White Man Says He Was Beaten Savagely by Group of Blacks for Dating African-American

A Georgia man was reportedly beaten savagely and “left for dead” by a group of black men who apparently didn’t approve that he was dating an African-American girl.

As the interracial couple roamed through Ellis Square, one of Savannah’s busiest centers in the historic downtown district, a group of three black men began taunting them, hurling racial slurs and gestures at them. The incident occurred shortly before midnight last Friday, WTOC-TV reports.

Soon after, the men began blowing kisses at the pair and then suddenly jumped the white boyfriend, Andrew Quade, 23, without warning. They proceeded to beat him viciously, leaving him barely holding onto consciousness.

“This shouldn’t happen in this day and age. I know we’re in the South and all that, but it’s time for a change,” the girlfriend, Olufisayo Bakre, told WTOC-TV.

The couple says they did not provoke the men prior to the attack. They were just minding their own business, trying to enjoy the evening. The couple is confident that the different colors of their skin prompted the assault.

“One of them was making racial comments at us and one of them was blowing kisses. It was very aggravating,” Bakre recounted.

Quade said he did his best to stay calm and ignore them when the men began heckling him and his girlfriend.

“I didn’t want to freak out on them because I thought they were saying something about me and my girlfriend. I wanted to get more information and understand the situation. But before I could, I was knocked out,” he told WTOC-TV.

And just like that, before he could react, Quade was on the ground and being mercilessly attacked by the gang of men. He said it happened so fast, he still can’t make out exactly what happened.

The next thing he knew, he was in an ambulance en route to a local hospital.

“He was basically left for dead,” Bakre added. “I was trying to pry them off and before I knew it he was on the floor. It happened all so quickly.”

Bakre and Quade say they can’t think of any other reason why the group would have attacked them other than because they are a interracial couple.

“I think of this as a hate crime. It’s that simple,” Bakre said

And while she understands interracial couples in the South sometimes fall victim to intolerance, Bakre said she has never seen anything that has escalated to such brutal violence and hate.

“The worst we’ve had is people staring or talking about us. But it has never gotten to the level of physical contact until now,” she explained.

Police are investigating the incident but surveillance footage of the attack is “grainy” and the cameras were too far away to accurately identify the suspects, officials said.

“I just hope they get caught. I really hope justice prevails,” Bakre said.

    This is what Obama has done to our country, it is hateful. I was 11 when Martin Luther King died and I watch the riots on TV. I lived a mile from DC and it was horrible. All the blacks wanted ,was to be equal. At the time I didn‘t know why they couldn’t be. I didn’t grow up knowing anything else but being free and equal. We are all human beings.
    Latter on in life I understood the bigotry which I didn’t when I was 11, because I never experienced it.
    Now a small few of blacks want to be superior and dangerous. It is so disturbing the division this hateful man that is suppose to be our leader. This is setting us back way back before the 60′s.
    Honestly, I’m heart broke.

      I agree with you on most parts, AL, just not the part where you say it’s “a small few” of blacks. In my personal experience, the VAST majority of urban black youth are as you describe.
      The older and farther from the cities, the more decent people in general and blacks in particular become.

      Tikesissy and Sean. While you both make a good point, racism on all sides has always existed and indeed O is not to blame for racism per se. However, Alrunner58 is correct that O has some part in giving those who have such hateful intentions feelings of immunity. His so called “Justice” dept led by a racist political hack has shown Black Panthers et al. that they are immune. He sees no injustice here. Look to the evil whitey making those people show I D at the polls. Don’t look to the BP standing outside with a billy club in hand to intimidate.       Alrunner58 has illustrated perfectly the target audience for Romney’s new “southern strategy” which is basically to make just less than overt overtures to white prejudice and fear.

      Notice how alrunner first makes the required nod to MLK I suppose to prove he’s not a bigot. He then claims that President Obama has divided the country between blacks and whites, as evidenced by “Now a small few of blacks [who] want to be superior and dangerous.” First it’s all blacks, then it’s a “small few.” And he blames this brutal beating on Obama. Nice.

