Weiner’s Women: Congressman to Single Mom — ‘You Are Not Stalking Me…I Am Stalking You’

A 26-year-old single mother who claimed to have a month-long electronic relationship with disgraced congressman Anthony Weiner today revealed details of their explicit online exchanges.
Megan Broussard told how Weiner started pursuing her online after she ‘liked’ a YouTube video of one of his speeches.
She claims that they exchanged hundreds of messages and he even called her from his New York congressional office – an allegation he denies.
Broussard said she wanted to come forward now out of concerns for her own image as an aspiring nurse, and that of her 3-year-old daughter, should her identity be leaked online. More than a dozen photos sent by Broussard to anthonyweiner@aol.com and a second account she believed was Weiner’s were obtained and licensed from her by ABC News.
“I have my own life, my own things where I’m from and I just wanted to go ahead with them. I thought I could just be private about it, but there’s no reason for me to hide,” she said. “I didn’t do anything wrong. I don’t know him. I’m just putting my story out there before anyone else tries to.”

The woman from Texas said that they immediately began messaging each other through Facebook chat and exchanged ‘hundreds of messages’, many of a sexual nature.
During one Facebook conversation, Miss Broussard said she voiced uneasiness with the ‘online relationship’, to which she said Weiner replied, ‘you are not stalking me….I am stalking you’.

Weiner clearly has a control problem, or at least a sexual addiction, which he was open about it to Huma, apparently; and you don’t keep saying “okay” to this addictive behavior, particularly when you are a public official. You intervene, or set boundaries in the relationship, or get out of the relationship. You don‘t keep giving a man a drink if he’s an alcoholic… sooner or later the illness effects others, and you, as the enabler, are as much to blame for doing nothing.

D.C. Code § 22-502. Definitions. (2009)
For the purposes of this title, the term:
(1) “Any device” means electronic, mechanical, digital or any other equipment, including: a camera, spycam, computer, spyware, microphone, audio or video recorder, global positioning system, electronic monitoring system, listening device, night-vision goggles, binoculars, telescope, or spyglass.
(2) “Any means” includes the use of a telephone, mail, delivery service, e-mail, website, or other method of communication or any device.
(3) “Communicating” means using oral or written language, photographs, pictures, signs, symbols, gestures, or other acts or objects that are intended to convey a message.
(4) “Emotional distress” means significant mental suffering or distress that may, but does not necessarily, require medical or other professional treatment or counseling;
(5) “Financial injury” means the monetary costs, debts, or obligations incurred as a result of the stalking by the specific individual, member of the specific individual’s household, a person whose safety is threatened by the stalking, or a person who is financially responsible for the specific individual and includes:
(A) The costs of replacing or repairing any property that was taken or damaged;

There is no quarter when we blow it because we shouldn’t need it. Weiner and his ilk on the other hand give no expectation of trying to do the right thing. Did we learn nothing from the Chuckie Rangle farce.

He is not the first nor will he be the last to do these kinds of things, but he should not be allowed to hold a high office with this history. The longer the democrats let him remain in office, the less respect the country will have for the party. These women are not so innocent, but it’s no excuse. Congress must lose it’s Weiner.
