Watch This Russian News Anchor Give the Middle Finger While Mentioning Obama

During a news broadcast on Russian TV, anchor Tatiana Limanova spoke about Russian President Dmitry Medvedev’s appearance at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit. Shortly after, the anchor mentioned that Medvedev will soon take an APEC leadership role previous held by U.S. President Barack Obama. The only odd thing to note, however, is that Limanova says Obama’s name while simultaneously showing her middle finger.

REN-TV, Limanova’s network, is reportedly one of Russia’s largest privately-owned news channels, claiming an audience of 113 million.

While inadvertent gesticulations can at times occur, this particular finger-placement can hardly be construed as anything else:

Tyranny? What tyranny? I know a few Russians and they all say there is much less freedom here in the U.S.! They can fish or hunt with very few or no restrictions, they can improve their home or land without some beaucrat’s permission, taxes are low, etc.

We here in the U.S. live under tyranny. We’re like the frog put in cool water and put on the stove. We’re now getting uncomfortably warm, and people are starting to notice. We are no longer a free country, as we permission from our masters (federal, state and local government authority) to do just about anything. We are no longer a free country as we used to say so often when I was growing up.

@ arx YOU ARE A MORON – the KGB didn’t just fade away – they just changed tactics! who do you think runs russia today tv you halfwit?

and if you think hunting is all you need for liberty then go join them in russia you idiot!

the “russians” are not soviet but that does not mean they are not communists! and another thing unless your tiny brain knows who the Federal Security Service (FSB) is I would suggest you shut your pie hole! more stuff you are totally ignorant of ….Sadly, but with little sign of disagreement from the Russian people, the Kremlin continues rebuilding a Soviet-style police state.

The latest encroachment on the dwindling number of civil liberties remaining is a government-backed bill restoring to the Federal Security Service (FSB) the power enjoyed by its predecessor agency, the KGB, to summon citizens under threat of arrest for warnings about “inadmissible” and “unacceptable” conduct.

The bill is being sold to the public as an anti-extremist measure in a capital still traumatized by two suicide bombings in the Moscow subway March 2010 that killed 40 people.

      Indeed, BlessedONE333.

Speaking as somebody who is reading about the KGB, their tactics, and what they did — according to previous agents, intelligence, etc., I know full well what Russia is like now. They only lightened the Invisable [Iron] Fist, at least to the public world and popular tourist areas; elsewhere, it’s still aweful in Russia.

The KGB? Still there, only under a different name, and now with today’s technology.

In fact, I think Glenn is missing an important part of what’s going on in these “movements” right now. It’s not all Soros, Socialsts, Marxists, and unbeathed dumba$$es (or, to turn a phrase, “The great unwashed”)…

We don‘t have police stopping us on the streets asking for ID just so they can shake you down for money if you don’t happen to have it. We don’t have the FBI undermining medical relief missions, spreading rumors about the doctors and nurses really being spies (of course, until Obamacare really gets off the ground we don’t need medical missions from other countries). If we wanted to move to New York City (why I cannot imagine) we don’t have to apply for permission first as do those still wishing to move to Moscow. While there are some “freedoms” that Russians have that our bureaucrats have taken from us, over all we are far freer than they are, even still.

It was too deliberate and too exactly how one would do it if you wanted to stick it to him. NOT like his oh so subtle scratching his cheek with his middle finger.

Of course Russian TV would give Obama the finger… they’re in the bag for Ron Paul. Lol.

“Several websites feature a series of videos from RT, not limited to the Adam Kokesh program, that are extremely favorable to Paul’s campaign. The channel features attractive female anchors who speak flawless English and claim to have America’s best interests at heart. Many observers agree the channel is far more effective than the heavy-handed Soviet propaganda of the Cold War years.

RT has been such an enthusiastic supporter of the Paul campaign that some observers think the channel, which is registered as a foreign corporation in the U.S., has violated U.S. election law. Foreign corporations are prohibited from “contributing, donating or spending funds in connection with any federal, state, or local election in the United States, either directly or indirectly,” according to the Federal Election Commission.”

Now why would Russia be endorsing the Ron Paul campaign?

Leaving Russia free to exploit the natural resources of other nations and increase its hegemony over their so-called “client states.” These are the people funding the peaceniks and anti-nuke proliferation movements. These are the people who have absolutely no compunction about sending their thugs into other nations – even the United States.

