Wild at Waffle House: Patrons Body Slam Each Other, Throw Chairs in Ala. Brawl

It seems like not a month goes by where a wild restaurant brawl doesn’t hit the internet and go viral. Last week it was a McDonald’s employee bashing a customer in the head with a metal rod. This weeks it’s a melee at Waffle House.

The latest shows what appears to be two rival groups squaring off at what the video says is a Waffle House in Tuscaloosa, AL. It starts “innocent” enough, with the cameraman taking some footage of some verbal sparring. But the verbal jabs soon give way to physical ones and all hell breaks loose. Soon, multiple fights break out inside and outside the restaurant. The camera catches multiple chairs being used as weapons and even one man body slamming another on a table. And after it all, the “winning” side can be seen high-fiveing and chest bumping.

According to Al.com, police have tracked down some of those involved and made arrests:

Tuscaloosa police arrested three suspects and have identified up to three more in a Sunday morning fight at a Waffle House that was caught on video and uploaded to YouTube.

Brandon DeQuan Harper, 21, and Justin Darnell Harper, 19, both of Tuscaloosa, were charged with disorderly conduct and transported to Tuscaloosa County Jail, Tuscaloosa Police Department spokesman Sgt. Brent Blankley said. Both bonds were set at $300.

A 17-year-old juvenile also was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Blankley said two to three other suspects have been identified and warrants will be obtained for them.

Investigators have determined that the fight was linked to an August robbery, Blankley said. The suspect in the case saw the victim in the Waffle House, then started an altercation that led to the fight.

      ant then they wonder why nobody respects the black population. Just look at these animals. They didn’t just become this way they were allowed behave this way because their parents allowed it. Its not the governments fault, its not the whites fault its the fault of their parents, who after all these years are no more civilized then they were 200 years ago.     Clearly part of the 47% who do not pay any taxes, while simultaneously living off of entitlements for generations paid for by those of us who struggle to make a living each day – and demanding that we pay “more” for the “social justice” they seek. While they cannot read or write, barely speak English, have no skills, care nothing of laws of fellow citizens and do not bother looking for work, they have no sense of shame in their own failure as Americans and humans – and continue to blame the rest of us for their self-created demise.
    Is there any hope left when our cities are filled with growing mobs of illiterate morons who know nothing of their country’s founding, its incredible history, or where we’re headed – yet are allowed to vote for those who rule us based upon false sound bites and repeated lies?

      You have nailed it. What also bothers me is that these are the very people Obama is appealing his “message ” to. A message, not in the JFK style of raising their goals, but a message of “hate the evil rich and get what you deserve from them.” This is so irresponsible given their mental states, lack of education, lack of discipline, and the anger many have acquired from poor up-bringing. I think this is a deliberate campaign tactic by a desperate Democrat Party whose Left Wing is now in control and which wants to destroy/ change our capitalist system .

      it does not shock me, the black culture is violent, have not been civilized yet. Every time there is a flash mob they are of black culture, when ever there is a shooting it is of black culture. They don’t know how to have fun without shooting or harming.     Go figure another video of black youth acting like animals. What a shame that this is how the youth in the black community represent their race. So if the police would have had to pepper spray of taser one of those animals we would be hearing all about police brutality but we never hear about the black youth living their lives like criminals. There needs to be a lot more attention brought to this matter. Hey Jesse and Al there is no money in it for you but why don’t you work on getting respect back to the black community instead of shacking someone else down.

      The Funny part.. You take one black fight him one on one.. He earns your respect after. I know this for a fact. The problem now these days is this great contribute to American society like these do not fight alone.       It is sad to see what has happened to young men in the black community. Despite all sorts of resources given to them to better their lives through education and training they choose to be part of a thug mentality. Generational entitlement living breaks down dignity, spirit, and the willingness to better yourself. Why bother, when you can get it for free.

      The thing I found most disturbing about this video was the one White guy trying desperately to fit in. Notice how when he tried to talk “Black” he ended just sounding like someone with special needs. Then again, pretty much everyone in the video sounded and acted like they were on the very far left of the bell curve. I can’t imagine why anyone would want to imitate that kind of speech or behavior.

      You can’t put all blacks in the same category, man. I’m half black. My dad’s black and I can trace the black side of my line to a freed slave. You look back and for the most part (every family has those few that we don’t like to talk about) we have been productive members of society. From serving in the battle of San Juan Hill, to Vietnam, to OIF and OEF. No arrests. No acting like a damned fool. Paying taxes. Treating women right. Settling disputes with words rather than fists with the exception of self defense, and even then only to win a fight. No drug abuse. No gang affiliation. These guys here are acting like animals but to label an entire race as savages is absolutely offensive to me and my entire family. Youth in inner cities behave like this, regardless of race. Whites, blacks, hispanics, asians…it’s an inner city thing, not a race thing.

