that time frame things have gotten worse, thereby making it both parties fault, the change this country needs is fresh ideas from different lines of thinking, kinda like what obama has done except he went against the american people rather than with them.

Posted on August 27, 2012 at 2:20pmwhen will someone publicly point out the hypocrisy withing the white house’s decision to save a PA oil refinery by laxing EPA regulations, and by using a private equity firm? There are so many levels of hypocrisy in this story that I don’t know where to begin.

Posted on August 27, 2012 at 2:01pmThis is one of the saddest days for America. Four years with the worst president ever and you idiots nominate Mitt Romney, despite all of his similarities to Obama. When you nominate Romney you just prove how stupid and gullible you are, sure the prosperity may return (if it does one could argue that it was you the people and not Obama that kept the economy down), but the illusion that feeds prosperity will still railroad over millions of Americans just so you losers can feel all warm and fuzzy inside over your petty victory. It’s not all about jobs and national debt, it’s about freedom, real freeom, not that crap they tried to feed you in school. So you can keep your small business, I won’t shop or eat there, keep your pathetic job, I won’t work there, and keep your dumbass nominee, I won’t vote for him. I thought this was a freedom movement not a maintain the satus quo and illusion movement. Few people in this country deserve the freedom they think they have. It’s not the government keeping me down its fake individualism, you know how you should be just like the individual next to you, no exceptions. Screw you people I really do give up this time, nothing will ever change, even the conservitives are socialists.

Posted on August 27, 2012 at 2:56pmThe only thing that will save this country now is term limits in congress, senate, and supreme court; staff and pay reduction for congress, senate, and supreme court; and for gods sake we need to quit glorifying these people. Make the positions and offices a stepping stone to other things not a full fledged career.

Posted on August 27, 2012 at 3:10pmYou sound like some know-it-all college-aged kid smoking some good weed. Don’t vote ~ you loser. You think that whatever you think ~ that’s the way it should be? Grow up and come out of mom & dad’s basement already. Why is it that when people get into their late teens and early 20s ~ they think they know it all and everybody else is stupid? You don’t choose candidates. Ever heard of the saying that opinions are like a@@holes ~ everybody has one?

Posted on August 27, 2012 at 3:21pmWrong Alpha man, you should take your own advice. Try late 20′s, proud GED holder and graduate of Redstone College, been working scince I was 16 and no criminal record. In this case I know quite a bit. I’ve been privileged enough to live and travel all over this country in my 10 years of official adulthood and I learned early age means absolutely nothing. Political opinions is all politics is, personal opinions are like ******** and you sir are one.

Posted on August 27, 2012 at 1:28pmI hear from President Obama that he works hard at listening to the people. I also see reported on the news that President Obama seldom meets with his cabinet members. So, just who does President Obama listen to? For a leader who is elected to appoint all these cabinet experts and then utilize their expertise, the lack of meeting with these experts is a bit troubling. Has anyone else questioned this problem?