It seems unlikely that Paul is a dupe of the Soviet Union, but he could serve as one of their “useful idiots” if he was ever allowed to greatly influence foreign, military and fiscal policy.”

Because of us? Explain. Also, which muslim country has nukes beside Paksistain at this time? Iran is not there yet, though probably not for long.

“..Pakistan was found to have been passing nuclear technology to China, Lybia. North Korea and Iran”

Did not know that Pakis acquired time displacement tech and rewrote history. How I remember it was that China and SU signed an agreement about mutual cooperation in nuclear tech in 1951, which included the weapons tech transfer. China did A test in 1964, and H test in 1967. India tested their first nuke in 1974, and Pakis in 1998 (fireworks of 5 of them). Then they stated proliferating the concepts (not outfitting as you put it, just selling blueprints, some material and machining tools) to North Korea, Lybia, Syria and Iran.

Of course “YepImAnOldProgresive” would support an aggressive foreign policy that tells the world what they can and cannot do thru a world Government (UN) because “Yep” believes Government should tell businesses what to serve, when to serve, and how to serve it. “Yep” believes we business owners are too stupid to run our own business so his foreign policy is that other countries are too stupid to know how to run their own countries.

Yep is a progressive by every definition. Yep believes in a world government and Yep would agree to agenda 21. Yep is the “old school” class who has his hand out looking for what Government can do for him instead of having enough brains to prepare to take care of himself. Yep’s views are the reason we have the mess today.

This is why Yep doesn’t like Ron Paul because Ron Paul stands for Liberty and Yep stands for aggression and control….this why Yep likes the North American Union supporting Newt….

The hardest thing for a progressive to figure out is why us simpletons love Liberty so much. In a progressive’s mind, it’s cult like and uncivilized. Ok, been flipping through these responses about Dr Paul.

He scares me more than a Romney/Perry ticket, and almost as much as another Obucky term. (I’m a Texan, and we knew Perry wasn’t a conservative, and was wondering what koolaid the rest of the country was drinking..)

Dr Ron Paul is an isolationist, firmly believing that if we just leave the rest of the world alone, they’ll leave us alone. “Let Iran have nukes – they won’t bother us! Let them develop medium-range missiles- they’ll leave us alone!” – till one of their rockets are launched from one of their ships that Iran is making to deliver these rocket, with a nuke in its tip, comes raining down on -say – NYC.

We need “PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH”. We need to be so strong that no one will think of messing with us. Dr Paul won’t do that.

He has some good economic views and I hope President Cain (or Gingrich) will have him as an economic advisor, NOT as a foreign policy advisor!!

Not yet. And usurped would be applicable if bho were China’s Manchurian candidate. You prolly mean bested. Still, not yet, but 2nd bho term and they don’t have to lift a finger. Near the same with Ron Paul.

“China never gets involved in wars.correct? ”

      Incorrect.

      Occupation of Tibet.
      Korean War.
You may call The battle of Ussuri in 1960′s a border skirmish, but Russians obliterated near half a million of Chinese soldiers there.
Invaded Vietnam twice, beaten in both cases.
Skirmishes with India, numerous, continuing. That was the main reason India developed their nuke weapons program (not to nuke Islamabad as Pakistanis thought).
China also reinvented neo-colonialism and makes inroads into Africa.

True they steal tech right and left, and Clinton was very helpful to them. but that was he, not “us”. With Ron Paul’s isolationist policies in place, nothing will hold China back to fill the vacuum. After all, they have 7% of excess male population they need to utilize.

      Now that’s funny!

Sheriff Arpaio is closing in. Obama’s birth certificate contains many anomalies justifying further investigation by law enforcement, as does his social security number. Both are alleged to be fraudulent by numerous experts. However even if the alleged fraud had gone unnoticed and it’s assumed he was born in HI, Obama is still not Constitutionally eligible.