      Honestly I don’t know how anyone could argue that we are clearly dealing with an inferior group of people/savages/animals here. Before you throw the race card, recognize I am not referring to a specific race but instead a group of welfare dependent thug mentality sad excuse of individuals.       Usually, I like to be the one that pushes the limit on such a touchy subject like this. However, I believe that this has nothing to do with race. Yes, most of them were black. Yes, typically young black men that I have fought have no problem “ganging” up on one or two opponents. BUT, we must look pass the race on this and see that this has more to do with culture. It is becoming more and more acceptable to act like this. What is sad is that, this behavior, is somehow the only way of resolving conflict. The IDIOTS and P***ies are the ones that went back in to the Waffle House as if it would have made them less of men.

      If I didn’t know better,I would think most of you guy’s are racist by looking at these posts.I‘m a middle aged white male and am concerned about my country’s well being.However by reading the news report about this incident it appears it erupted over a theft of property and it seams most would like to have the right to shoot someone when this occurs but damn someone when they get in a fist fight.Life is ugly,I‘ve known many people put in prison for doing nothing other than protecting one’s self and property,that is why people don’t call the cops! While this may not look good for the people involved, I respect their right to handle their own affairs.It looks as if every one was a willing participant.Mabey if more thieves were called out and got their asses kicked, their would be less stealing!       Blacks make up 12% of the population. The make up 40% of the prison population. They commit 50% of the murders 64% of rapes, 75% of armed robberies. More black men go to prison than to college. Seven out of ten black children are born in single paretn homes. It is not genetic, it is environmental.

      this is a biproduct of political correctness, democrat welfare programs, rap music, MTV, and a whole slew of other filth.

      When is the last time you saw thirty white people fighting at the walfle house, the high school basket ball game, the court room…. this is common place in areas where there is a high percentage of black folks. If you do not think Tyrone, Jamal, Andre, Pookey, Ray Ray, Demetrius, and Cedrick will not get jiggy in the parking lot and throw down, then you are smoking the crack they sell.

    Waffle house has all sorts that visit it.Usually something like this would happen on midnight shift, not be based on something so serious,and be contained by the employees.Everyone would have a good laugh at it after a few minutes.No folks I’m not being flippitant.I’m being truthful.I worked at one years ago and this is the way it sometimes went.We ended up getting a very good bouncer that way.

      Why its just dandy?Waflle house in my area runs 24/7.The bouncerrs were there on night shift on fridays and saturdays.It was located near a lot of bars/beer joints.Our customers from night shift absorbed the costs.Not other patrons.That waffle house didn’t close.What may I ask is your take on the racial end of this?Companys close unprofitable stores all the time.It has nothing to do with race.In my area racists dribble wouldn’t have been the creed [even if it had been closed].It would have been the prejudice against honkey tonks clubs and saloons.On fridays the customers were mostly white and on saturdays mostly black.Where do you get off thinking you are entitled to slam me for stating the truth and not personal opinion.You are no better than me nor any worse[well thats debatable]

      Yep reminds me of the Rodney King riots. There was a sob story in the papers after the riots. It went on about how the “victims” had to take the bus out of town to do their shopping. Well that’s what happens when you burn down your own neighborhood. I remember one Black shop owner standing in front of his burned out Business. He was crying and yelling at the mob “Why did you do this ? I was one of you guys !” Yep it’s racism alright .

      I seriously doubt that there were that many high school graduates in that crowd much less any university graduates. We live well to the east of Tuscaloosa closer to the GA border. And, what I have been hearing so far is the two groups were more or less wannabe gangs on a turf war.

      The problem is that many people don’t realize they are being racist and bigoted. There is a difference between having a discussion on black youth that continue to support racist stereotypes and saying that the youth ARE the stereotype. Many people don’t understand that there is a difference between the two. Obviously, stereotypes based on race are racist. Calling people or referring to black people as some form of primate or as needing to be living in the jungle is racist, VERY RACIST.

      When you say…“We” you are defending others who may or may not have the heinz 57 sauce on them. But, nevertheless, do you think having family or friends of different races makes whatever a person says immune to scrutiny? If I said your mother was a fat wh0re, is that okay if my aunt in Tennessee was also fat and wh0rish? Racism is based on what is in your heart not the content of your words…that being said, I can only assume the racism in the aforementioned posts. It’s a fair assumption, but not necessarily a fact and I’m content to admit that. The irony is, racism is all about making assumptions and generalizations. You all complain when that is done to you even though it is specific to you and assumed based on your black and white comments (pun intended). I guess you could say it is double-ironical when you criticize those that criticize you about being critical. Generally, it makes you double dumb. A double dumb spawn of a Fat Wh0re.

      There were one or two white people who appeared to be employees. As a white citizen driving by that place and looking for a place to eat, EVEN BEFORE THE FIGHT, I for one wouldn’t go near that place at that time. That isn’t racist, that is just being a normal human being concerned about one’s safety and interested in having an enjoyable meal.
