Yesterday at CPAC in Washington DC, a liberal blogger from a Soros-funded smear site attempted to “ambush” Fox News’ Jesse Watters, who was covering the conservative conference for FoxNation.com and whose “ambush” interviews are frequently featured on The O’Reilly Factor. It was an embarrassing disaster for the little left-wing blogger. We’re surprised he posted the video because it was such a failure, but thrilled he did.

Then if it could not be produced explain to the ambusher that he needs better info to pull off a successful ambush and then instruct him further in successful techniques. Nonetheless a simple no would have been nice to hear.

Jane Akre was asked to broadcast blatantly false information, was fired after denying to, then went to court with Fox under a whistleblower law. The court basically ruled it’s fine if Fox broadcasts blatantly false or slanted information.

Jesse Waters did not answer the question BECAUSE he recognized that no matter WHAT he said, Mr. Anonymous Cell Phone Holder would have twisted the reply. There was no reason for Waters to give credence to someone without credibility.
Waters tried to help the guy, but Mr. Anonymous Cell Phone Holder was too dense to realize that he needed to turn off the camera phone instead of demonstrating what a phony he was to Waters, right on up to the elevator door closing.
The liberals are jumping all over Waters; but when Obama walks off from a speech to the press and refuses to answer questions from a lawn FULL of reporters with PRESS ID, do they open their pie holes?

I’m still a legend at that site, as I took apart progressive ideology, decimated liberal agendas, and exposed the bloggers as the misinformed miscreants they are. It was time well spent. I did the same at Air America before their demise. Ben is one of the worst bloggers there…acidic, incendiary stories that reek of socialism. The contributors to the blogs are liberal wannabe’s, many of whom are medicated on a variety of anti-depressive type medications, and actually admitted to it in writing. Considering that Think Progress was advertising for bloggers recently, it appears that they are in need of fresh minds, or are in financial chaos. Good. Have Soros keep pumping money into a losing gig…and perhaps TP will fall like AA did a few years ago.

What does it matter if the guy had a camera phone or not?
All Jesse Waters did was ignore the question and raise insignificant points about the guy’s hand shaking (which I didn’t notice) and the type of camera he had. I am not impressed. Also, I think Waters was doing his best to avoid looking nervous so as not to give the Left something to distract their followers from any actual answer he would have given – which is why the guy posted the video, because it was obvious what Waters was doing.
Using style over substance to try and convince people of your point of view is a Saul Alinski type of tactic, and is exactly why this country is in trouble – people don’t learn to think critically because they think style is an argument.
The answer to his question is: Insofar as Fox News’ agenda favors our Constitutional Republic, and insofar as Republicans favor (or pretend to favor) our Constitutional Republic, there is going to be a kinship between them. But to say that Fox News is not fair, or that it has an agenda, is disingenuous since all news organizations should be in favor of the Constitutional Republic. When the Founders said they wanted to guarantee the freedom of the Press, guess what?: they had an agenda. And the agenda was NOT to merely report on the facts, but specifically to guard the Republic against government abuse of individual inalienable rights – that’s the REASON for a free Press. And Fox News’ agenda reflects this.
Other networks, such as MSNBC, seem to have the opposite agenda: the destruction of our Constitutional Republic. And that‘s why you don’t see a lot of their people on Fox News, or their views represented. That’s not unfair, but responsible.
Besides, no one’s trying to silence far Left views. They are welcome to say whatever they want, and we are welcome to listen and respond, or not. We know where to find Left wing views, and sometimes we listen to those. But some of us like to listen to Right Wing views more. That’s our choice.

The camera phone captured everything, I don’t see a problem with using one if it did the job. The answer was an unspoken, “If you were a member of the press, I would honor your question with an answer. Since you are not a member of the press, you don’t need a videotaped answer.”
Even when I wrote for a newspaper in North Carolina, I had press ID and a decal on my car each year. And, I carried a Sony camera, notebook, and tape recorder. Without press ID, would I have asked such a question of Jesse Waters? NO! I would have expected him to tell me, “When I think it’s any of your business, I’ll answer your question.”

I called them on the phone. No answers. I emailed asking specifically that some live person respond. I asked my questions, and I never heard from him again. Just received form emails asking for contributions.

I was the only one writing from my office, and the circulation increased enough six months after I started working there that they RAISED the advertising rates! I left in 2007. They folded up after two years, in 2009. A friend told me that the papers weren’t even selling in the stores or boxes after I left.

It’s funny that when they bring things up, the information presented is almost never battled head on; writers for this site simply hide behind “It’s funded by Soros so it must be false!”

I think the guy was ok, he pursued his target and Waters just tried to demean him, by giving him advise. The camera phone captured everything, I don’t see a problem with using one if it did the job. Too bad Waters made it look like that there is truth to the story, maybe Waters is the inside source and didn’t want to be exposed, that is why the demeaning comments and the lack of response. Hummmmmmm! Don’t get me wrong I am a big Fox News fan, I try to be fair and balanced, just like Fox claims. Waters did not do any favors to the truth and the question was a fair question asking for his opinion and comment.

I would of said “Hell no”! and then would have offered for a one on one interview to allow enough time to get the facts straight for the people to decide. I’d of smiled from ear to ear and ask if there was anything else. Upon leaving I might of stumbled and fell into the guy inadvertently racking and or heading butting the guy.