Article 2, Section 1, requires the President to be a natural born citizen. This involves two equally important prerequisites. The first is being born in the USA or sovereign US jurisdiction. The second is being born to US citizen parents (plural). Both prerequisites must be satisfied. Obama absolutely failed to meet one prerequisite at birth and maybe both. He does not have TWO US citizen parents! Therefore he is not eligible.[1]

      1. Well researched referenced explanations of both prerequisites: http://www.obamabirthcertificate.net

Far from being well researched and properly referenced, the nonsense on your website is just a mass of circular reasoning that never addresses the essential questions. On what law, court decision or other authoritative source do you base the belief that natural born citizen is not synonymous with citizen by birth? What authority has ever endorsed the belief that the term natural born citizen excludes citizens other than naturalized citizens born in other countries? What law court decision or other authoritative source after 1898 when the Supreme Court addressed the issue of citizenship by birth has ever held that anyone born in this country is not a natural born citizen? What source do you have for the belief that being the child of two citizens is a requirement for establishing natural born citizenship other than your deliberate misinterpretation of an irrelevant Supreme Court decision that both predates their 1898 ruling, and specifically says that it is not setting a precedent or establishing a complete and exclusive definition of natural born citizenship?

re the “natural born citizen” – it’s all in the Constitution of the United States of America and the Federalist Papers. The Constitution says “natural born citizen, born of citizens”. PLURAL. The Papers say that the child will usually follow the allegiance of the father – who, in this case, is a BRITISH citizen – Kenya was NOT a country then, but a British holding. Which then gives Obama dual citizenship, which voids his presidency right there.

Also there’s a bit about “broken citizenship”. Obama became an Indonesian citizen when he was adopted by Sotero. In doing so, he had to renounce his American citizenship (and for the sake of the argument, we’re assuming he was an American at the time). If he had his American citizenship reinstated, that would be “broken citizenship” as well as a possible allegiance to a country other than America. That voids his presidency there as well. Also, there’s no proof that he ever regained American citizenship. We know he went to Occidental with a scholarship as a foreign national from Indonesia. If he was an American citizen, how did he pull this one off??

Check it all for yourself – READ the Constitution and the Papers for yourself. Good stuff – it’s in there.

I am not a follower of Mr. Alinsky as I am not a radical. I took another look at your arguments on that previous thread, but I’m at a loss to find the part where you factually refute anything I said. All I see is circular logic, irrelevant references to statutes dealing with citizenship status of people born in other countries, and increasingly pompous and overblown insults and abuse.

The Constitution does not say “natural born citizen, born of citizens,” it just says “natural born citizen.” I doubt that the Federalist papers contain any such quote as you ascribe, but I know for a fact that it certainly doesn’t appear in any of those dealing with the Presidency. In fact none of those Papers even mention the Natural Born Citizen clause. Apparently Hamilton, who wrote the papers on that part of the Constitution, didn’t much give a hoot about it.

Mr. Obama could not renounce his citizenship, because we operate under American law, not Indonesian law, and because he was just a child. Under American law, you have to be an adult to give up your citizenship, it cannot be taken away from you as a child. His citizenship did not need to be reinstated because by the laws of our land he was never not a citizen.

      @Chet -

      Again, READ the Constitution.
Article I, section 1.5 No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President.

The Supreme Court clarified the “natural born citizen” back in the late 1800s – I’m not sure at the moment what the case was or the date, I’ll have to do a bit of research. It was stated that a “natural born citizen” is a child of parents who are American citizens, born within the boundaries of the United States (except for those born on military bases around the world; there’s a procedure in place to handle this).

The Founding Fathers were clear in their intent in the Constitution and the Papers.

As far as the Indonesian citizenship is concerned, whether he gave up his American citizenship or his parents did, doesn’t matter. His US (or any other, if he had any other) citizenship was given up in order to become an Indonesian citizen in order to go to school. That’s Indonesian law.

      Courtjester19500

The Supreme Court did not clarify “natural born citizen” prior to 1898. In Minor V Happersett (1875) they quoted a definition that included the phrase “of parents who were its citizens.” However, they were careful to make it clear that they were NOT proposing to establish this as a complete and exclusive definition of natural born citizenship in the very next sentence, which is much less widely quoted by those who fraudulently maintain that this case set a precedent defining the term:

“Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. For the purposes of this case it is not necessary to solve these doubts.”

Once again, it does not matter what Mr. Obama’s status under Indonesian law might have been. Under American law, a child cannot give up his citizenship, and it cannot be taken away from him.

Of what lies do you speak? I am quite sincere in my belief that the facts in this matter are clear, and clearly on my side. If there are any facts in the article to which you link that would support your contention, I am unable to discern them.

I am unaware of anyone having actually asked for your opinion either.
