Posted on June 29, 2011 at 11:46amSo basically, all I heard was “get the government more involved in creating private jobs”, and “reduce the debt without being really serious about making the deep cuts”. His taking credit for the Bush tax cuts isn’t surprising, nor his claim that we have to take away tax breaks from the wealthiest shocking, either. I just wonder if he’ll include himself in that “wealthiest” category.
His so-called “choices” aren’t choices: it’s the same old Liberal/Progressive-speak of “all corporations are evil and should pay because otherwise we’ll have starving elderly and children, woe is us”.
Obama isn’t serious about tackling the debt. He’s speaking out both sides of his mouth. Typical of a liar. Why more Americans don’t see this is so beyond me…

Here is my question: Mr. Obama, you helped bail out the banks and corporate America, then spent nearly a trillion dollars on special interest paybacks, and are wracking up 1.2 TRILLION dollars in deficits a year, how can we possible believe that your serious about reducing the debt, leave alone balance the budget?

So, when he is off-teleprompter, he cannot HELP but speak the truth at least OCCASIONALLY.
Sometimes you have to DIG for it, but, the truth is there.
In the safety and secrecy of their closed-door meetings, they use the same arguments, justification, phrasing, etc., with regularity – it is human nature – certain phrases will percolate to the top of the conversation in such meetings – it is even a part of their Alinsky tactics.
HOWEVER, this is also their weakness – in repeating certain phrases and justifications, those same phrases and justifications will surface anytime they are speaking without prepared comments. So, when he goes off-prompter, he will naturally let certain phrases ‘slip’, or he will repeat certain phrases more than once, or will repeatedly use the same justification for his actions.
THOSE are the moments of truth and clarity which catch my attention.
There is also something in his (and everyone’s) mannerisms and speech patterns that highlights which of those repeats are ‘prepared’ and which are unintended – much of it is the “um” “um” “er” “um”, the hesitations, the unusual word choice, the eye contact, and the body

A demand for compromise, and a willingness to compromise causes both sides to polarize and demand more and more in negotiations.
It is only when HONEST men come together with COMMON GOALS that compromise actually works.
Look at obama’s track record – he doesn’t just ask for a little more than he wants – he asks for the moon and then backs off from there – and still gets even more than he actually needed or wanted to begin with.
THAT is what was so VERY WRONG with his Israeli borders speech – EVEN IF it were Israel’s intent – you DON’T SHOW YOUR HAND – when you go into a negotiation, SHOWING how low you are willing to negotiate, you lose all your negotiating power. obama is no idiot (even if I think he is at times) and he KNEW darn well what he was doing when he did that. I believe THAT is why BeBe schooled him publicly – because BeBe KNEW obama did it on purpose. obama ruined any chance that currently existed for negotiations, I believe. If that is, in fact, the case, then I must ask WHY would he want to end negotiations?
obama doesn’t actually want higher taxes – that is his amplified bargaining chip he is using to protect what he would otherwise be willing to negotiate away. We’ve already voted on it. It FAILED.
If your used tv is worth $75, you ask $95 in your garage sale, and take $75.
Not obama – he asks $650.00 for his $75 tv. Then he accepts $525.00 for a $75 POS tv.
NO COMPROMISE
