Woman Attacks Judge During Hearing on…Domestic Violence!

Well here’s a visual to wrap up your week with. Picture this: you appear in court for a hearing on domestic violence, so what do you do to make the case that you’re not guilty of the charge? If you said lunge at the presiding judge in an attempt to choke her, you’d be correct!

Fox News brings us the video of the spectacle at Wayne County, Kentucky courthouse.

    DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IS VERY PREVALENT IN WHICH GROUP OF AMERICANS…?

    Domestic violent runs rampant in the realm of the Hollywood Liberal Elite: http://url2it.com/fskn . Everyone always pictures it happening in the poorest areas but that is not a prevalent as the drug and alcohol educed liberal Hollywood group. Everyone from Mel Gibson to Sean Penn and everywhere in between. They are the richest of rich and the most messed up of the United States.

    Saw this on the news yesterday. The clip you see above is missing the verbal exchange that preceeded the attack. Though I am not condoning the attackers behaviour, the judge, was not so innocent on this one either. Leave it to whatever editor (s) were resposible for shortening this video to further the false impression that Public officials can do no wrong.

      The woman was accused of being abusive. Please tell me what is wrong with the court pushing her buttons to get a reaction? Instead of a polite “well bless your little heart” (polite southernese for “FU”), she snapped and proved the case against herself. The big question now is, that as a victim of this woman’s abuse, can this judge sentence her?

      i agree. FoxNews should have played all of the video that is relevant. they didnt. how now can we trust FN? they are slowly becoming MSM. i thought FN stood for ‘Fair and Balance’ news. so much for ‘fair and balance’

      You are right that media will usually try to side with public officials, but are wrong that this video is a good example of that. In the full version, this woman would not let her husband tell his side of the story. She was warned by the judge in a professional manner that she must stop interrupting. That’s all that is missing from this clip. This woman is a moron and needs a reality check.

      I don’t care what the judge said, there is never an excuse to physically jump on a judge in this way. Didn’t you ever hear sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me? This lady needs to learn to hold her temper.

      I agree. The domestic violence laws in this country are a bad joke. Domestic violence is a lonely, bitter road to walk. Unfortunately, the laws don’t really target the people committing these atrocious acts. What they do accomplish very well is quite tragic. In some states, all a couple has to do is raise their voices in an argument and one or both are charged with domestic assault. It is a tragedy what the criminal justice system is doing to the citizenry. Once convicted, a person can no longer purchase a gun (goodbye 2nd amendment), or work in various fields (paramedic, cop, etc.) The judges are accomplices to this circus of shame. Maybe this judge should take a look at the bill of rights.

    Oh yeah. More and more often women are being exposed as agressors. They have done themselves a disservice alleging rape when none occurred, and now they are showing themselves to be the shrews we have often thought them to be, but more ofthen than not gave them the benefit of the doubt much to the chagrin of an aggrieved male victim. Civility from both sexes has nose dived to be almost unrecognizable. A brat that doesn’t get his or her way is just a brat, albeit sometimes a violent brat.

    I read so many times that women do not commit domestic violence and if so the man started or provoked it!? Opinion: Women are people too and equally do commit unprovoked domestic violence which is being greatly overlooked and underreported.

      I was a police dispatcher in the northern suburbs of Chicago, women are abusers, too. I got a call from a man who said his wife hit him with a skillet and was chasing him around with a gensu knife. Police said it was a cast iron skillet, he was lucky to be alive because if she had knocked him out, she would have cut him up in little pieces and nobody would have known. This woman even looks like trailer trash, and believe me, I’ve seen some trailer trash.

      This is completely unjustified, but I have to say it’s unusual to have a white woman behave like this in court. Yes, I‘m aware there’s a few whites who are no more than white trash, but they very rarely go to extremes like this. That’s not true with blacks, however. With them this would not be considered out of the ordinary. How many black females have we seen just recently trashing a restaurant or beating on another person or fighting in court?
