We Know You Want to See the ‘Crossbow Revolver’ That Lets You Shoot 4 Arrows Without Reloading

Joerg Sprave — a.k.a. the Slingshot Channel guy or the guy who has brought you information on how to weaponize office supplies and even trash — is pulling together another ridiculously unnecessary (yet still fascinating) combo weapon.

What’s up his sleeve this time? A crossbow revolver.

Here’s how Sprave would describe the weapon:

Using rubber as energy storage for crossbows allows much more narrow outlines than steel. This inspired us here at The Slingshot Channel to make a four shot crossbow! The weapon can shoot arrows equipped with field tips as well as broadheads.

It is possible to fire all four arrows in quick succession, or to shoot them in two pairs. The accuracy is excellent due to a very practical arrow guide made from cheap toothbrushes.

Watch Sprave test out the weapon:

Sprave concedes it could use some cosmic refinishing — it‘s only half finished so we’ll give the guy a break. Still, like many of Sprave’s weapons, “it is fully functional and reliable.”

Stay tuned and Sprave will show off the finished version soon.

That’s nothing new. The automatic crossbow’s been around since Ancient China.

I think the point is, he made it himself. Have you made one? Didn’t think so.

It’s cool, but it’s not a crossbow. Crossbow means a bow that is perpendicular to the base. Those also appear to be arrows, not bolts.

    Hey…Mr. Inventer..I had an idea…

You know how you have that star-like thing at the ront end of the weapon?

Why not make that star thing…make it so each arrow point, when loading is pressed up against each of the legs in the star thing….hoding the arrows in place…with the pressure on the arrows…next…you create a trigger that ROTATES the star in the front of the weapon that is holding back the arrows so it rotates 1/8th turn…releasing all 4 arrows at once

The arrows are now free to be released inbetween the spaces in the star gizmo as the star thing rotates1/8th turn

With Obama going to outlaw guns – It would be nice if we could get the “Patriot” Party to share information on how to make your own weapons. (For Zombies, of course)
Youtube has a couple of great video’s on how to make a 60 pound longbow for about $10

(I just invented the Patriot Party – so if it catches on – then you can say you heard it hear first)

ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ indeed. With 100 million gun owners in America that is going to be a LONG day. Just confiscating mine is going take weeks, maybe months and cost dozens of lives. It’s gonna get real expensive for them to do this.

4 shots? The Chinese had a repeating shotgun that had a 10 shot magazine over 800 years ago. It fired as fast as you cranked the lever bank and forth.

Not really anything like a revolver, to be perfectly honest. Revolving isn’t even a pivotal function of the weapon. All it is is 4 crossbows glued together, essentially.

I wouldn’t call it an effective weapon like he does at the end…Unless of course you’re always locked and loaded and lagging it around…You definitely can’t hunt with it.

It is imaginative though, and if you were a teenager with one of those you’d be the coolest kid on the block.
