Thanks Robert Hawk for understanding on how the system works nowadays, you are right GOD knows what and how it happened and will not forget unless one repents for his/her actions! I see how well it works for the people in la la land don’t you? If that were you or I how many years would we get? You know of the people of who I speak. They are in the news everyday, and what? nothing get out free pass! If we are to believe all this from the news and so called lawyers giving their opinions, and this gal who knew how to cover up her tracks then I guess she had done the perfect crime. I myself would not want that needle in my arm on junk science!

Ok blazers why this story is in the news is because justice is not blind!!!!! Did you know that they tried to change the 14th 8 times from 2003-2008? Why? And who got in the office in 2008? How many received a ticket and knew you did not do any wrong but still had to go to court, because the cop said you broke the law??? How many have been let out of jail because of dna and they already have served 20-30 years? Why because some lawyer thought he did his job so well and somebody just had to go to jail?Did this girl not keep a diary while in jail? Does she now have one put away somewhere on maybe what had happened to her in the past? Just asking to see if her parents would come clean on this? I do remember her talking to her mother in a jail cell interview and Cindy says the media is now saying that she died in the pool and what did Casey say surprise surprise, and George said nothing from that point on! Why? When all of her interviews were recorded did the media know of this, or think this? Why did papa say only Casey, myself and GOD knows what happened? What in imo is she is guilty of neglect, and needs help badly.

I usually agree with Judge Jeanine and the lovely Kimberly but something just doesn’t feel right about this being a 1st degree murder case.

Why are all the “news” outlets so fascinated with this horrible event? It all sounds like the scandal rags at the grocercy store check out. Pitiful and of course Beck follows the crowd.

A.) I have read the newspapers, magazines, and watched all the TV shows with their opinions of so many lawyers. I believe the jury didn’t receive any more information than I have; in fact, I’m pretty sure they received even less as much testimony was kept away from their ears and eyes. And based on all this evidence and testimony, I can say with moral certitude that this lady is guilty. But, of course, that doesn’t mean she will be found guilty of first degree murder by the jury, or even found guilty of anything. Justice doesn’t always prevail, as the OJ Simpson case attested to. As far as a death penalty, that is a totally different issue for me. I think if ever someone deserved it, it would be the killer of an innocent two-year-old child. However, today I am not sure I could ever, in any case, be the one to do the executing. I’m sure I would feel differently about it were it my loved one that was murdered, wrapped in duct tape and trash bags, and tossed into the swamp. If found guilty, the sentencing will be a real dilemma.

I have not been following this story that much but wasn’t there duck tape on the mouth? This swimming story is probably just a red herring if in fact there was tape on the mouth. One would tape a mouth to shut someone up.

What is it about this trial that has America so transfixed? This morning I had to flip from Fox to CNN and finally to the BBC to find a channel that was not all about this insignificant trial.
    America really is fugged up.

Even if she walks, or Father knows the truth and has many legions of angels watching who will testify against here if she in-fact killed her daughter. One can never get away with murder as our Father takes note and will eventually make that person answer for their crimes against his children.

My take on this side show is that the young lady was not watching the child (for some unexplained reason). The child loved to swim and got into the pool unsupervised and drown. The young lady freaked out and called her parents once she found out the young girl was dead and they attempted to cover up the drowning and their daughters failure to supervise her child. All of the evidence was manufactured after the fact to lead the police on a wild goose chase, which they followed.

When a country turns away from the Lord God almighty and its male citizens refuse to take seriously their responsibility toward their mate and their offspring, these sorts of things will happen. This is ultimately the result of a society who has turned to the false belief of the Stoic doctrine and turned away from our Fathers doctrine. Would this young child have died if she had been supervised by two young adults, both her father and mother? I don’t think so. Children are a full time job, it took both me and my wife to supervise our children when they were young. I have no idea how a single mother can supervise a child on her own. Remember this and help your neighbor and save a child!

I was confused because the lawyers, judge, and testifiers weren’t speaking with their noses in the air and ping-ponging left and right. Apparently, people CAN speak without a teleprompter. Who knew? I guess they were all ignorant non-Harvard grads.

The US court system in not about truth, Dahart, its about attorneys and their egos. Don’t ever assume out courts system is about truth. its about what an attorney can prove via expert witness. Thats the extent of it. The prosecution is saddled with the burden of truth and the defense is saddled with questioning the validity of that truth. Its not about guilt or innocence or truth, its about what can be proven by the prosecution and what can be dismissed as invalid by the defense. Its about attorney egos and a game of ego manipulation that either leaves the defendant with a sentence proclaimed by the judge or allows him/her to walk free. The jury is left to sort out the bloody mess caused by the attorney egos.

Attorneys are not idiots and they will find out everything they can about the jurors and play that to the hilt during the trial. This trial is a show put on by the egotistical attorneys for 12 specific people, both attorneys want to win and neither care very much of the outcome of the defendant. Winning is the egotistical game of the day in a court room.
Remember in an investigation its legal for the police to deceive people, don’t trust them and never confide in them, they are not your friends. They are simply looking for enough evidence to bury you with in court via the prosecuting attorney. Don’t talk to the police, ever! without your attorney present and if he/she (your attorney) tells you to shut up! listen to them!

What a waste of time, it disgusts me that the media is covering this on 4th Of July. That is a slap in the face to all of the people who have sacrificed their lives to this country. There are more important stories like Isreal which is probably going to go to war in September against Palestine due to the UN. That is going to be more important any day of the week then the overrated Anthony Trial which is just a Dog and Pony show because she‘s already guilty it’s just a matter of time.

Hey RONKO, you do understand The Blaze is a BUSINESS, right?

They do not have the confidence in their (valued?) readers to do “real news.” So everything has to be petty-partisan or sin-sational.