      At least one black man was lynched during the Reagan administration, but I bet you won’t find alrunner blaming Reagan for that.

      Yep, this is the Republican’s strategy. Go for the white vote by appealing to their fears of scary black people and scary brown people.

      Blacks and Hispanics know that Romney’s policies are only going to help his rich white friends.

      Ok, I agree with you, but you ignore the reality of the street. If you are suddenly sucker punched and knocked out, a tactic that street vermin like this love to employ, you will be on the ground getting kicked in the head faster than a any speeding bullet you might let fly their way.

      Apparently this guy that got beat thought that the situation was just cool, and did not heed the red flags. That’s why he is where he is.

      Situational awareness is the only tactic you can employ to give yourself an edge. The minute 2 or more start verbal harassment, that means they think they have the upper hand. At that point, put your back against a wall, any wall, and get out of there quick. Never turn your back on anyone who has verbally harassed you. Face your antagonist so that if or when they make a move, you are in a position to deploy your assets.

      You are so right. Black youth in the inner cities of America are far more violent than those in the suburbs.

      A lot has to do with the gang culture and the drug culture which has infested those areas. Single parent families (Usually only the mother), too many children in each family, no real guidance, no one to look up to or model their lives after (the local butcher, clothing sales store owner, the local grocer, and other businessmen), no real jobs or prospects for jobs in the inner city, abysmal schools, the welfare culture and a host of other problems. The only “Father figures” these kids have to look up to is the drug dealers with their flashy jewelry, expensive cars and a bevy of “Hoes” doing their every bidding.

      And here you have a clear picture of the GOVERNMENT PLANTATION created by the Democrats, really starting with LBJ’s “Great Society”. Here you have the true fruits of years of welfare. The real result of the Communism being fostered by the government. And “O” wants to make it even worse!

      It is a little known fact that the USSR had similar problems, especially toward the end of the country.

      Black crime, assaults, rapes and the numerous mob attacks were absolutely occurring before Obama, but they ARE more intense and widespread since he has been in office.

      The only real difference is that more people know about them, because of the technological age. There are cameras, cell phones, and the internet that record and send images to multi-millions of people instantly.

      It will continue to get worse.

      Thomas Sowell wrote in his column recently that there has been a one-sided civil war of black against white in process for years now, and the only thing worse than that is a two sided civil war.

      I agree, regarding the race relations in this country since the current residence in our White House…..everything he does is race this and race that……ie: “I don’t have all the facts, but in this instance the Police acted stupidly!”…..

      We have been treated to day in and day out little snippets of just how much The Big O has set out to divide and concer …..

      I have been talking to many of my neighbors of all races, these are neighborhood people we have family dinners, parties, etc. with……and we talk openly about how they feel this President has brought races together……almost every time, they say “it is worse, and they feel like race relations is going backwards!”…….

      I remember growing up on a chacara. We had 5 chickens of the same breed. They probably had the same mother. There were the same in every respect except one. One chicken had a different allele. The others were red & it was black. They picked on it. When they roosted in the same orange tree at night, the black one roosted away from the group but in the same tree. That is how all vertebrates are.
      If we are the same color, we would pick out differences in morphology or something else. Even if that difference was no more than 2 different alleles of the same gene out of the 38,000 genes that make up people. But we are human, we have to be better.

      BTW you are Portuguese extraction. From what demographers & historians have learned, there is no way in HeII that you don’t have any African blood in your veins from as recently as 500 years ago. If we performed a genetic test, we could find the micro-satellites (if not the Y chromosome itself) in the your DNA to prove it.

      I really do disagree with you. Barack Obama did not force other black american citizens to act so violently. Nor did he say that he aproves of such behavior. I am multi raced (Black, White, Egyption) and I can understand were white americans and blacks americans stand on this issue. Black americans feel that the treatment there ancesstors went thru was extreamly inhumane and wrong. So thats why they feel that they have to become higher in power than a white induvidual. And white americans feel that the way that african americans are acting is, well, dumb because white people can not legally harm any one. No matter what race, or religion. They also feel that it was not them who harmed there ancesstors, so black americans should not act in such violance.

