Windows Smashed & BBs Fired at Obama’s L.A. Campaign Office

President Barack Obama’s Los Angeles campaign office was vandalized last night. Perpetrators smashed windows and fired BB-gun pellets just days before the president is planning to come to the area to help advance his re-election prospects.

In what investigators believe may be a politically-charged attack, three front-door windows and a side door were smashed in. According to the AP, Police Cmdr. Andrew Smith said that several campaign staffers were inside the office when they heard the sound of smashing glass.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the attack occurred at 7:25 p.m. on Thursday evening. While no suspects have been identified, police claim that they are pursuing leads. ABC News has more:

The attack on this campaign office is nothing new, unfortunately. During the 2008 presidential campaign, there was a rash of anti-Obama vandalism, but the Obama team made a conscious decision to downplay those incidents to avoid escalation. In 2010, a campaign of vandalism also attended the passage of President Obama’s health care reform law.

With this occurrence taking place as the campaign season is heating up, fears may, once again, be heating up about the potential fall-out from political rhetoric. That being said, there is no definitive proof at the moment that this event was launched for political reasons.

    Odds are that this was done by a pro Obama activist trying to start trouble by creating a false flag attack. They have done this before they want to start riots and they are having trouble getting people to do it. Perhaps they will eventually go into black neighborhoods and try and get them angry and see if the black community will riot claiming white tea party activists are causing this.

It will be some Communist or Socialist or Anarchist group that doesn’t think He is far enough to the left or a union attack cuz some guy fixed a light socket without a union contract ;) Why do we always assume violent attacks are from the left? Are you paying attention? Who is over throwing grain trains? Who vandalized Madison for weeks? Who refuses to work and keep kids without starting school for 2 weeks? Who is marching on Wall Street? Who is blowing stuff up? Who is spewing hate at ever opportunity? Wake up!

      That was my first thought, right away. The radical left already has a hate machine in the media already set up. Create an incident, drop it in the machine… PRESTO!–instant hate crime! The Sandinistas used to do the same thing in Nicaragua during their phony “revolution”.       During the 2008 campaign, a man was caught trying to place an explosive device inside one of Mitt Romney s offices and a democratic operative was arrested after a false flag attack were a democratic office was vandalized, and that attack was also on the West coast

      It was probably the Black Panthers, trying to stir trouble, you know they want riots in the streets. But most conservative voters have much better things to do with their time. These socialists won’t be happy until they start riots and hurt people. Was this in Maxine’s district, it wouldn’t surprise me if she helped just to start trouble.

    What are the chances it was an “inside job? Ok, a number of people have said it but it does not make it any less possible. After all, look at Fast & Furious. That was a pretty clear attempt to cause problems against legal gun ownership. Anyone in that area is going to blame on anyone but Obama supporters so they win the sympathy vote. Make Obama look like a victim. Which is the exact opposite of what he really is, the chief victimizer.

      I would not be surprised if an extreme leftist organisation that is angry with his policy of “Bi-Partisan” compromise? If you are an activist and you were promised a piece of pie and you did not get one then you would be upset. But how far would you go to get that piece of pie if there was none left to get.

      Muslims are very upfront about their intentions and actions, if they were the ones to who vandalized that building, there would have been crowds chanting “Allah u Akbar” and the structure would have been firebombed.

      If Muslims had been responsible for the vandalism to that campaign H.Q. building, there would have been crowds chanting “Allahu Akbar” and the building would have been burned to the ground.
      It happened in France in 2005, 2007 and 2010, mostly Muslim rioters

      Look at how they used Race to kill Hillary Clinton’s run for president by calling Bill a Racist. This is why Romney dropped out of the race in 08 and others also. McCain was the Rhino that they put up against him because they knew ahead of time that Obama was going to be nominated by race so they just gave up and hid. When McCain chose Palin as his VP it was a throw away nomination in the fact that he did not try to win the election and Palin did. She was willing to go out and call out the truth, McCain was not because they both come from the same DNA, Progressivism.     It was not an act of violence, but of vandalism and anarchy. We have no idea who did this, or what their political influences are. Maybe someone just got laid off and blames Obama for it, maybe it was a leftist angry that G-bay is still open, or a union thug that wants Obama to do more, or a crazy person that does hate Obama. I‘d like to think a true conservative wouldn’t do that, because it goes against everything a true conservative should believe in. That being respect and adherence to the law, private property rights, among others.

      I agree with you, no one right now has any idea of who or why this happen. The problem is the left or MSNBS, is already calling it an attack! I found an stroy on MSNBC‘s web site and the first line reads ’Police said Friday they are investigating what appears to be a politically motivated attack….’ and the word attack or attackers is used 4 times in the small story. Sounds like to me they already know who or why just like they jumped at Palin with the shooting in Arasona.

      Also when did a vandalizm become a possable act of Terrore? Story read; ‘Police notified the Secret Service and FBI officials said they are assisting Los Angeles police with the investigation to determine if the incident was motivated by hate or an act of domestic terrorism.’

      Boy the left sure loves to throw that word around.

    We can anticipate more of these actions as his end in OUR HOUSE draws nigh with the election of 2012. Be a good idea for the right to put camera surveillance on all his campaign offices in self defense so that when and if something happens the do-ers are caught red handed (no pun intended).

      You’re right, I don’t know for sure who did this, but based on what office was attacked, certain types of people appear more likely to be the perpetrators.

      However, my bigger point was that when violence occurs, tea partiers and Beck fans immediately jump to conclusions claiming that it must be Muslims or leftifts, i.e. the Norway shootings. When that occurred, everyone on this site was immediately claiming that it must have been those terrorist, anarchist, fascist Muslims that are the root of all the world’s problems.

      Now, when it appears that a right winger could have committed an act of violence, everyone on this site says, “hey, we can’t jump to conclusions, that would be wrong.” Really? You sure didn’t have a problem with jumping to conclusions when you thought it was a Muslim.
