What’s Wrong With This Anti-Romney Birther Airplane Banner?

One day after Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney quipped that “no one’s ever ever asked to see” his birth certificate, a plane towed a banner over his Ohio rally declaring “America is better” than “birtherism.”

The problem? The banner contained an elementary grammatical error: It used “then” instead of “than.”

CBS News’ Jan Crawford tweeted about the banner early Saturday morning:

The Obama campaign rolled out similar “birther” accusations Friday, including producing a 16-second web video saying the country doesn’t need a “birther-in-chief.”

While there’s nothing to suggest the Obama campaign had anything to do with the banner, it‘s not the first typo to befall the president’s re-election effort this week: A photo of him posing with several students to spell out “O-H-I-O” swapped the “H” and the “I” for “O-I-H-O.”

      I like Glenn’s take on Obama, Stanley Dunham & Lolo & Frank Marshall Davis. I am beginning to think that Frank Marshall Davis was introduced to Obama by his mother because Lolo was not ant- American enough & was becoming less so over time. I like Lolo, Obama’s stepfather. He combined Islam with earlier Hindu beliefs of Indonesia. He is pragmatic. He is not the type of Muslim who would try to erase any history that is pre-Islamic. This is shown by his retelling of the myth s of Hanuman the monkey. I know those quite well.

      Obama could get rid of the Frank Marshall Davis paternity issue but he won’t.

      Let’s put it this way. Being illegitimate is never the child’s fault. What is important is that Obama internalized the Communist doxy & he won’t admit it.

      It is one thing if you get elected as a communist & try to pass laws. It is quite another if you lie about & try to pass lies while continuing to lie about. There is enough to condemn Obama.

      After he is out of office we need to continue to run down the leads in his birth thru DNA & the authenticity of photographs & who he influenced him or aided. him. His image cannot be rehabilitated or whitewashed.

      Easy way for Obama to get past this accusation is to simply show his real birth certificate and not some Photoshopped copy like he’s been doing. Just show your real birth certificate. He doesn’t have one. He’s a Kenyan born, Marxist fraud put in the presidency by Bolsheviks. He’s a Manchurian candidate.

      The one thing that the left will never understand is that America has a RIGHT to know if the President was in fact born either in America or within the territory owned by America. The reason should be obvious to anyone who has read the constitution and knows what the requirements are to be president.

      The irony being is that this whole entire situation would never have happened if Obama‘s Wife hadn’t said one key phrase during one of her speeches: “His home country of Kenya*sp*”, most people asscioate ‘home country’ as being the place you were born at. Which means his wife opened up a can of worms and made people start questioning Obama.

      It only went further, however, when we started finding out that Obama had sealed away his records (no other president has done this, you can access Bush’s college and military records easily, but then he wasn’t trying to HIDE anything) but you can‘t access Obama’s college records, and the left still hasn’t answered as to WHY Obama was receiving FOREIGN student aid, aid that is typically only given to NON-CITIZENS (which would‘ve meant that Obama wasn ’t a natural born citizen)

      There are many questions surrounding his birth certificate, his education, and everything.. but the left can’t see just how serious this is nor what the implications will have if/when the truth is ever revealed, all they care about is: “The right is complaining about it, so it must not be true” *Facepalms* stupid blindness..

      I’ve got a big problem with obama and it is not political. It is theological. He is aligned with obviously dishonest and openly destructive people. He is the antithesis everything that is in the hearts of every moral American. And, from what I have found out about the NWO, and Luciferians in general, he has been groomed and set in the place he is, to do what it looks like….destroy the last bastion of true Christianity on the globe, the U.S.A…. I won’t go so far as to say he is THE antichrist, but I can say with some degree of surety that he IS anti-Christian. Militantly so.
      Don’t think for a second that this coming election will bring us any relief from our obamanosis….The supernatural force that “selected” him has way too much power and way too much invested in him to let us have our nation back. This will be ugly and possibly bloody.
      Pray for the Lord’s mercy as we approach the showdown.

      I say we simply take Obamao at his word that Obama Sr. was his father. Under the terms of the Constitution and the writings of the Founding Fathers and the author of the 14th Amendment, the designation of “Natural Born Citizen” requires that the person have TWO US citizens as parents. Persons born with dual citizenship need not apply. Since his “father” was a British subject, not a US citizen, Obamao was born with dual citizenship and is therefore ineligible to be President.

      The incorrect use of grammar (not “grammer”) and poor spelling is not, unfortunately, the exclusive domain of liberals and Democrats. After reading several of the posts, I noted many errors (money’s, not monies; the ple in which you were born, not the place you were born at; it’s, not its; people who, not people that; responses, not responces; and their, not thier). Had I continued reading, I’m certain I would have found more. My point is twofold: First, because liberals love to criticize the intelligence of conservatives, it is essential that we take extra care with OUR grammar and spelling. Second, as a retired public school educator, I KNOW that I did my very best to teach my students correct grammar and spelling. Admittedly, the system lacks perfection, but a willingness to learn on the part of the students would do wonders for its rate of success. For those of you who are weak in your command of the English language, I suggest you arm yourselves with a good dictionary and book of grammar. It’s never too late to learn, and your ideas will have a greater impact if they are stated correctly!

      As for the Birther account, I was trying my best to give him the benefit of the doubt from the beginning. Now, there are so many twisted tales that have come out of Hawaii itself, and I have his so called birth certificate downloaded into my pictures file. Simply enlarging it makes the errors jump right out at you. One of our cats could have done a better job on the computer by accidentally walking across the keyboard.

      Yes we are south of Sarasota .. which is south of Tampa .. waiting for son to come over and help put the braces on the garage door .. have water, batteries, radio etc … pretty much what I can.. Can’t stop mother nature .. just do what we can .. hopefully it stays out in the gulf .. but that puts us still on the strong side of the storm . ON a GOOD note .. it did scare of Biden! ;-)

    First of all the banner shows the idiocy of the left. Obama or Biden must have read that and OK’d it because we all know what scholars they are (sarcasm). Secondly ‘birthism’ was not born in a vacuum…it has a lot of validity. Obama has hidden more than most presidents with the help of lawyer trash. His whole life is questionable.       It is amazing. Obama’s past was totally fictional before he was elected. Everything about him was made up so that a little bast*** from a mother who was a wh*** would have a history that was not Muslim, but he was adopted by a Muslim, not Marxist, but his father and mother and parents and all his friends were Marxist, and not generally a crazy ideologue, although everything he has done proves he is a crazy ideologue.     This is what’s wrong with the public school system in America. Students are not taught proper usage of words. I see people regularly using the word “then” instead of the proper word “than”.

    Also, very often folks use the wrong “they’re, there, and their”.

    When this nation was founded, the Individuals were considered Liberal by the rest of the world, because we wanted to be more free. If we don’t seperate my good hearted American Liberal neighbors from actual communists with conversation, rush, hannity, levin, savage–will always insult my neighbors to vote for a democrat—keeping the 2-party system alive, and continuing to drag us left.

    progressivism is a mental disorder. American Liberals are just easily talked into collectivist sweet nothings in their ears. It is up to us to pull our good hearted American Liberals away from the cliff of collectivism, or they will allow progressive communists to pull us all in.

    The 2-party system–is the most devisive system in our Nation. As we insult eachother, we allow the communist puppet masters to drag us left.

    We need to show our Liberal neighbors–that they are not the communists who wisper sweet nothings in their ears. Rush, Hannity—anybody? Is your party really that important, as even you can’t figure out why the Rep party does little to stop this madness?