      Yep, you nailed it. I grew up in the south and had to deal with punks like these all the time. Their tactic is for one to distract you head on, while the another tries to ease around back and sucker punch you from behind or from the side. After that, it’s a free-for-all. Just like the velociraptors did in Jurassic Park. You definitely gotta keep your head on a swivel and watch your back. My advice to anyone in that situation is to be aware of your surroundings at all times. Conceal carry when possible. But if you don’t carry and you see potential danger, start scanning your surroundings for something you can use as a weapon and head for safety. Trust me, you make the first move and knock the first one out, the others will run. And if they don’t, knock them out too. They’re not tough. Only when they think they have backup is when they get brave.

      I’m talking about modern day liberals, Democrats, commies, Bolsheviks, or whatever you want to call them. I prefer to call the Bolsheviks to flag them as commies. These modern day Democrats or Bolsheviks go on and on about how mean whitey was back 120 years ago (to keep stirring the pot and riling up blacks) and yet this very same kind of hatred exists today, except it’s blacks attacking whites. However, to these modern day Bolsheviks or Marxists or Democrats (whatever you want to call them) it’s totally acceptable.

      Like I said, I can guarantee you no hate crime charges will be filed. Hate crime charges are ONLY to be applied to white people. There is only 1 case that I am aware of where a black was charged with a hate crime. It was in Wisconsin in the 1980s. That‘s the only one I’ve heard about. Blacks know they can do sh*t like beating a white person to death and they know they won’t be charged with anything. Our government is giving these black thugs the green light to kill whitey. They are saying “beat the he*l out of a whitey, we won’t charge you with any hate crime.” Blacks know they can get away with this stuff as a result. It encourages black on white crime since they know they will get a free pass and only whites will be charged with a hate crime even in self defense. I bet if this got shot those thugs, HE would be the one facing a hate crime charge for defending himself. Whites are supposed to take the beating.

      Blacks account for a majority of murders in America If your white there is a 17% chance a black man killed you. If your black man there is a less than 1% chance it was a white man who killed you and a 97% chance it was a black perpetrator.

      Although black people make up only 12.6% of the population they account for over 52% of murders committed in America as opposed to whites who are 72% of the population and 42% of murders committed by them. Oh and they include Hispanic with the 42% of murders.

      Congrats, my wife and I will be 17 yrs this December. In all our time together, the only folks that have been vocal against our marriage was a large group of hoodrats at the mall. It was back in 95 before I got my first handgun. I always have one within reach now as does my wife. I don’t worry too much about her though, she worked for the sheriffs dept and used me for takedown and cuffing practice when she was in the academy. The shoulder only hurts when it gets really cold. She is badazz and I feel for anyone who thinks they need to speak their mind in regards to our marriage these days.

      Best of all, my baby is a conservative, not sure whats wrong with her brothers, I have to bite my lip everytime they mention BHO and all he has done. I am thinking this weekend if it comes up, I will ask em exactly what he has done and how it’s helped them. Cue Cricket Chirps…….

      I love women. They are the most resourceful and beautiful creatures ever made. But guys, please don’t encourage your women to engage men in physical combat. A man is, on average, 2-4 times stronger than a women. And, if the testosterone/adrenaline button is pushed, it can be quite dangerous for the gal. That aside, a good babe has your back, that is for sure. And, did I mention that they are incredibly gorgeous and smart? See what I did there?

    Emmett Till, a black boy of age 14, was murdered by a group of angry whites after he ALLEGEDLY (it’s never been determined whether or not there was any substance to this, and even if true, it wouldn’t in any way mitigate the actions of his murderers) DARED to flirt with a white woman.

Emmett Till WAS a boy when he was murdered–the reason “boy” is considered derogatory in connection to blacks has nothing to do with their age, and it is quite appropriate to refer to a black male minor as a black “boy.” The reason it is considered derogatory is because ignorant, primarily southerners, took to calling ANY AND ALL black MEN, regardless of age, “boy,” which IS obviously disrespectful.
