Why Was a Slovenian TV News Anchor Not Wearing Pants?

As a recovering TV news anchor myself, I should say I knew a few sports guys over the years who would wear shorts and sandals “under the desk.” One kept a cup behind the desk for his chewing tobacco habit.
But a totally pantsless anchor? That’s a new one. The Daily Mail says the clip is from the Slovenian program 24UR.
