Woman Falls on Her Face While Texting During Live News Shot

It’s Friday. Time for you to enjoy the latest viral clip showing a woman falling flat on her face while texting, which was captured during a live news shot in Canada.

It wasn’t just any fall, though: the woman takes such a tumble she’s left stunned. In the sequence below, you can see the woman enter the screen from the top right:

Woman Falls on Face While Texting in Canada | Caught on News

Watch it unfold:

“We’re loath to make light of a woman falling down so severely that she has trouble getting up and attracts the attention of an entire crowd,” Gawker notes, “but, y’know. She‘s clearly forgetting the ’glance up every few seconds’ rule, anyway.”

My thought exactly.

I see this happen right in front of me one day. I was parked at a Mickey D’s right next to the side walk, well I was eating my French fries when a good looking chic about 18 or 19 comes walking down the sidewalk texting . at the corner there was a few metal green street poles signs and she kept on walking an BAM walked right into one. Well I burst out laughing so hard she bounced off the sign didn’t fall, but kept on walking and texting like it never happened.
      Way too funny

I had a similar occurrence where a guy crossed right in front of me when I had the green light. He was so busy looking at whatever was in his hand he didn’t bother to check the crosswalk signal, he just waltzed on through on a red and down the next block. Never did see me, I’m just glad I spotted him when I did and was as far as I was to stop soon enough.

I kinda wish I had hit the horn though to wake that idiot up, didn’t think of it soon enough.

Let me ask ya’ll a question. If you are walking down the street and see a woman fall down a set of short steps because she is too busy texting, do you…

      A) Run to her aid (as in the video)

      B) Say “Ah, she got hurt. I hope she’s okay” and keep walking

      C) Laugh out loud so hard that do think you are going to die

      ???

Personally, I’m thinking choice C would be my reaction to someone being a complete airhead, whether or not she got hurt. I probably would have yelled at her to get up and walk it off and told her to wipe that surprised doe eye look off her face too.

SGTB….if she’s clearly not hurt, laugh. But if she’s hurt..laugh then assist her. It‘s difficult to believe people have to be told to look where they’re going because their heads are buried in that “indispensible” communication device they’re so completely absorbed in. More importantly…they”re doing this while their driving too.

There are millions of laws and regulations on the books. I am appalled that the legislators have allowed this to happen! I expect more from my politicians than a mere 5,000,000 laws. If they can’t find that one good law which will finally cure stupid, then what are we paying them for?

Remember: no law is clever enough that some moron somewhere will find a way to behave in a stupid manner anyway. But I’m sure the politicians will keep trying. Bless their little hearts.

    Hilarious …

Yesterday, in the midst of heavy downtown traffic, a helmetless babe was texting while riding her Vespa, oblivious to the world, including the rear end of the Jaguar in front of her.

Fortunately, she merely suffered flesh wounds, but four lanes of traffic came to a complete halt while several of us helped get her, and her crumbled ride, as well as a broken IPhone to the sidewalk.

Can’t make this stuff up folks

Was sitting in traffic one day patiently waiting for bus passengers to board while watching a lovely sight in a swimsuit slowly bicycling by
Happened to catch a glimpse in the rearview of a motorcyclist watching the same female form whilst zigzagging his bike for balance
Unfortunately, his concentration on the babe’s body was greater then his realization of how close he was to the body of a 4-Runner

The next one will be someone walking into an open manhole like the Bugs Bunny Cartoons!! That’ll be a viral video when THAT happens. In fact that gives me an modern day kid like idea; why not pull a manhole cover, sell it to an illegal for scrap metal, then set up a video camera and wait for viral Gold..?
