‘We Are Winning’: ‘Bat Signal’ Projection Appears on NYC Skyscraper During Mass Nighttime ‘Occupy’ March

As thousands marched across the Brooklyn Bridge tonight in solidarity with Occupy Wall Street, someone put on a pro-OWS guerrilla projection show on the side of the Verizon building.
BoingBoing called the projections a “bat signal”:
Here’s another more complete video –
So — Why the Verizon building?
Was it the bat signal in the night sky? Was the Dark Knight truly a member of the 99% after all? No, it was just disgruntled members of Communications Workers of America. They’ve been on strike with Verizon, and decided to project solidarity with the 99% on one of the company’s buildings in a visually impressive but sort of creepy They Live-era stunt. Yes we can!

Well, thank you for that insight (and no sarcasm intended). When I was young and considered myself a liberal, I was depressed a lot. I‘m now a conservative and the only time I’ve been on anti-depressants was a brief period of my life when I was dealing with post traumatic stress syndrome. Even dealing with stage 4 breast cancer didn’t send me to the anti-depressants. I believe you’ve hit the nail on the head.

Their breath is the same stinky. They are partially “absent”, since the drug removed some normal emotional responses. I have a theory that many of the younger shooters in recent past have been anti-D prescribed. Virginia Tech, maybe Gifford’s shooter – all indicators and part of the negative reactions from that class of drugs- suicide, rage, lashing out. No one questions the drugs since so many are on them, and so much money is being raked in. Opiate of the progressives.

And brought up the point that in case of emergency, if these people can’t get their meds for a time (social, economical, natural disaster), something like a million of our population could have intense psychotic breaks and be a real danger to others. I backed it some research that was eye opening…

You can pull numbers out from between your fat rolls all day long, but you need to get a refund for YOUR education…the government is deliberately spraying tons of that aluminum dioxide and barium salt garbage from airplanes DAILY on THOUSANDS of flights.
I know what they’re doing. They’re doping the atmosphere with particles that have a multiple function, poisoning the soil so only Monsanto’s GMOs can grow and it kills the other crops…acting as an electrical dopant to increase the effect of electromagnetic induction (from HAARP), altering the weather and reflecting the heat from the Sun, and poisoning our bodies with heavy metals that are causing all sorts of diseases.
I’m watching the planes spray that crap and watching the clouds seed from it and spread across the sky all the time- I live right by Hopkins Airport, and John P Holdren, Obama‘s Science Advisor ALREADY ADMITTED THAT THEY’RE SPRAYING US LIKE ROACHES TO KILL US in his book “Ecoscience” and in the Associated Press with the Federal Government having MULTIPLE PROGRAMS SPRAYING AEROSOLS INTO THE AIR.

Do you know anything about the French Revolution?
===
1904 Declaration by Monsieur Bonnet, orator at the Grand Orient Assembly
Freemasonry had the supreme honor of giving to humanity the chart which it had lovingly elaborated. It was our Brother, de La Fayette, who first presented the project of a declaration of the natural rights of the man and the citizen living in society, to be the first chapter of the Constitution.
On 25 August 1789 the Constitution Assembly, of which more than 300 members were masons, adopted, word for word determined in the Lodges, the text of the immortal Declaration of the Rights of Man
…a formal renunciation of allegiance to Christ The King, of the supernatural life, and membership in Christ’s Mystical Body.
The principle that all authority comes from the people is now all but universally accepted throughout the West…public morality is whatever the consensus of citizens is prepared to accept.
The Declaration is “Contrary to religion and to society”.
A Public Declaration that it no longer acknowledged any duty to God through Jesus Christ.
An Inauguration of the attack on organization of society under Christ The King.
The Feast Of Christ The King is coming up on November 20, 2011

Union leaders make deals with the Democratic Socialist of America (DSA) and others…and also with politicians such as the Cogressional Progressive Caucus and the Black Congressional Congress (this is where the national socialist politicians clump together.)
Money is funneled through with union dues to the union leaders who take a cut then pass the rest to politicians in the form of campaign donations. In favor of this money the politicians cooperate with unions while unions bring their rank and file in line with the desires of the socialist politicians. i.e. voting for Democratic Progressive Socialist, and demonstrating in the streets against capitalism. Ultimate instructions for the ‘crowd’ come from the union leaders and the politically enbedded socialist in congress. Money and instructions also come from rich elite socialist like Soros, Google, GE and others.
Many ultra rich folks embrace Socialism, which can create a monopoly for them thru crony socialism. Besides, with the money the rich have they can buy their freedom and their control.

DEMAND 2: The immediate abrogation, even if it requires a Constitutional Amendment, of the

wealthy individuals and unions to politicians with the exercise of protected free speech. We, the

fewer taxes to the United States Treasury than citizens who earn much less and pay a much higher

income tax disparity to be fundamentally unjust.

Report Post »You are dead on right here. This bunch of whining cry babies have been told they are winners, by coming in 7th or 8th place. They have been brainwashed in to thinking that winning is losing, as we would not want the diaper fodder to possibly think they were somehow a loser. “You are all winners Johnny, see, everyone even gets a trophy, even though you were 499th out of 500″

Posted on November 18, 2011 at 1:56amOWS protester: Yay! We are winning! Yes my girlfriend got raped, we both have TB, lice and scabes and still have no jobs but some body projected some light on that building so we must be winning…right, please tell me I am not a loser!

Posted on November 18, 2011 at 3:47pmThe lame stream media will run this story and spin it so that people actually believe the ows crowd is making headway, instead of a bunch disgruntled Verizon workers, pointing the projector at their company’s building. They are probably supposed to be working.

Posted on November 18, 2011 at 1:54amI like the “we are winning”. These losers have never learned that when you are you never have to tell yourself or anyone else that you are. These clowns have been watching too much Charlie Sheen, and I suspect they’ve gotten into his stash too.

Posted on November 18, 2011 at 1:58amDo you know anything about the French Revolution? You use the moniker Robespierre, but do you know what befell him? Sure, the French Revolution got rid of an autocratic, elitist regime. It also spawned a brutal period of chaos and terror (during which time M. Robespierre had an appointment with the national razor), the nineteenth century’s equivalent of a world war, and a national economic collapse that France didn’t really recover from until the next century. It was bad before and it didn’t get much better for a long, long time.
Report Post »So to those who actually know history, your glib off-handedness is not only crass but ridiculous.
